The scratch protection and UV protection are as well. NO extra charges for these additions. I have to tint my lenses. Included as well! The selection of designer frames is phenomenal! CUTE frames in current styles. The standard frame selection is vast and very accommodating to every need. Mine was the bridge fitment. In writing this it is now 9 weeks that I dropped off my glasses in mid-January 2025 (Oracle Rd Store) to update the lens prescription for my glasses. Promised it would be done at 6 weeks. After no result, I was told by the lab manager over the phone give him 2 more weeks to complete. After no result to the promise of service, I was asked to give them 1 more week which I did. Now it's the end of March 2025 and the new lenses never got done. The service staff got the lab manager on the phone to find out status while I waited for an answer. My glasses hadn't been updated and so I asked for my glasses to be shipped back and returned to me and my deposit refunded. My deposit was returned. Local service staff aren't even sure what was is going on. They didn't dive further into this process either to resolve. Update. I went back now into the 10th week in this process to pick up my returned glasses. Surprised to find that my glasses were updated in one week with the new prescription. Thank you. I appreciate that the glasses got fixed at Lesco's expense but still wonder did it need to get to this point. I now have my updated glasses 10 weeks later. I will not be back. read more

I've been using Lesco for my glasses for a good 20 years at this point. Always great service, cheap frames/lenses, and now I know how high quality their lenses really are! I had to walk home from the mechanic and wound up running while crossing speedway. As I got to the other side I realized my purse was open. None the wiser, I closed it up and continued walking. When I got home I realized my glasses had fallen out of my purse. I went back to hopefully salvage them but they didn't survive. However, my lenses did! They also lasted a good 5 years of wear and tear without any major scratching and I am a major glasses dropper. Infinite stars for Lesco! read more

Very poor quality lenses... my glasses were not close to the prescription given, as verified by my optician, who said this was typical of cheapo Lesco... ... when I tried to get them changed, and pointed out the error in the glasses/prescription provided... the owner flew into a rage, cursed at me and told me I was banned from coming into any Lesco from now on... he also reneged on several store polices including changing tint for free... AVOID this place!!! read more

I've always had good luck with Lesco, but this time was different. Ordered glasses and they were ready in about a week which was great. When I picked them up, there was no "fitting"! Glasses slide off my face and don't fit properly. It's rather annoying that I will have to go back. I chalk it up To inexperienced staff. I will go to another location. read more

I used the Lesco Optical at 22nd & Kolb and cannot say enough good things about the two ladies who manage the shop, Poetry and Kimberly. Very informative, personable, professional and patient. It was the best we used for 20 years life time warranty, even 6 years later they did free adjustments. They had awesome prices, great customer service and unmatched warranty on all their products. Went there a few weeks ago cause the lens kept falling off, (19 mo old) She said they no longer can fix it cause its too old. Service staff is like old car sales people, screew customer for a buck quality has gone crappy and prices have gone WHY? Cause they accept insurance and bill ripp offs to your insurance. read more

These guys are total lifesavers! My son broke his glasses as we were vacationing in AZ (he has an extremely strong prescription), and these guys worked miracles for us! Lesco is amazing, not only because they have great prices and a decent selection of frames, but because they have Kimberly B as manager. I came in to Lesco with my daughter to get her glasses, unfortunately I was given a wrong prescription from her eye doctor and didn't realize it until we picked up her new specs. Not good customer relations. Once they have your money they just as soon never see you again.

I just stopped by 20 minutes before they closed for a holiday weekend so I could get my glasses repaired. The front manager was very helpful and had them all fixed in less than 5 minutes. They're as good as new! When I thanked her and asked what I owed she said it was complementary. Sweet! Very nice of them and excellent customer service. Recommended! read more

Lesco staff was very kind and patient when I visited them 3/4/2019. I have very thick lenses due to poor eyesight, they assisted me in finding a frame that would hold the lenses and look great also. read more

The customer service wasn't the greatest. almost felt a little unprofessional and impersonal.

I ordered 1 pair of regular prescription glasses and one pair if prescription sunglasses. The glasses were ready for pick up in about 3 or 4 days the sunglasses were ready for pick up in 11 days. Both times I called asking about my sunglasses the response was that "they should be in tomorrow". To be fair, the quoted wait time was 7 to 10 days. read more

This is the ONLY place I'll ever go to get prescription glasses. They have a wide and varied selection of fashionable, quality frames and lenses. Their lenses are precisely accurate and great quality and long lasting. Their prices are extremely reasonable, in fact better than anywhere else I've looked. But best of all is their fast, friendly and competent staff. I recently ordered new glasses and expected the prescription to be filled in about 10 to 14 days but instead I got them in 2 days, yes, 2 days. Then when I discovered my eye doctor wrote the wrong prescription for one eye, they replaced one of the lenses in both pair of glasses for free, and it wasn't even their error. Like I said , I'll never go anywhere else for glasses. I went to the store at 4444 E. Grant Road, and absolutely love the staff there, Aracely, Veronica, Crystal and the others are terrific ladies and wonderful to work with. read more

This company is the most friendly, most helpful company of any kind that I think I've ever dealt with. When I got my two pair of glasses from them I found that my eye doctor had provided me an incorrect prescription. I had a second eye exam and a new prescription that Lesco changed my glasses to at no charge and when I got the glasses the prescription was still wrong. I finally brought in my old glasses, which they measured the prescription in (and discovered what the eye doctor had done wrong) and replaced both glasses' lenses once again for free. They work fine now (and I won't be going back to that eye doctor). Lesco is an excellent, customer focused company and I have been recommending them to all my friends. read more
