Let me just start off by saying my nails /toes came out ok. (Like any other place) but service was completely rushed. Let's start with Pedi, asked if I wanted regular $30 or $50 deluxe.. me I'm simple just want cuz dead skin and the ingrown cleaned up.WELL come to find out there regular pedi consist of soak in plain water (no soap or salt.. (lol whatever it is that ANY place of been to uses..) and ur nails cut (and a little cuticle clean up. They quickly used the pumice . The massage chair didn't work (favorite part) I told her like 3 times and she just said oh... yes I told her before she even started!!! Pedi literally took 12 minutes. On to mani, not much to say about that cut my nails , cleaned my cuticles and painted my nails. No hand massage, just put lotion on and basically rubbed it in. Definitely will not return.. read more

First impression of this place is decent. It looks newer.. maybe 1-2 years old. I was badly in need of a mani-pedi and this place was in my area. Note that Mon-Wed mani-pedis are $29. Not too bad! I was a walk-in and waited about 10 minutes till the next available tech. The massage chairs weren't the best but I don't usually use them when I get a pedi anyway so no big deal. A young man (maybe in his late teens) worked on my feet and did a really good job. Another woman, I think her name was Tina, worked on my hands and she pushed my cuticles way too far back causing me physical pain. Then she starting clipping them which made a few of my fingers bleed. "OUCH" lady! I mean, they turned out looking nice, but geeze! I purchased a Groupon for their mani- pedi deal and have been back five times since that initial purchase. I've brought my mom there for a pedicure and she loved it too. They are very kind and thorough with the technique in place. The first time I went there my manicure lasted 8 days. On average it lasts about 6-7 days. I don't wear gloves when I wash my dishes and think if i did, the manicure would last longer. I've had to cancel the day of my appointment and they were great in rescheduling and trying to work with my schedule. Apparently they open up on Sundays during the summer months. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Called and made an appt. for 10am on Saturday, said I had a groupon. I arrived, they don't speak or want to speak English. Bottom lilne he told me to come back at 5or 530. Really??? I have an appt. He looked at the phone and mumbled something. Second time I went there, only to be turned away. The people here are nice and that is why I gave it 1 star, but I had an appointment and waited 45 min to be seen. My whole experience was two hours and 15 min long. Way toooo long to be waiting. If you must get your nails done here, make sure you leave a lot of open time because you will be late to wherever you need to go afterwards. The massage chairs are crappy and barely work. I was cut three times by both of the male workers there. The nail file my guy was using was very dull and didn't do much for my nails. The only reason why I came in was because of the groupon. Unfortunately I have to go here again because the groupon was for two mani pedis and they have to be used by the same person. I do not recommend getting services done here. read more

Popped in here while I was waiting to get the oil changed in my car down the street at Jiffy Lube. It was such a nice relaxing mani pedi experience. The calf/foot and forearm/hand massages seemed extra long compared to other places which was nice. It was such a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere that I literally almost fell asleep. The woman doing my nails seemed to be taking extra care on everything and helped me get my socks and shoes on before I left so that I wouldn't smudge my fingernails. She also begged me to stay longer so my fingernails could fully dry. read more

Yet another bad purchase from Groupon. Apparently, if you go here with a Groupon, they will not treat you very nicely and you will wait 30+ minutes beyond our scheduled appointments--on a weekday afternoon. That's what happened to my friend and I. The guy that did my mani/pedi was just okay. The other guy that did my friend's was a bit rough and left her a little sore. Also, there was a movie on and her guy kept turning around to watch the movie while doing her nails. What's funnier is that I just went and got another pedi at a nice place and the girl said I hope you didn't get this awful pedi here, did you!? read more

Usually nail salons clean your nails very well (like taking out hang nails and stuff). The lady who did mine did not do that. I got a no chip mani and I have never seen a bad technique like the one she had to do nails. She polished my nails in a very rushed way...and painted 3 nails at a time before I placed them in the UV light to harden. She left my thumb nails uneven as well...they're different lengths. The only great thing about coming here was the quick massage she gave me which felt so good. It has only been 4 days since I got my no chip...and guess what? Two of my nails have chipped. The rest look like they're on the brink of chipping as well. Not coming here again...only to get the two nails re done. :( read more

Be careful! One of their ladies has absolutely no idea what she's doing. I purchased a mani pedi through Groupon to have some remotely pleasant experienced but this was far from it. The woman DOES NOT KNOW how to remove cuticles. Instead of cutting them off she PULLS them off, IDK how that even is possible. I mean this is nail service 101. If you can't do that, what CAN you do? She barely brushed my feet to try to soften them. She gave a massage, but I'm not there for massage, I want the dead skin off my feet! She didn't do the clear top coat on my toes, and there was nail polish coming onto my skin. THIS is not the the worst part of it. She CUT MY SKIN SO BAAAADLY THAT MY FINGER IS SWOLLEN, THERE IS PUSS AND IT HURTS EVERY DAY FOR ALMOST A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE DIDN"T EVEN CUT IT WITH SCISSORS SHE CUT IT WITH A NAIL FILE. HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO THAT!??!?!?!!??! If another woman in that salon didn't take over this one's horrible sloppy job, I would have requested my refund. The taller woman actually did an amazing job on cuticle removal and my hands. But after how badly the first woman cut me, there is really no point in all that manicure after all. I would have gladly not gotten a mani if I could prevent from my finger being cut so bad. THIS IS THE WORST CUT I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! I'm not doing this review to be spiteful, I sincerely want people to stay away from one of the women because you will waste your money and possibly SHED BLOOD. There are 3 of them there. One is taller and she's amazing. Two are shorter and chubbier. You're better off just getting your nails done with the taller woman because there's TOO MUCH TO RISK to get it from the other one. read more

I can't say enough Good things about this place. I won't go anywhere else even though I know there r cheaper places. But they always have good deals on groupon. Always very pleasant. The pedicure spa is amazing. You got a little massage at the end. The only problem I sometimes have as they take walk-ins so sometimes you have to wait even if you have appointment but it's not a long wait and it's worth it. Also very good with kids, I bring my daughter in there who is 8. There are quite a few kids that come in. read more

I didn't actually have my nails done here yet, so I can't speak to the quality of their service. However, I came here with a Groupon, and I was told upon arrival that I was required to call first. Nowhere on my Groupon was that stated. They have several going around, so perhaps it's stipulated on others, but mine mentioned nothing about calling first. In fact, they have "walk-ins welcome" prominently displayed on their window. I've never been turned away at a nail salon, but this place actually turned me away. I went 1/2 hour out of my way to come here, and didn't appreciate the wasted time since I was heading out of town and trying to run several errands before I left. The other day I decided to give it another chance, and I'm so happy that I did. Julie did my pedicure, and it was amazing!!
