SERVICE TYPE: Gel Pedicure - i got a gel pedicure here and left with a hurt and infected toe nail.... - the lady was cleaning my big toe nail with a sharp cleaning tool but she went way to hard and hurt that it took literally about 10 minutes for it to stop bleeding. It's in a very convenient location right off the freeway with lots of free parking. The salon looked clean. The staff was nice. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait too long. And they did a great job on my nails. I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They actually worked a lot on removing all the cuticles which I appreciated. I was looking for a nail salon and decided to come here after reading the reviews but I have to say that I will not be back. My nail tech was extremely rough for no reason. When filing off the previous gel polish, I was consistently burned by the drill. I pointed this out to her and it still continued. She seemed to be in a hurry. When the tech was painting my nails and she was done with one hand, she would just toss that hand and grab the other one. Paid extra for callus remover yet there's still rough spots on my feet and the polish looks spotty in some of the nails. The woman also used a cuticle cutter on my feet that wasn't wrapped, and that was on her cart in a jar/container. After she use it on me, she just put it back in the container. That doesn't seem sanitary to me. When paying $115, I expect better service and results. read more

I gave this salon two chances and unfortunately had a terrible experience both times. The first time, I made an appointment and specifically requested Kim. When I arrived, I was seated with two different technicians I never asked for. Only after I brought it up did the man at the front tell me Kim had supposedly gotten sick and left 30 minutes earlier. My issue wasn't that she was sick -- things happen. My issue was the complete lack of communication. A simple phone call or even an apology when I arrived would have gone a long way. Instead, he just kept repeating the same explanation with an attitude and no accountability. To make matters worse, the fat pimple face technician who was supposed to do my nails openly said she didn't want to work with me simply because I mentioned they should have communicated better. Completely unprofessional. Despite all of that, I still decided to give them another chance because the technicians did a nice job. Two days later, I booked another appointment for my husband and daughter and again requested specific technicians. Our appointment was at 4:00 PM. When we arrived, both technicians had JUST started working on other clients. So why even give us a 4:00 appointment if you knew they wouldn't be available? Again -- no communication, no apology, and the man at the front acted irritated and bothered the entire time. The issue here is not mistakes happening. It's the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. There are too many nail salons out there to support a business that treats paying customers this way. read more

I was so looking forward to have the same experience. I was definitely disappointed. I did make my appointment the same day and yes I was there early and I was in the chair and being worked on early. I didn't not have the same experience. It took me a while to right this review because I didn't know if it was just a bad day. After thinking about it I thought, when you're paying $132.00 plus a $20:tip for a gel x fill and a gel pedicure you should leave the salon so pleased with your hands and feet plus the experience. This time I was totally disappointed. My nail shape is totally different the polish s chipped after the second day with the sides looking like parts are off. My pedicure has my left foot toe nails longer than my right . The polish is still on the cuticle. The ladies were very nice but the one who did my nails seemed like she was fairly new. She kept burning my nail bed and the sides of my fingers. I believe it was because the fill was to thin. She was very apologetic but still. The salon is very nice, but when I'm paying that much for a fill and pedicure I should walk out knowing why I paid so much money for the service. I do like the woman that did my pedicure, Katie. Heather is a little too rough on me so I may have to change even though she does a great job but the thing that really upset me was that I have a helper that doesn't speak English I decided to treat her to a manicure while she was waiting for me. I told the man that runs the business to only give her a manicure not gel instead she not only got a full set of gel. She got cat eyes for $90 plus tip her nails cost more than mine.! I felt very taken advantage of because of that. I'll skip it this time and probably go back because the people that work there are good and I like the place they're clean and professional. read more
