Honestly disappointed. My left hand was ok. & my right hand was horrible. The nails were so bulky. Definitely not applied correctly. I'm no nail tech. But I've never had nails this bad. Two stars because my pedicure was decent ! The lady that did my pedicure just wouldn't shut up!! I mean the whole 40 minutes she was blabbering away . It's so annoying to hear that ugly language when you're trying to relax . It's also very rude ! I have been to this salon several times since its very close to my house. I would go here because it was more convenient and on my way home most times. I have always known its more expensive than I have EVER paid but I took into account the convenience. a few dollars no problem. I went NYE 12/31/19. I have been going to another salon for like 6 months to get Dipping Powder nails. $38 (OMBRE) I called ahead and made appointment asked the price. Julia said $45. i agreed to that even though it was $7 more than my other salon. When I arrived She asked what color i said the OMBRE,she said ok just show them your picture of what you want. I picked out a nail sample of OMBRE that was white w/ blue tips. The lady that ended up helping me was filing the powder off my nails and cut my cuticle pretty bad.I dont care that happens. As you can see from the picture my nails DID NOT turn out white with blue tips. :( They are PINK with some blue glitter at the tips- but I didnt want to sit there for almost 3 hours to have them fix it. THEN when came to pay, she said $60!!! I said What? I turned to Julia and said that's not what you said on the phone. she said you didnt tell me you wanted OMBRE. I replied with "when you asked me what color and I said OMBRE??? knowing that it costs $15 MORE. You think you wouldve told me that" A few dollars more ok but $20 more than other salons...her response was well its 2 colors and our costs are high. I am the client that will sit there for over 2 hours while they help other people in between me because i am a very patient person and this is the thanks that I get. It sucks but lesson learned!! Seriously??!!!!! $30.00 for a Pedi?? I was offered a flip a packet of pedicures with some special options available (callous remover stone massage et cetera) but nothing was less than $30!!! I settled for the $30 pedicure with callus remover which was nice but nothing more than my old nail salon did for probably six dollars extra on top of the $19 pedicure. I love Capri Nails! The place is clean, has great options, the techs are well trained and do a good job. The place doesn't smell at all like most nail salons. The price is good and very reasonable to this area. I was blown away by this place and decided to write a review because they close at 7pm and I got there at 6:59pm and the owner called back a tech so my sister and I can get our nails done. Most places stop taking walk ins 30 mins before and most don't care enough to wait to open back up... so thankful they did!!! Excellent service and they have won me over. read more

I was told when I walked in I could get both a manicure and a pedicure for $30 to which I agreed. During the pedicure I was asked if I would like the callous (dead skin) removed too, which I said yes. The question seemed weird because isn't the removal of dry skin apart of the pedicure? Apparently not at Capri Nails & Spa. When she was finished with everything I was told I owed forty dollars. I said no, I was told $30. She said yes but you have the callous removed that is another $10. I wasn't happy that they slipped another fee in with asking if I agree to pay an additional $10. I had printed up a coupon offline for $10 off a mani/pedi service. We waited 15 minutes even though I made an appointment. The people who worked there were terse, rude, and spoke barely any English (including the manager). So, when they asked what I thought was "Do you want callous removed? Do you want massage?" "Of course!" I said. This is a pedicure, after all. As did my friend. They failed to mention to mention that EACH additional service was TEN DOLLARS PER PERSON. When it came time to pay not only would they only honor the coupon for one of us (since I didn't print two I guess?) But the total was $90 when I was expecting $40. This place is AMAZING! I was recommended to here by my sister, and I can't believe how wonderful this salon is. I have painful ingrown on both my toes and Kye, took the pain away with ease! I feel absolutely no pain anymore and while he was taking the ingrown out I felt no pain at all. I felt comfortable and the staff is super friendly and funny! Very disappointed in the gel manicure and regular pedicure received at Capril Nails. For starters, the man and woman who performed the mani/pedi are not personable at all. My nails are uneven and there are some bubbles in the gel. Also, the wrong color was applied for my pedicure and they tried to get away with just painting over it with the correct color. read more
