So let's just say I was not impressed. I will say they were courteous to take my scheduled walk in on short notice. The location is clear and they seemed to have a decent flow of customers. I received a pedicure as full set. Pedicure was okay, not the best I've ever had. I will say my tech was gentle with my big toe nail. However, the nail tech that was assigned to me was okay. At first it all seemed fine until he glued a nail on my left Index finger and it was crooked. I asked him to take it off and fix it. And he insisted my mail was not crooked and I asked him again to fix it he finally caved and did. After he had glued all my nails.. I noticed my thumb was crooked too I asked him to fix it and again the constant reassurance to say that it wasn't when it was clear it was. This time he didn't cave and he did not fix it. The nail tech was not detail oriented. He doesn't do clean work. He uses way to large of a bead for my nails and the acrylic was a adhering to my skin! He cut me why trying to clean around my cuticle. The way he shaped my nails was fine but some nails were more narrow than the others. Glue everywhere. The gel application was blotchy! Uneven throughout the nail. Some parts are not smooth. I paid $98 for service I wasn't entirely happy with. I was so dissatisfied I did not tip him. I'm sorry but I couldn't! If I return maybe my experience will change. I will def not get this nail tech again. read more

Today I visited the salon and scheduled a nail service with Mia, who throughout the entire nail work by her, the nails were done NOT professional at all and I had to ask her to correct each nail after she is keeping asking me how needs to done it LOL .. omg !!!!! It's look like she just was tired at 5 pm, probably to receive the last customer, me. In addition, it was found that I had a green fungus on my nail, probably due to the place's lack of pretzels. And at the end of Mia's service, they claim that they can no longer provide me with service, and when I asked what she said??? I thought I didn't heard her correctly, but unfortunately I did !!! She said there is no reason. So I asked why ?! And she didn't has any reason !! Interesting !! Then I wanted to record her in a video as a proof of what she said , BUT then she changed her mind I believe and her words, but it's was too late all customers heard her words a few seconds ago .. interesting and I wonder why she changed her word when the camera was on ?!!! . Finally she first took the $91 money from me for sloppy work and humiliating a customer in a business in front of other customers all I can say it's unprofessional and disrespectful in general And then she told me: "Next time we can not give you a service !" I think this place specially Mimi the mastermind of this family business run the business in a way that they don't give a damn about customers anymore. Not only they don't do the full service but also she is so rude and angry all the time. I have been a client for this place for more than a year and I used to do my nail with Brian who is an excellent artist. He is Attentive , professional and great at his work. He left this place to another state aparantly recently. So I booked my appointment for 6pm few days ago to do my nail with Mimi. I arrived at 550pm. Mimi just started another client. Around 620pm she was getting ready to finish her work and start my nail. I told her I don't have time I can only remove my bio gel and book another appointment in future since I was in rush to leave on time. She did not like what I said and she assigned her mom ( who is a nicr person) but I think she have never removed bio gel from anybodys nail. She used the electric nail drill and filled gels of without using the soaking technique and scratching off like the other places do. This lady literally drilled off the top of my nail so bad that they are red and painful. I was at point that I told her it is enough and I wanna leave because she had no idea what she was doing. I think this is all Mimi fault because she knows her staff and she assigned her to me because she didn't care about my experience. I've been a customer for about two years the last few times Mimi the head nail tech has been taking on many clients and always late for next appointments. On Wednesday morning i came for a fill and pedicure per my appointment schedule time and day and paid 100$ for fill and pedicure an hour after i left the nail Salon a nail came off i called Mimi and sent her few msgs and she never responded so i showed up around 530 to have my nail repaired she asked me to wait a bit and she will fix it i waited 45 than it was 620 and she was late for her next appointment so when her 6pm customer showed up she told me she can't fix it and to wait until 7pm which is absolutely ridiculous. I asked her customer if she could fix my nail before starting with her and the client was nice and said yes so she fixed my nail before starting with her. Two days later another nail came off because i contacted Mimi again and she ignored me again so i called over and over to get an appointment to have my nail repaired and i arrived at 5 pm and she charged me more money to fix this nail and told me it was better for me not to come there again as i told her the nails weren't done great that time which they weren't she hurries up all the time and doesn't do her job properly they also charge up more money illegally for customers using credit cards for payment which is so ridiculous i will not be back and do not recommend this place horrible customer service. I have been coming to this spa for years. Today my service was absolutely horrible. I told my nail technician to please not cut my nails and only file a very little bit. She said okay but then proceeded to completely ignore my request. I was honestly so angry and disappointed. I am sad to say that the service has gone so down in this business and the new people are absolutely horrible in the way they do the nails. I just took my bio gel out, and the lady made my nails so thin that they are breaking from the middle of my Fingernail not even the nail like in the middle of my finger. I have never had such a horrible experience in the last 2030 years of getting my nails done, they should fire Mia and they should have a new management. This is unacceptable and the pain and the suffering has been excruciating because we work with our hands and our nails forget the beauty the fact that my nails are breaking from the middle is just unacceptable and unheard of I am super angry and they should go out of business. read more
