After…read moreexchanging pleasantries I went to browse the jewelry and commented to my friend I liked a piece or two. The sales woman said to me quote, "Your looking at the fine jewelry. Cheap jewelry is over there." And gestured to another part of the store. I was confused at first at what she was implying and I said I know. I know what I like. And she just gestured to the cheaper jewelry. I am absolutely shocked at how rude this woman was. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service. This woman does not know me or my financial status and yet assumed I cannot pay for a $400 bracelet. I can, but regardless I am a customer in your empty store looking at something behind a glass and you turn me away from it??? That was so unnecessary and rude I am completely offended. I can see why this was the only store in the mall that was empty. The rude lady was scaring away customers. My friend and I laughed about it, but genuinely I cannot image what she had to gain by stopping me and telling me I should go to the cheap section.

So keeping that in mind I gathered a few items only to find out sale is misleading. Only items with a dot are 40% off, other items 'have already been marked down so are 20% off'.
