Little store, person working inside was friendly. Parking can be challenging at peak times in the little plaza. Saw a sign in the window that read, ' 40% off entire store'. So keeping that in mind I gathered a few items only to find out sale is misleading. Only items with a dot are 40% off, other items 'have already been marked down so are 20% off'. Now, if that's the case, indicate so in the window sign! No more of these misleading sales here for me. Now I know why only a couple of folks were in the store. Not worth the time. read more

Siany has a great range of items, from Marc Jacobs to more affordable brands. The overall atmosphere is casual and friendly, and they have some great deals. I have had my eye on Steve Madden's Intyce boots in cognac and I purchased them at 40% during Siany's big sale. I also found a really flattering dress for the holidays for only $15! This is also a great place for gifts, you can find such cute stuff within any price range. Best of all, Siany's staff is so much friendlier and more helpful than any other boutique in the area. It's so refreshing compared to other stores in the same mall where the attitude just makes shopping uncomfortable. I never go into Siany without finding something that makes me feel GLORIOUS -- whether it be a $15 scarf that my friends lust after or the absolutely perfect boots for everyday (which were considerably more than $15, but SO worth it!!) This review is in regards to the many times I have experienced TERRIBLE customer service by the women working at this boutique! Unless you know them personally or are their "type" of customer, no one will greet you or assist you on their own...you pretty much have to beg for help! I was in last week looking for accessories for my new job outfits. There were only two associates working and one disappeared into the back as I waited for a line of customers to be helped. I wanted to have a jewelry case opened, as I wanted to potentially buy a necklace. I was waiting for several minutes. I finally got the sales girl's attention and began asking for assistance, then another customer walked in the store and interrupted my interaction and instead of telling the customer she would be with her in a moment and help me first, she just dropped me mid-sentence and helped the other customer...That was pretty upsetting. This sales girl was young, blonde, and rude! I left shortly thereafter. Honestly, I am going to just shop elsewhere at this point, as none of the associates seem to care about repeat customers that don't look a certain way. The boutique itself carries great accessories, brands and gift items of all price ranges and both my mom and I have been customers for several years at both the Westlake and Calabasas locations. They also do a few big sales that provide great value on items. The clothing sizes are only XS-L. Not much size diversity, so I do not buy clothing here. read more

I agree with the reviews regarding the customer service by the females who work there. Most times I have been there, they have people they know they are talking to about personal things , like their kids, or what they have going on that weekend etc. The overall vibe is snooty even though the merchandise is just ok (not that acting that way is EVER ok). I have been there several times out of convenience to pick something up for a gift. Most times at the register they are busy with something other than attending to the customer, unless you are their personal friend, don't say hi, quickly just ask you for your phone number and ring you up without really giving much friendly, warm eye contact. When you are shopping and looking at folded clothes on the tables, after you place it back down (I always try to re fold and try to be neat), someone comes up right after you and refolds it right in front of you, lol. As if they are annoyed that it was messed up after looking at it. Only out of convenience to find a quick gift rather than drive to the mall do I go in there. I never leave with a warm, welcoming feeling of wanting to come back and give them my money after I buy something. Snooty. read more

I love the merchandise and would give this unique women's store 5 stars but like some of the other reviews I also found the sales staff not very nice. The first time I shopped there; sales girl was fine and helpful. However last time; I was completely ignored without so much as a "hi" or "hello"! The sales girl happened to be helping another woman when I walked in which is understandable but to be completely ignored for at least 10 minutes is RUDE and makes you feel like a GHOST! Management is apparently not training its staff to be FRIENDLY! I will go in again sometime soon and hopefully receive a better reception since it is my favorite shop compared to the rest of the stores in this upscale town center. Came in about four weeks ago, i had an enjoyable time and they have a great selection. I was helped and ended up buying a great gift for someone. Ive come here for the past few years and Ive always been pleased I have just joined Yelp today, and I decided this would be my first review, since I love Siany. But only come to find "Lisa G." the employee who helped me pick out a gift, wrote a yelp review about Siany two weeks ago! Praising the place where she works, pretending as if she isnt an employee at Siany. I love Siany, but it's a little annoying to see an employee writing a fake review. Makes me wonder if any of these other reviews were written by employees. Next time, don't use an account that has your name and a photo of you for everyone to see. read more

I find myself writing this Yelp post because there are some associates that just never get the proper credit. I haven't shopped at Siany's for a bit and came in last week and by my surprise I was helped by this stunning young brunette girl who by far had the biggest eyes. She was a joy. I think she was at the boutique by herself close to closing and handled herself with grace. She was very patient with me and what I was trying to find and she seemed to really care. I just want to give this young lady a call out because it is not very common that such a young girl handles herself with such grace and customer friendly. Bummer! Went in a few days ago to purchase 3 gifts because my friend told me they had some cute jewelry and gift items throughout the store. The owner, her daughter and a few other 19-24yr olds were working. Frankly I've never been treated so poorly. 3 girls were standing up the front chatting, they looked me up and down and as I walked in continued to whisper and giggle. I walked by them without being acknowledged and looked around the store for a bit. Finally after 10 mins of browsing uncomfortably I decided there are about 6 stores in the same shopping center with the same selection and there was absolutely no way they were getting my business. I normally shop at Nordstrom or M Frederic... However I wandered into Siany's to buy a birthday present for my girlfriend. I was immediately greeted by a girl named Taylor. She was very helpful and down to earth. And $200 later I had my presents all gift wrapped and ready to go. I would definitely recommend this store!!! 5 stars read more
