My mom and I walked in today, Micah had clients and informed us that he had an appointment in 30 minutes. So he helped us while his next appointment came. He was so sweet, patient, understanding, gentle and he knows his wigs. Mom picked a few but none convinced her, then Micah suggested one he thought she might like, and surprise surprise! Micah is so knowledgeable and patient. I went with a group of 3 other women and he didn't rush us or pressure us to buy anything. By the time we left there were wigs everywhere. I am only a couple of months into wearing a wig! I never imagined I would want to or need to either! But my thinning hair and now hairline moving, I am all in. I went to Tres Joli Wig Salon because it is local for me on the central coast. I was so excited to look around and try on wigs after meeting Christy. She isn't pushy or concerned about making a big sale, just interested in my needs, style, color, length, and all the things I'm still learning about. Huge selection and very knowledgable staff (Christy helped me). They have a massive amount of stylish wigs, but also head turbans, and other hairpieces. I finally settled on a wig. After having a horrible experience at a different local salon, going to Tres Joli was like a breath of fresh air. They were not pushy at all, and were NICE to me, which I loved because I needed someone to be slow and patient with me! So much knowledge from the lady who helped me! After I choose my wig I was worried about the worst happening (it coming off!) and she gave be about 5 different solution options! She then spent 10 min explaining care and washing answering all my questions to keep my wig looking top notch for months to come, all I can say is wow to these people, I cried with relief, the pain of hair loss is so emotional affecting how I look every day. This store is well-run, clean and stocked with more wigs than I ever could try on. The wigs come from many different venders and there are a lot of different colors, lengths, and styles to choose from. The owner is there to answer any questions and to offer suggestions of style, color, or possibilities she may have. This is an excellent service I really appreciate because she brought me a long hair blondish red wig to try on that I would never consider on my own. I put it on and immediately thought, "I could never wear this. I'm too old!" but when I looked in the mirror I was shocked at how much younger I looked. When my husband saw it, his reaction was worth all the worry. He loved it! It was then I decided, that if I am considering a wig, it doesn't matter what I think about the style or color not being appropriate for me, it all about how I feel when I look in the mirror! When my 10 year-old grandson saw me he said, Grandma, you look so pretty!" You will love this shop! read more

Just picked up a wig that I ordered for Halloween. It looks awesome! The staff here could not be more helpful, especially for someone who's never worn a wig before. They gave me a lot of one-on-one and even have someone in-house to cut your wig for free if you buy it there. Thank you! read more
