I messaged them on IG for an appointment and they were super helpful and quick to put me. I had Steph do my hair and she was great. She was sweet, funny and I loved how she did my hair. I had long curly, frizzy hair so we did a Bob-style cut and off with a few inches. My hair was soft and straight for a change. My hair looked great once Steph was done with me. It was an hour appt I believe which is good with all that she did. So from walking in the door til leaving it was just a great atmosphere and everyone was so nice. Scheduling is the responsibility of the stylist and salon management, not the client. As a first-time customer, I expected a pleasant and professional experience. If there is any lesson to be learned here for both parties, it is that you must allocate sufficient time for new clients so they can leave your shop with a positive outcome. Ultimately, the photos speak for themselves: it was a bad haircut. Despite being handled by three different people, I feel like I am still being blamed for the result. As soon as we entered, the older stylist looked at us and loudly and rudely said, "Oh... she don't want me..." She then turned to the other stylist and spoke quietly so that my grandson and I couldn't hear what she was saying, but the other customer clearly could. I knew she was talking about us because as soon as she finished, both stylists and the customer looked directly at us. The older stylist then announced that she would take the other customer and that the younger stylist could take us "if she wanted to." The entire interaction made me feel embarrassed, unwelcome, and extremely uncomfortable. By the time my grandson was in the chair, I just wanted to leave. I wasn't even comfortable telling the stylist that his haircut needed to be blended better because I felt so awkward after the way we had been treated. No customer should feel singled out or talked about when they walk into a business. Regardless of what may have happened in the past, conversations like that should never take place in front of customers. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no one else has a similar experience.

I asked her to take the bang curler out half way through the perm she didn't do that. I gave her a picture of what I wanted the back to look like and that was a waste of time. When she went to trim the perm I asked her to only trim a very small amount. She cut the back and cut the perm off. It's so short I can't curl it and the rest is a ball of friz. I paid 70 dollars for that.
