My appointment was supposed to be a standard consultation and haircut. Instead, I was squeezed between two chemical appointments. Scheduling is the responsibility of the stylist and salon management, not the client. As a first-time customer, I expected a pleasant and professional experience. If there is any lesson to be learned here for both parties, it is that you must allocate sufficient time for new clients so they can leave your shop with a positive outcome. Ultimately, the photos speak for themselves: it was a bad haircut. Despite being handled by three different people, I feel like I am still being blamed for the result. I am simply the client, and I paid for a professional service that was not delivered.

After she was done, I told her I wanted it shorter as the picture shows. Then I had to have her trim the sides because she barely cut them and the cut I showed her was a big difference from my hair then. I wanted volume at the top but she said she would cut underneath on my crown to give volume but it didn't. I came home and did a lot of trimming to get it a little more like I wanted it but because I'm not a pro, it still isn't what I want. I'll let it grow and go somewhere else.
