When I arrived a few minutes early, my stylist, Skyler, was still with a client. Her previous appointment ran well over the allotted time. During my consultation, I showed her a picture of a chin-length bob so she would understand the style I wanted. Most stylists appreciate it this. She said it was no problem, washed my hair, and started the cut. She cut very small portions at a time, which I assumed meant she was being cautious. Once she reached near my chin I was happy with the length. Her next client arrived for a coloring service. Skyler stopped working on me. The receptionist came over to dry my hair and burned my ear with the blow-dryer. The receptionist then had to return to the front desk to answer phones, leaving me to wait until the owner of the salon came over to finish styling my hair. I was never offered a mirror to check the results. Exhausted and ready to leave while Skyler worked on the client next to me, I just heard a "thank you" as I walked to the front to pay. She never completely finished the haircut. The service was expensive and not worth the outcome. When I realized how uneven my hair was, I called the salon and spoke with the receptionist. I asked to speak with the owner, who was not in that day, and scheduled a follow-up visit. When my husband and I arrived for the correction, the salon was completely vacant during mid-morning heavy traffic hours, which felt intentional to hide what had happened. The owner sat me in the chair and lectured me about the time they had spent on my first visit, blaming me for the poor results. She then grabbed scissors, snipped a tiny bit of hair, and declared it fixed. My hair still looked terrible. In my opinion, this salon charges high prices for poor quality and poor time management, having squeezed me in between chemical services. This was the worst haircut I have ever had, and I do not recommend the salon to anyone. Here i am adding pictures of the before and after.

My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. The location is beautiful and we were excited but not comfortable to say I'd recommend or refer someone.

I messaged them on IG for an appointment and they were super helpful and quick to put me. I had Steph do my hair and she was great. She was sweet, funny and I loved how she did my hair. I had long curly, frizzy hair so we did a Bob-style cut and off with a few inches. My hair was soft and straight for a change. My hair looked great once Steph was done with me. It was an hour appt I believe which is good with all that she did. So from walking in the door til leaving it was just a great atmosphere and everyone was so nice. After agreeing to a refund and to cover hair extension wendy and jade then stsrted calling and harrassing me several.times. wendy let these reviews be a lesson to you. Had you done the right thing and refunded for aweful work, i would not posted these truthful reviews. Probably cost your bizz alot more then the refund rightfully owed to me. I am reaching out to the local BBB and dept of consumer service as well. At this point it is a matter of protecting othe consumers from harm.
