Our questions aren't taken seriously, and sometimes, men in these shops can be condescending. Uzi and everyone there was professional and helfpul. When we asked about the date on the tires he'd acquired and said we wanted newer tires, Uzi scoured the country to find us tires that would work. And he and his co-worker did an amazingly careful job getting our tires on and ready to roll! I appreciate the help. ------------ *Shady policy and manager (Lane). I paid for a tire warranty to cover a blow out tire. The rim that was broken had some significant road rash on it. They told me that I had to move my spare tire with a new rim to replace it. To make the move they were trying to force me to pay an additional $40 to move it. I understand there was labor to move it, but it sure seems like a shady practice to force someone to pay $40 to accommodate what the warranty should cover. I asked if they would even meet me half way, and the employee was rude and unwilling to consider the situation any other way but his own.
