Ever since my old optometrist retired I was in the hunt for a new optometrist. Booking the appointment was easy but far out in a way which is understandable. Me being a new patient and all takes time to have a time slot for the type of appointment. I was greeted right away and given paperwork to fill out and gave the receptionist my insurance card and ID. I was called right after and was taken to the back for pre-testing. This office is cool because yea it was a lil old school technology but pretty cool equipment to take measurements of your eyesight. Right after I was seen by the doctor who was really nice and helpful with any questions I might have. I was able to pick out my new glasses and picked up my new glasses with a month (my prescription is high so it takes longer to make). I definitely think I found my permanent optometrist!

Dr. Sutton took the time to figure my prescription out and ever since the first visit he is always able to make it work. My dad struggled with his prescription as well. I originally liked a pair of Silhouette glasses, but the price point was above what I was expecting, so Darlene helped me find some Ray Bans as an alternative which I ended up liking better. She was also great with showing me color options on her computer and what would go with my skintone. I ordered just in time for my 2024 insurance benefit and can't wait for my new glasses to come in. We both love the way our glasses look on our face. All the support that we received during the shopping process were intentional. Disclaimer: My wife's regular frames needed to be readjusted twice and her sunglasses require more UV protection. However, all times were a flawless process. They had get come on, she discussed her issues, they listened and then executed. I love that about them. They make it feel like part of the family 100%. I chose a pair of Chopard frames and a pair of Cartier sunglasses. My wife chose Philipp Plein for both a regular and sunglasses frames. We did not feel like we had to buy anything. We were made to feel special with our purchases.
