Divide and conquer: Clayton handled the flush...no problems there, while Kyle tackled the water hammer, which speculated might be the result of a faucet cartridge I improperly installed. But he checked everything...water feed under the sink and even pipes in the basement (which he snugged since it looked like one of them was loose). Then it was back to the sink and the faucet cartridge. The good news? I hadn't muffed the installation! I just looked like the part was a lemon. Better news? He had the part on hand. Even better news? Both projects cost less than expected, even without using a discount card I had forgotten was taped to the fridge. In. Out. Done and done, but not before they did a thorough check for leaks. They were followed by Josh who talked me through the wide variety of furnaces they offer. Not a cheap investment, and he knows it, which is why he patiently went through all the options. I now know more about what goes into heating a home thanks to him. I was looking at replacing 3 bathroom faucet cartridges, as I had one leaking and felt it was best to replace all 3 at once with one plumber visit. At first contact they requested I sent an email photo of the brand and they would have a plumber investigate and contact me with the replacement cartridges needed. I never heard back. I took a photo and put it in ChatGPT to find their recommendation and purchased them from Home Depot. I reconnected Kuhn and set up a time for a service call. The plumber came and after 30 minutes he informed me that the replacement cartridges I had brought were incorrect. He told me that the company will research the manufacturer and call me back with the product and costs. As I have a leaking faucet, how long would the turnaround be. His response was "we are not very good on that and it usually takes 2 to 3 months". I explained that my faucet is leaking and that is unacceptable. He said he will talk with his supervisor, but gave no guarantee or sense of urgency. I was charged a total of $263,25. The rate was $195 per hour. He was here a total of 45 minutes and charged me for travel time back to the shop. When I was quoted the price I was told it was for labor only and was not informed that it also included travel time, Overall, very disappointed that Kuhn felt it was acceptable to have a leaking faucet for 3 months, did nothing to fix the issue and have deceptive pricing.

He was very easy to communicate with via phone or email. And they were extremely prompt. The response was professional and the owner went out of his way in going to my mother's house to fix her furnace after another company told us it was going to run up to $500. He was able to reinstall the original part and clean up the area and got it working for much less. This may be a temporary fix but I know that I can trust Ozzie, the owner to be upfront about what the solution is and charge an affordable price for the fix. As a real estate agent, finding a service provider that I can be happy recommending to my buyers and sellers is important. I am definitely adding O-Zone to my preferred vendor list!

He wrote my full credit card number on the invoice to be billed later. After 2 weeks I was never charged. The manager sent me an electronic invoice to pay. At that time I paid and responded that I was uncomfortable with my credit card number on a paper invoice somewhere. He never bothered to respond or apologize. I changed my card number that day. If you choose this vendor you may want to ask if they have a scanner before they perform the work. In 2020 I personally think it's unacceptable not to have a scanner.
