They were a bit busy today, and the weren't sure they could do the job today, but with the water backing up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher, something had to be done. Fortunately Lowell is a conscientious and caring man, along with the company operator. Once they knew they have been here before, they were determined to try to fit me in. They called ahead to let me know Lowell was on his way and within the 2 hour time window they told me in the morning. Lowell just left, mission accomplished! Very fair price, clean equipment, respectful of your home, and you'll here a few good stories if you are able to spend the time. Will be my first call if I have an issue in the future.

I got on the phone with a very kind lady at AA Plumbing, and she got her staff to come out immediately after they were finished with their current job. The guy did a super through job, even wiped up areas that were slightly dusty and non- plumbing related. Best of all, he didn't charge an arm and a leg for coming out as an emergency. I have their number saved for any plumbing issue I run into in the future. They're a life saver, and great to work with.

Since I last…read moreused them they were bought by Kotz heating so when I had a few plumbing services needed I again called them. This experience was a total disaster. The tech that was sent out refused to repair a leak in my built in whirlpool tub drain stating parts were no longer available and I would need to replace the tub. So I then bought a tool needed to unscrew the tub drain strainer and used some new plumbers putty to reseal the drain, TUB FIXED. Also needed a 3/4 inch copper valve replaced and was given a quote of $341.00. I decided that was way to high and I would do the job myself. The total work time for me was 25 minutes and $14.00 for the valve. In effect I was to be charged over $600 per hour labor by the plumber!
