On May 28th, they told us that they would be back to dismantle and take away the oil tank. The original date got pushed until June 16th, for whatever reason. I did not receive a phone call or a message stating that they would not arrive at 8 a.m., per our original conversation. Called several times and had to wait on someone to return our calls. We finally get in touch with the manager, John, and he tells us that no one will be coming to our house because they have several clients that they have PRIORITIZED because they don't have air conditioning. Mind you, the weather in the past two weeks has not been excessively hot, in fact, it's been cool outside and MAYBE had two days that were in the 80s. He states that they called and left a message. I have not received any calls, I don't have any missed calls, nor do I have any voicemail messages from anyone at Witham's. We have work that we're trying to get done on our house and garage. We have had to push those jobs so that Witham's could come into our home utilizing the backyard; which is where the other contractors need to access the rest of our property, as well. We can't keep pushing off other things that we're trying to do to this house. We have scheduled places to be, individually as a family. We need to work on our home to be completed in a timely manner. For you to tell me, after accepting payment, giving us a verbal agreement, and scheduling an appointment for us oh, that you have decided to prioritize your customers, is absolutely ridiculous! It is not, according to John, a first come, first serve type of company. No matter what you may have going on, if they feel that someone else is more important than what you need done, then you will get bumped until they can come to help you. This oil is leaking in my home! Not sure how a broken air conditioning unit prioritises over leaking oil, that you can see and smell. We tried to get him to understand this from consumer perspective. Not as a business owner. As an individual, if you paid someone for a service, and was told a date that said service would take place, you would be upset if you were constantly told that it could not happen during that time. It feels as if we are getting the runaround. We have now had to take our business elsewhere! My parents have utilized this company for decades! Whether it was something within the home or them actually going to the gas station. We will no longer patronize this company as a family!

After 25 or so minutes I was told my control board needed to be replaced. Dylan offered to do the job for $1150 with no grantees. After I refused that service he told me my charge went up to $237 for his visit. I am not sure if this is their standard practice after you decide not to have to work done. Overall, they are very pricey! Dylan said that my control board runs higher than average. It actually runs $50 to $200 on the higher end. So I would have basically just paid over 1k in labor for a part that might not fix the problem. If you do decide to go with this company I would highly recommend asking for an itemized list of fees before coming out.

They did a fabulous job. We are still clients of theirs. If an issue arises all I do is call them and they come out that day if possible. We carry a maintenance contract with them, they call and remind us when they are coming to check out everything. When we got flooded in 2008, they came out and checked everything out for us and dried out our heater. I would not go any where else. They are the best in my book.
