While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I've had frame repair done, also a great job. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure.
