Chicago kills me with 10%+ sales tax.......particularly when I get work done on a luxury car. I…read morestore a vehicle for about half the year and when I take it out for the spring/summer it usually needs a checkup. Since Chicago continues to surprise me with dirt cheap liquor prices and absurd auto repair costs, I've just decided to drink in Chicago and get my tune ups in Cincinnati and Porsche of the Village (formerly Beechmont Porsche) is the place to do it. NOTE: They have moved and both the address and website are new. The location is a new 50,000 square foot facility and has over 70 cars inside on display. Now I have to disclose, I've been going to these guys for several years now and they are top notch.....even for a town like Cincinnati. Their old location on Beechmont Ave was nice, but the Mariemont (think rich folks neighborhood - duh...) is VERY nice. They deal in several nice brands like Volvo and Audi, but also sell and service higher end automotive lines like Maseratis and Porsches. Dropping off the car is great..folks are attentive, offers of coffee, Wall Street Journals, nice plasma TVs.....and comfortable seating makes a wait more like a "visit." David is the service manager and is top notch in his field........here are some of the perks I've received here: * Provided a Rental Car free of charge, * Very Technically competent, * Researched factory service updates to find relevance to my problems, * Very friendly, good service, * The Dealership placed a follow-up / survey call to determine my satisfaction, * Usually same day service, *And will recommend cheap third party vendors if the quality is better (think stereo speak or convertible top replacement....) These guys are on the ball in every aspect and their service reflects that level of professionalism. In addition, they don't charge a "per hour" service fee like a Porsche dealership does in Chicago which is $150 an hour and can add a significant amount to the final bill..... this is pretty unique for a dealership. The only downside is they are too good at their jobs and typically always find issues over and above what I take it in for which means repair bills are usually much higher, but it is worth it if I don't wind up on the side of the road days later because they were not proactive. If you are a PCA (Porsche Club of America) member you get 15% off parts which is another plus in my book. Is the car high maintenance.........hell yes!!!...........is it worth it......totally. Is it worth taking it to Porsche of the Village absolutely!

Brought in a Taycan for a "minor" service. We were promised we would be able to pick it up in 2…read moreweeks. We called in after 6 weeks of no communication and were told that the battery is dead! They're asking for 50k in service fees for the battery because it will not be covered by the warranty. The car will not charge, "per Porsche policy" they're unable to fix the original "minor" issue any longer, will be canceling the remaining year of warranty on the car, and that the ONLY THING they can help us is PROVIDE WITH A PHONE OF A TOW TRUCK (at our cost) to get our car out of the shop... Think twice before coming in to this place for services! Oh and yeah, Vince Burgess the "certified service manager" needs to retire asap! The customers of Porsche deserve a qualifying service manager!

Total cost was $8,442.90 I went back on 11/20/2024 SO#V407410 with an oil leak and my vehicle shutting off randomly. Diagnosis was that the boost hose was not secure and they replaced the clamp. Determined no oil leak. Vehicle was in the shop for one day. I went back again on 12/5/2024 SO#V407746 with an oil leak and vehicle shutting off randomly. Determined failed oil trap line and vacuum leak. Again returned to the dealer on 2/3/2025 SO#V409061 with an oil leak and shutting off randomly. Determined torque fault converter and no oil leak found. Recommended new transmission. 7/7/2025 I returned to Volvo to fix the oil leak. That has been consistently happening since the initial fix. The top of the motor is covered in dark motor oil. I was told the oil drain plug was leaking. No answer for the oil on top of the motor. Volvo's latest theory is the oil has been poured on the top of the engine although the oil is dark and the last time it was brought in they had cleaned the motor oil off of the car. Instructed to return 7/18 since they have died the oil this time. This is the 7th time I have returned to the dealership.

This is the picture of pure negligence! Mark Sweeney…read moredealership literally almost took my life and that of 3 other innocent drivers by allowing a 22 year old, without insurance, to "test drive" a muscle car, according to the police he was driving more than 120mph. Flipped over a construction was into incoming traffic, hit another car then landed on mine. Gratefully everyone lived, but since the driver was uninsured, I had to pay $1,000 deductible, miss a week of paid work, total car loss. I met with the dealership, no lawyers, just asking them to do the right thing and minimally compensate the loss. Radio silence, they take no responsibility, will not even call back my insurance agency. Now I have to buy a car and deal with the long term impact, I have to drive for my work and have yet to get on a highway. There are lots of family owned dealerships in Cincinnati, the competition is steep. I recommend Wyler dealerships. I told them the situation and they have offered to help me find a safe option when I am ready to fully drive again. This was not an accident, it is negligence and a dealer who won't take responsibility tells me all I need to know about how they will deal with customers. Really too bad, this could have been a simple, positive experience about family values and taking responsibility. I wish I could write a positive review.

When it hit 100 K miles I called and made an appointment. Took it in. Asked what this was going to cost. Got a I don't know. But we will tell you once we get into it. No one came in the waiting room and talked to me. When it was finished got the bill and it was over $400. Ok, paid the bill. Got a call the next day and said they said the printer was out of paper and we owed $700 more. I paid it. Asked for the bill to be emailed to me. Never got it. Called three times and still haven't gotten it. I have no idea what they did. We live 90 miles away so I haven't been able to just run over and ask for it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I won't be buying a new truck from them in the future.
