Predatory service center warning! They did a 40k inspection when my girlfriend took a 2023 wrangler in for an oil change and to follow up on the wastegate rattle that had already been approved in California but the parts weren't in on time for us to have the service done. She was handed a bill for over 1,200 dollars! We thought they must have done the spark plugs or something but they had her Jeep for less than 2 hours. We checked the invoice and I've never in my life seen more BS billing! They claimed they did filter changes and transfer case fluid along with a tire rotation and charged her full price for an oil change when she has Jeep care! I had a very bad feeling and can't verify the fluid changes but I can verify they didn't TOUCH the spare for the tire rotation. I don't believe they did anything outside of the oil change and there's no way this bill should have exceeded 400 even if they did the inspections and fluid changes they claimed. DO NOT trust this service department. We filed a claim with Jeep and were told we would have part of the the charges refunded but have heard nothing from them since. read more

Bought a Jeep outright and it's been two months and the title hasn't shown up and now I have made three calls and no one calls me back. Titles are required to be provided in 30 days but sometimes things happen. 2 months is ridiculous. Filing a complaint with the attorney general. Avoid this place. read more

Service was overpriced!! Never ever ever get your vehicle serviced at Mike Castrucci..I was scheduled to have a sensor on top of my battery replaced and they said it would cost $820.0] $200 an hour for labor $160 for the part.3.5 hrs for labor. I called Jake Sweeney dodge. Their cost $200 @1.5 hours $136 for the Part total $375.Edd the Service Advisor was a POS.. I still had to pay Castrucci a diagnostic fee of $184 for something that was already diagnosed. Sweeney didn't charge a diagnostic fee because it was already diagnosed. Never ever deal with these crooks!! read more

Don't waste your time with getting your service done here! If i could give zero stars I would. I brought my Jeep in for service, they reported I needed new rotors and breaks with only 24,000 miles. Rotors were covered under warranty but they wanted to charge me $500 for new break pads. I had the break pad seen by a different mechanic who reported I was NOT in need of new break pads. I brought the car back in for the rotors, scheduled service ahead of time and communicated to the service tech the timeline of the service. I was told it would take 2 hours, I planned accordingly, had the car dropped off at 9:30 and waited for my car to get fixed. I communicated and confirmed with the tech that my car would be ready by 11:30. At 11:30 I checked in with the service desk and they reported they had not even started the service because they were told they "had all day to work on the car." They were heading to lunch and reported they could start on the car at 1:00. All they said when I expressed my concern about this was, "sorry, I get to it later but nothing I can do." Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor, stay away and find another place for your car service. read more

I purchased a car from this dealership when they first opened. I thought it was a good experience, and then recently, I got something in the mail from them, saying they would be interested in buying back the vehicle. Somebody named DeShaun texted me, asked me a few questions about my car, and then gave me me a ballpark number that he said his manager told him they would be willing to pay for my car. I set an appointment to bring my car in for them to see, showed them, but it's in perfect condition, with less than 3300 miles. It was not a short drive for me, and all tolled, took over two hours out of my day. DeShaun presented me with an offer more than $5000 less than what he told me they would be willing to pay. He told me that they go by black book numbers, but couldn't explain why they suckered me into coming down there to show them my car at one number, then lowballed me. The number they offered me was more than $5000 less than Kelley Blue Book trade-in value, and $10,000 less than Kelley Blue Book private sale value. I'm guessing the used car manager, Omar, played both DeShaun and me. I would absolutely not recommend doing any business with this company. Shameful. read more

The lot is very organized and laid out so you can see what they have available for sale. The salesman are really helpful and answer any questions you might have with a car. I've also taken my car to get serviced here and the service team was really nice and made sure i was taken care of. The waiting room is also really nice with areas to do work and they also have vending machines if you would like a snack or a drink while you are waiting for your car to get serviced. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here and buy/ service their cars here! read more

Do not recommend service here. Brought it in for recalls, and uconnect software update. After about 90 min they come out and say they need another hour for the recalls. Well I was there over 4 hours.... At hour 3 I asked for an update and ensured the software would be updated and they said no that's a separate thing and they can't do it today. Even though that was part of the initial reason I even scheduled the appointment. And at no point did they say they couldn't do it until I asked. And when I was leaving a different person checked me out and I mentioned that I was frustrated that the software I couldn't update myself wasn't checked, and explained that uconnect stated I needed to go to a dealership to have it updated... and he told me that's not something they do BUT if they did they'd charge for the software and the labor time, but he's never heard of having to do it at a jeep dealer and suggested I call uconnect customer service. So I did so as I left the dealership, only to be told by uconnect that dealerships DO update software all the time and they should only be charging labor since the software is free. Wtf?! Incredibly frustrating and walked away with half of what I came there for after spending 4+ hours waiting. Uconnect suggested I visit a different dealership which seems like a no brainer. read more

Went in twice w/my Jeep 2016 Renegade for air conditioning not working properly. The first time I left it I was charged a $200 fee to look at it and then another $600 to work on it. They did not fix the problem. I brought it in a second time and was charged $1,000 and whatever they did that time did not fix the problem either. I am afraid to bring it back to them again. They obviously don't know what they are doing. The air only comes on when it feels like it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it will not come on unless I hit a bump in the road which will kick it on. They told me if the air is working when I bring it in for service, they will not be able to figure out what the problem is. Seriously? On a hot day it is not pleasant driving this vehicle, never knowing if or when the air is going to work. read more

I got a jeep there in February 2024 drove it off the lot check engine light came on for EGR valve a month later it started overheating i took it back up there got it diagnostic and they said it was a blown head gasket haven't even put 1000 miles on this car yet the salesman didn't care. He just wanted to make more sales been sitting up here for over 10 hours. They quoted me $8100 fix. I would not recommend this place. They don't care about people they selling lemons just to make a quick buck read more

I live in Columbus, Ohio about 120 miles from this dealership. I had been searching for a key fob for my 2018 Jeep Compass, and could not find it locally, apparently there is a shortage of these parts. My home dealership, found one, at Mike Castrucci and gave me the part name and number. I called and spoke with Holly in the parts department, she verified that it was in stock, and even went to physically check that it was really there. IT WAS!! I gave her a cc number, and told her I would be there the next day to pick it up. When I got there, Holly was working, she ran the VIN from my vehicle, and verified this was the correct key fob. In my opinion, Mike Castrucci, Holly is a keeper. read more

I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mike Castrucci CJDR in Cincinnati, Jan 30th to be delivered Feb 2nd. On the day it was to be delivered, got a call from our salesman at noon stating that there's an issue causing a delay in delivery that was to be at my house at 2pm. Their technician noticed engine SOOT in the COOLANT reservoir during his final inspection. They "flushed the coolant system", supposedly (even though carfax does not reflect this maintenance history). Somehow, that delayed the delivery of the vehicle by 3 days. When the vehicle arrived at my house, I did a thorough inspection of it taking note that the coolant reservoir, again, had a lot of thick and milky oil residue inside it. We tried to communicate the issue thru our salesman and after a couple of weeks, he responded to us stating that he no longer for worked for Mike Castrucci CJDR but that we need contact the GM, Bobby Castrucci. We called and called, left several voice-mails for Mr. Castrucci without any form of communication from him. Eventually, we were able to reach Ron Schaffer, one of Bobby's used car managers and even Rocky Muirhead their "main" used car manager. Let me say that Rocky is one of the most disrespectful and rude "mangers" I've ever dealt with. Not to mention ignorant because "it's something that happens sometimes because its a diesel" is NOT a thing. He denied selling us a vehicle that had any type of issue and stated that "we'd never sell a vehicle in that condition". Since that obnoxious interaction with Rocky, we've been communicating with Ron Schaffer. He has been somewhat helpful in helping us get our title corrected as their financial department listed the incorrect lien holder on the title, and started out being helpful with our "oil in the coolant" issue. On March 9th, he had us take the Jeep to our local Jeep Dealership for an diagnostic report which Castrucci CJDR was to be responsible for covering the $175 cost of so they could verify what the issue is. Upon completion of the diagnostic, the issues "could be" the oil cooler, turbo, cylinder head, head gasket or finally, the engine block. The dealer contacted Ron for further guidance. The dealer then contacted me to let me know what the culprit could be and the Castrucci's management told them to continue diagnosing to find what the issue, in fact, is. After tearing the vehicle down, removing and testing the turbo charger, removing and testing the cylinder head, measuring and verifying specs of the block with Chrysler's specs they determined that issue was that the oil cooler had been replaced but during that repair, none of the associated components were replaced, only the oil cooler, therefore leaving the coolant system contaminated with oil. The fact that the oil cooler, radiator, heater core, water pump, thermostat, coolant recovery bottle, HVAC hoses, oil filter housing and several other hoses, seals and gaskets should have been replaced and STILL need to be replaced does not matter to Ron Schaffer, Rocky Muirhead or Bobby Castrucci because according to them, it's my problem and they will not cover the costs associated with repairing the vehicle they sold us, knowing that there is a MAJOR problem with the vehicle. Just to have the vehicle reassembled to make it drivable again from the troubleshooting is up $4747.90 + tax in labor costs. To actually REPAIR and replace the necessary components to make the vehicle SAFE to drive and provide transportation for myself, girlfriend, 4 kids and 2 dogs will cost an ADDITIONAL $9833.60 + tax. I bought the vehicle for $15,000, now I'm the one that's responsible for $4747.90 (+ tax) to make it drivable and another $9833.60 (+ tax) in repairs to make it a safe vehicle to drive. $30K for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 125,840 miles, thank you from the bottom of my heart RON SCHAFFER, ROCKY MUIRHEAD and BOBBY CASTRUCCI of Mike Castrucci CJDR for ABSOLUTELY sticking it to us. We truly appreciate your company selling an unroadworthy vehicle and stealing our money. read more
