The clothes, the books, the volunteers and paid employees are listening to the customers regards the high price of shoes. Customers attending a Thrift Store are not necessarily poverty people, nor are they high end customers. We made the trek out here, and they were super friendly and happy to take her shredder. And it's FREE. They accept a long list of electronics which I've attached a picture of. They will shred documents if you need it, but you'll have to pay for that. They also accept your typical recycled paper and aluminum goods. Keep in mind they're only open M-F 9a-330p.

The employee was helpful but the order was not actually placed, it was just sitting in limbo. I finally figured that out and found a coupon to save 30% that the employee had mentioned nothing about. It saved quite a bit on a large 1 time shredding service. I then received a phone call from someone at Iron Mountain to schedule the service and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call. I did get 2 emails with 2 different order numbers and our corporate address instead of the service address which was clearly communicated to them. The bins were delivered to our office in AZ and not to the site the work needed to be done in WI. I am now waiting for someone at Iron Mountain customer service to figure it out. I will not use their service again nor will I use Office Depot/Office Max to schedule work. If they can't be competent in handling this service they should not offer it.
