We forgot a bag in Luke's truck, so he was kind enough to bring it back to us. A water pipe in our house froze and backed up inbetween him dropping us off and him coming back to drop off our bag. Luke immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He told us to turn off the water main and left. He returned 30 minutes later with his boss, who came in and inspected the damage and gave us tips on minimizing it.
