Within one week of the installation, the wrap already had numerous defects and imperfections. It began peeling, there were areas where the paint underneath was visible due to damage, my door handles were left loose, multiple interior door panels were loose, and after getting my vehicle back, my rear windows no longer worked. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the quality of the workmanship--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I reached out to address my concerns, but the owner never personally called or texted me to discuss the issues or work toward a resolution. Because of that, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I requested a refund so I could have the wrap professionally removed and redone elsewhere, but my request was denied. This wrap was supposed to be the first step in a complete build for my car, but instead it delayed my entire project and left me dealing with problems that should never have existed on a one-week-old wrap. I also noticed that the business card I received appeared to have an incorrect or outdated address listed, so I would recommend verifying the business information before visiting. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. True story: in late September 2025, my car's front end was demolished by a pack of 10 dogs in the…read moreHigh Desert. And it was restored 100% by the good folks at Telesis Collision Center. Being trapped in a car for one hour while dogs dismantle your car is not something I would wish on anyone. Luckily, my insurance recommended Telesis for the repairs and I couldn't have been happier. The work itself was very good; whole new bumper, tire, and other miscellaneous parts. The paint job was like new. And I really appreciated the communication from Telesis customer service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Value, of course, was good since my insurance covered the bill (except for the deductible of course. If you're the owner of those dogs, you'll be covering the deductible even if I have to see you in court.) The only issue for me was the distance from my home; but that couldn't be helped due to the location of the attack. Overall, very happy with Telesis. P.S. Research on the internet reveals that packs of dogs will attack a car as if it were prey. I'd hate to be in the clutches of this pack; I wouldn't be here right now. Luckily, animal control took all the dogs away due to aggressive behavior.
