We contracted Triana for the installation of three different types of fences (aluminum, PVC, and cable rail) on our property and their work is outstanding. Their team is professional, hardworking and friendly. Let me start by saying they are expensive. 2nd they promise you work on a certain date and dont follow through. They have been giving me the runaround for three weeks. All I ordered were 6 ornamental designs, and paid 100% upfront and they can't get it done. Save yourself a little cash and possible aggravation go to another company chances are you'll get what you're looking for at half the price. Terrible customer service, the assistant over the phone is the most unfriendly person that I ever experienced. I ask them to come over to reconfigure and re arrange the brackets of my gate as an emergency situation since is the only entrance to the house and the gate wasn't operating at all. they give me an appointment and they were calling the same day that they were supposed to come saying they will not come and have to re schedule for the next day, they re-schedule my appointment 3 times which i lost several days, fortunately I found another company that could solve the problem in the same day!, stay away from company like this, you will be loosing your time and energy!. don't worth it. read more

Don't waste your time or money - I ordered a frame on 09-18-2020 I was told it would be 2 weeks - well unless RICKY is there they will NEVER call you back to tell you the status or have a reason why my order of 2 weeks took 8 weeks!! It's tough to find a reliable fence contractor in Miami, but Triana came through. I needed to replace a rotting wood fence and two gates. Triana installed a chain link fence along one side of the property and decorative aluminum fences and gates across the two front sides. When I signed the contract they were honest in letting me know that installation wouldn't be for at least two months. (It actually turned into 3-4, and my only complaint is that it would have been better if they'd proactively informed me instead of waiting for me to call them.) Their installation was professional and exactly what I wanted. They pulled permits and made necessary adjustments to pass inspection. Since I still have some old wood fence that I'm certain will either rot or blow down in the next storm, I'm sure I'll use them again. Highly recommended. read more

I have used Triana Fence for about 4 years now. They have always showed up on time, never left a mess and did a great job. Triana installed 2 gate motors, a call box, a wooden fence on the side and a chain link fence in the front of my yard. Anytime I have called if someone didn't answer they always have called back the same day. The staff from the owner Rick to his sons, the office staff to the guys who work the field have always been polite, professional and have answered my hundred questions that I have had. I can't say enough of 1 particular employee and that is Lazaro he has had to come out several times for my gate operators and always goes beyond what he has to do to fix the problem. read more

Do not let this company install your fence. It will be the biggest mistake you make. You will suffer the consequences of him cutting corners!! He will do a 1/2 "as***" job; tell you it is under warranty come back and have to redo the fence that he did wrong the first time; that is under warranty and send you a bill. Why would he send an invoice if his work is under warranty?? If he had done "his job" right the first time instead of cutting corners to complete; there wouldn't be any issues with the gate. He now says after the fact that he needs to redo the whole thing and level out the drive area to get right. Why he didn't do this when he started the work we do not know. But now he wants more money to correct!! He came out and shimmed some more and sent an invoice; even though it was under warranty and said he wasn't coming back!! Horrible customer service. And it is his work!!! He did it!! He cut corners!! He knew when he shimmed up the railing that he was doing another temporary fix!! Yet they paid the price. This is our headache!! Don't let yourself be taken in by this company. Remember you always get a good customer service when they want the work; you don't get that same customer service after the work if there are issues like they have. And you don't get that warranty!! Do not use this company.. Call around and get quotes. Ask them if at any time "do they shim their work" to make the gate work; if they do don't use them.. The shimming does not last.. It is like stacking blocks; eventually they fall and that is what will happen to your gate!! Instead he chose to continuously "shim" around the bottom of the gate railing and now the gate does not close and does not work. This is his work!!! If you want to call it work!! read more
