I contacted Chris and I shared my situation with him. Professional ... courteous ... reliable ... Just three words to describe Chris and the level of service he provided. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Chris's mission statement to advocate for his clients truly was his mission. He immediately gathered the data he needed from me and he was off. Less than 48 hours later I purchased the car I was considering. Chris saved me time and money. I didn't have to fly to see the vehicle because Chris drove 1.5 hours to look at the car, test drive it, inspect it and give me his opinion. He assisted in helping me secure the financing and even caught an extra charge that did not to be included in the contract. I highly recommend Chris and his company. This experience was truly wonderful.

Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable. He will guide you through the process of buying a vehicle. I was a first time buyer so I had no clue whether to buy or lease. Stephen will advise you to test drive as many vehicles as you possibly can and then give you the pros and cons to buying/leasing. He was crucial in getting the mileage raised on my lease to 20K/year as well as all the options I wanted. The car will be delivered to you pretty quickly. Once that happens, he'll guide you through all the features just to make sure that you are taking full advantage of all the vehicle has to offer. Overall I've had a great experience and would use Make & Model for my next lease.

He sells me a car with spliced wires under the hood 15 months of owning the car I had to pay $405 to get it repaired only find out I need to spend $3,700 more dollars. Do not go here. He is dishonest all day long. In fact I'm reporting him to the Department of motor vehicles, the Attorney General's office, and I'm going to tell the governor as well. Somebody needs to put him out of business and I don't mind being it. I just left the dealership. I walked out of motors and it spent 17,600 on a car that's not worth it. Being a first time buyer I did need my mother to co-sign and for various reasons (unrelated to this business) she became quite upset, however both Mr. Young and his assistant were very patient and kind with their explanations and suggestions. I really felt like he was trying his very best to make this a stress-free experience. Overall, I am very pleased with the business. Will definitely recommend iMotors to any others looking to purchase a vehicle in the raleigh-durham area. Wonderful place, great atmosphere, very professional.

Alecha May was my service advisor and did a fantastic job helping me with a major transmission…read moreissue that I had another local place check (Jake's Transmissions) and who had not been able to confirm whether or not the transmission was the issue. It turns out the clicking sound was due to a major transmission issue that required replacement of the transmission. I called EVERY Honda dealership in northern NC and the two that actually got back to me gave me prices way higher than Crown Honda. Alecha May gave me a discount on labor, which was greatly appreciated. Anthony, the senior technician who performed the work, took time to road test the car with me prior and to explain exactly what he thought was wrong with the car. Then, after I was comfortable and confident that the repair was necessary, he performed the repair excellently and in a timely manner. Alecha May and Anthony should be given raises for their high commitment to customer service and their patience and attention to detail they showed in all their many communications with me prior, during and after the repair. Alecha May and Anthony get 5 stars. I had a very different experience with a salesperson there who provided an estimate on the car in case I wanted to trade it in. But Russ Anwar and whoever his boss is gave me an insulting trade in offer. My car, even with a "fair" condition per KBB.com (the worst condition option requiring mechanical repairs), is worth $10,060 trade in value. Russ and his boss offered me $6,000. The very same day that my car was in the shop there, Crown had a 2017 Accord LX (one year newer than mine) with 75K miles listed for $21,000. My car is a 2016 (same options as the 2017) with 137K. Clearly, if they took my car for $6,000, they would have fixed the transmission and had it back on the market for $18,000 or more. Shady move, Russ. As I told Russ, this one interaction made it clear to me that the sales team is not one that I would feel comfortable doing business with, despite the amazing experience I had with May and Anthony in service. The trade in offer of $6,000 was an insult to my intelligence and to me as a new customer and Russ lost Crown a future customer as a result of that decision. He and his boss get 0 stars. Business relationships are based upon one thing... TRUST and that first impression was pretty bad. Thank you to Alecha May and Anthony! You guys deserve a lot of credit as you saved Crown from a 1 star review from Russ's actions indicated above. The dealership as a whole has some pretty lackluster Yelp reviews, so I'm gathering from my own experience, with the service department being EXCELLENT that the issues are on the sales side of things. Time to fix that sales team. 2 1/2 average stars on Yelp is terrible.

Then the next day the AC started to blow warmer and, by day four, it was blowing hot. They were "unable to locate pre-sale service records" for the car when we called back about the issue. Jose did work with his manager to give us a free diagnostic to find out that the condenser was leaking and it would cost us $2K to fix since it was sold as is. A leak that fast should have been noticed upon pre-sale inspection, in my opinion. It appears that the coolant was topped off to sell so it would become our problem after driving off of the lot. I understand the concept of as-is, but this appears to be deceptive practice on the part of the shop. I'm about to pick it up from the shop and take it elsewhere for a repair quote.
