Breakfast Cafe Au Latte and chocolate croissant

Love the music and, coffee, free internet. Service is very efficient and moderately friendly. Outdoor seating allows dogs.

The coffee/tea/book shop is a literal local gem in Boulder! I first found out in my undergrad when a friend at the time invited me to go with them, and it's truly such a cozy, creative, wonderful place to hang out/work on hw, go to their weekly night events! I loved going in the summertime because they would have the patio fully open, with fairy lights, and stay open pretty late. They were very friendly and dog-friendly in the back patio area. I've bought a book once that was by a local artist/limited there and loved it!

Soooo cute!! Probably my favorite coffee shop on Pearl. We ordered a croissant and an iced mocha, both of which were super yummy. Walking outside to the back patio felt like walking into a little oasis! Can't wait to return.

We came here Christmas Eve and we were back the next day for more. The drinks are delicious, especially the mocha. The staff is incredibly friendly and the baristas are masters of their craft. The prices are so good! You can get a coffee for $3... in today's society? I'm floored but in a good way. We love trident. Looking for a good study spot? Boom they got it. Looking for a place to chat with friends or maybe even a lover? Bam this is the place. Looking to get a mocha and read a good book? Do I even need to say it.... They got it. This is the place. This is the place you've been looking for. Trust me.

This coffee shop is open the latest on Pearl street which is the biggest appeal. It's also very spacious and the bookstore is cool. They have a pretty nice drink menu. I had the golden milk latte. It was pretty spicy but I wasn't a huge fan of the ginger syrup flavor. There have great foam as well. Service is always nice but they make the drink on the spot after order so it can get busy with a line.

This book store & cafe is awesome! It's a small book store with a busy coffee house attached but tons and tons of seating. I wanted to talk about this super yummy focaccia that I bought there. OMG.... Totally loved it!

Really cool mom and pop bookstore located on Pearl Street in the heart of Boulder. Great that tourism and locals can keep local bookstores alive in the modern age. Interior is very chic and the attached coffee/tea/beer cafe is a good touch.

Looseleaf black tea from southern China. Picture taken next door; they have nicer floors than this.

This is a great place to study, browse books, and get good coffee! They are usually busy, but for good reason!

Phenomenal coffee and a great work environment. The book store provides a unique twist on a traditional style coffee shop.

This is more of a local tip how to approach this subterrane, book-nook to best take advantage of…read moreits unique attributes/offerings vs. a review of a visit experience. First, the long-time proprietor (Tom) is an absolute/hard-earned expert in everything in the store - its items, authors, history, even curious, connected idiosyncronies of stories galore, many personal connections. That includes books, old magazines, records/CD and their place in history. Sure, much might be opinion, but all quite well-informed. The recommendation here is not to wander aimlessly to quick overwhelming but isolate a certain subject matter or media type of interest and ask for recommendations to find your gem(s) and feel good about the hunt as you leave with them. Second, this is a very small, private-ownership establishment and not a large, corp chain like B&N, It is run a certain way (it appears disorganized but is really not), has some respecting rules (don't bring in drinks or be a clueless dufus and take a photo of a book you like and shop it cheaper elsewhere) and relies on genuine, curious, vintage-loving customers to support this old-fashioned but charming type of store. It is really for serious vintage-hunters, not so much (or room for) random museum lookers. Sooo, not the place to buy the latest releases for less. Just saying so you know the (sub-)terrain here. Last, even if you become even a one-time customer, the purchase and interaction will be sincerely and deeply appreciated by one of the most-engaging store owners you will ever meet and exchange stories with for way longer than you would think Tom can keep the stories and wisdom quippets coming.
