The house is a "reverse floor-plan" & it sat vacant for months before I moved in. I have the house professionally cleaned every two weeks, I don't have pets, I don't have anyone living in the house besides my child, I don't smoke, I haven't drilled into the walls & I have treated the property with respect. But I'm now realizing there seems to be no point. Through these two years of renting, there's been different instances where Jackie has been unprofessional. Before I signed my lease, Jackie made condescending comments about me having to rent a studio for legal reasons while I was in the middle of separating from my abusive child's father. My child's father is an attorney, & we were battling in court at the time while I was trying to move & find a new place for myself & my two-year-old. Jackie would also repeatedly ask me, in a condescending way, how it felt to "finally live in a house," & "not live in that little room" as if I had never lived in a house before. In reality, I have lived in brand new houses my entire life as a Vegas native & I had previously lived in a house with my child's father in QueensRidge. While I was signing the lease, Jackie also made comments about my "low credit score," even though both my credit score & income easily exceeded the rental requirements. After I moved in, the washer malfunctioned & flooded the downstairs. Jackie immediately accused me of leaving the house with the washer running. I had to send her a video showing that I had actually been upstairs when I heard the water & that I ran downstairs to unplug the washer. She then blamed me for an already-ripped green cover over an outdoor water pipe & questioned why I wouldn't "cut that ugly green bag," even though the bag came with the house & it's sole purpose was to protect the house's pipes. She has also repeatedly texted me pictures of my trash cans that she took from inside her car & complained about the cans being kept inside my private courtyard on the side of the house, even after I explained that the odor from my child's diapers is too strong to keep the cans inside the garage. I also told her my neighbors put their trash cans outside too. Jackie then claimed that the HOA had sent letters complaining about the trash cans. However, when I specifically asked her to send me pictures of these alleged HOA letters, she never provided them. Throughout these two years, I've complied with these specific situations and other situations. Just recently I had issues with the sewer pipe & the washer downstairs. The sewer pipe behind the washer had years worth of mold & damage, while the washer also had mold. The whole house was smelling like a sewer, even when the washer wasn't running. Jackie then sent out a technician & he offered to fix the sewer pipe & washer for $75. The technician also said twice on camera (I have cameras in the house) that he spoke to Jackie & that she was responsible for the $75. Next thing I know, Jackie said I owed her over $300 for the "damages" even though the technician said I was not responsible, due to the sewer itself being part of the home's structure. Now Jackie just sent me a notice to perform a lease condition for "damages" and pay $270 or I'll be evicted. It's clear that Jackie is being dishonest & is determined to nickel and dime tenants over any little thing. At this point, I'll exercise every legal right, and deadline available to me until my lease is over--just because I can. Decent tenants are hard to find, but apparently Jackie has yet to realize that. Instead of appreciating a tenant who pays rent, keeps the home professionally cleaned & takes care of the property, she seems determined to create unnecessary conflict. Based on this pattern & her past reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if Jackie finds something else to blame me for when it comes time to return my security deposit. Renters don't want to deal with a hostile property manager, & I'm sure homeowners don't want to hire someone who drives good tenants away. Message me if you're interested in screenshots.

I have mixed feelings about Destinations Pueblo after 6 yrs…read more I moved into a 1-bedroom, 2nd floor apt.( 4/2018) and physically moved out Xmas week 2023, almost 6 yrs later but my lease wasn't up till 3/2023. My first 15 months was fantastic! Made tons of friends, all races and different backgrounds and they were great with a few exceptions. I enjoyed trips to stores, board games, restaurants, Walmart, Smith's, Mt. Charleston & an incredible brunch & boat ride on Lake Mead! I spent most of my time at the lovely clubhouse, enjoyed their amazing dinner parties for Mother's Day, etc, and the pool and hot tub were also great. The food was unlike anything I had ever experienced even though it was 99% unhealthy and extremely fattening! I gained 10 pounds in no time, but that was my fault! :=( Then the PLANdemic hit (3/2020) and everyone disappeared into the woodwork. It was horrible! Thankfully, I had a steady boyfriend by then who also lived at DP and we had been together 9 months by the time the plandemic hit. Eventually it ended but things never returned to normal again. New people moved in but they were NOT the same type of people who lived there in 2018 and I didn't relate to them. Soon afterward, I stopped going to the clubhouse and participating in the special events and trips. I just hung out with a handful of lady friends I had made pre-plandemic at their apartments. Then 2 yrs later, my BF and I got engaged, rented a single family home in Sun City Summerlin and moved just before Xmas 2023. Because I was "breaking" my lease, however...I had to continue to pay January, February and half of March to avoid legal issues from Greystar! I gave a 60-day WRITTEN NOTICE, but that didn't matter. I still had to pay for my empty apt. for Jan-March 15, 2024. When I moved , I spent $150 having professionals clean my apt. so I'd get my deposit back, but then I found out....they never had any intentions of refunding it to me in the first place! WTF??? Apparently when you live there 6 yrs, your apt. should look like it did the day you moved in! There was NO DAMAGE...just normal "wear & tear" but they insisted on keeping my entire security deposit and added $9.11! I told them what they could do with their $9.11 and never heard from them again. So, I ended my 6 yrs at DP on a sour note. If you're a NON-white female, you get your way on everything, but if you're a white...good luck! They my BF he would NOT get his deposit back either and when he fought them, they increased the amount to $5K! His apt. was the same as mine, one bedroom, 2nd floor! He also had his unit professionally cleaned but they kept his entire deposit anyway. He got a free lawyer who handles rental problems for seniors and when they were done with Greystar & DP he got most of his deposit back and did not have to pay the $5K either! He lived there 5 1/2 yrs & is a disabled veteran, but none of that matters to these people! Neither of us had any pets or smoked! So, if you move there be prepared for some nasty surprises. Example: The hard-wired SMOKE DETECTORS are up on a high ceiling so when the batteries die, they sound off and won't stop till maintenance comes with a 6-foot ladder to replace the battery, normally the next day after 8am! It's an ear-piercing sound so forget about sleeping! To my ears...it was torture. Then once a year, the fire dept. has a full day of testing smoke alarms which is another nightmare I hated because they have to come into your apt. during these hours so you need to be there! Your alarm goes off every few minutes from 9am-5pm! It's a nightmare! It's also VERY NOISY there, but not because of the tenants! There are landscapers who come every 2-3 days with their blowers and stay for hours at a time! They use cranes to to trim the tops of the palm trees and after they fall to the ground, put them in the wood chipper! Unfortunately, the landscapers are there most of the time year round and start around 7 or 8am! So, as you see, I started out great there in 2018, but after that things took a turn for the worse till we both got out of there! It was much worse for my BF, however as he had a dog below him that never stopped barking! Now we're in a lovely home and enjoy total peace & quiet 24/7, privacy and real security! You have minimum security at DP also. DP had a double murder (2018) by an outsider who never should have been there and had a man living on site 5 months who was homeless! ("London") My first 15 months were truly wonderful, however and I wouldn't trade that for anything! The old management left but the new one is actually worse! If you have a car, you can rent a space, but if someone else parks there, you have to wait 2 days for it to be towed! INSANE! Hope this helps you make an informed decision before you move there, but it's still the best option for apts in Summerlin. Submitted: Sept. 2024

He showed up in a…read moretimely manner, diagnosed the problem, and told us he knew what the issue was and would get the parts urgently, which is what he did. Upon his return he brought back supples and materials to fix the leak and repair the wall of the vanity that the leak damaged. He returned the next morning and confirmed the repair was effective. But in addition he addressed our concern about the rocking toilet and leaky shower faucet. He repaired both and all is well. He is professional, tidy, and courteous. I have lived in Summerlin for over 25 years! Initially, I really loved it as in the early days…read morethere were not nearly as many people and amenities were limited which made it feel more rural. Now way too many people have moved here and they are not the friendliest or nicest. I run the Summerlin neighborhoods and many people don't say hello or they look at you like you are from another planet. Summerlin now seems to be filled with uppity attitudes and I have heard many people call our home Snobberlin!! Many people blow through the stop signs up here and drive way too fast on the residential streets. I wish there were more cops out nailing these people. I have been close to being hit too many times. There are still some original Summerlin residents that are actually kind and good people but I am seeing fewer and fewer of these people. One advantage of living out here is truly the access to nature and Redrock Canyon! We have some epic sunsets up here and the scenery is pretty gorgeous! Another one would be that we are usually cooler than the rest of the valley up to 10 degrees at certain times of the year. Summerlin also some of the prettiest parks in the valley which I enjoy running through. There are bocce ball and tennis courts aplenty and community pools.

Absolutely nothing left to do-kitchen super clean and entire home MUCH cleaner than I received it. All nail holes patched and painted with matching paint. She agreed, then made a fraudulent "receipt" for $250 to charge me a "cleaning fee". They have a handyman business to do all the work on their customers properties, so easy to fake a receipts. I will be filing formal complaints to the NRED(State of Nevada Business and Industry,Real Estate Division) and the local real estate board.
