I chose Move For Less based on their 6,000+ reviews and 4.6-star rating on google assuming my belongings would be handled with care. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. During my move within Las Vegas, a box was dropped that resulted in a $260 side table being completely destroyed, along with damage to other items including a plant, photo, and multiple pieces of furniture that were scratched and nicked. What's most disappointing is not just the damage, but how the company handled it afterward. I filed a claim in good faith, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, my claim was denied, and I was offered $25 for a $260 table. That is not only inadequate, it's honestly insulting. What makes this even more frustrating is that I went out of my way to take care of the movers. I bought them coffee from Starbucks, prepared care packages with snacks and energy drinks, and still tipped each of them individually, even after discovering the damage. I approached the situation with understanding, knowing accidents can happen. But the way this company handled the aftermath shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. When you're spending around $1,000 on a move, you expect a basic level of professionalism and protection for your belongings. Instead, I was left with damaged items and a company unwilling to make it right. I'm sharing this so others can make a more informed decision. The move4 less company stole from me.... They hire ex prisoners and all kind unreliable people don't that kind of work. The day of my move, I was super nice to the movers, offer drinks, have nice tips. I needed my wardrobe to be moved from one apartment to the other. Some of the boxes wasn't sealed, but at the end of the day I even didn't have a thought that something might happen. 3 weeks later when I finally had a chance to open some of the boxes I found out that 2 of my favorite expansive colognes were missed Coco Chanel and Libre by YSL. Then I called The move 4 less I've been told that it's too late to open a claim. That's the story. I don't trust such companies anymore specially this in particular. read more

To have 6 guys working so efficiently, wrapping items, breaking down furniture, taking tvs off the walls, moving boxes, it was seriously miraculous. We had Miguels crew and if you can request them, DO IT!!! Quote for the move, and the move itself was fine, went as expected. Local move from one residential home to another. Moving into brand new home, we're the first owners, we had not moved anything into it. At the end of the move we see that there are two very noticeable dents in the stucco at the front door entrance. We point it out, send pictures, and request to file a claim before we settle up the final bill. They denied our claim, saying everyone on the crew denied doing it, so it must have been done by us moving something else. If we couldn't provide some kind of proof they did it, they would not provide any kind of credit to cover the damage. So now our brand new home has broken stucco we have to pay to fix out of our own pocket. read more

I paid extra for packing materials, boxes, tape and paper. Nothing was wrapped, glass dishes were thrown into wardrobe boxes in wrapped! I am having to go through and unpack and wrap and repack everything. They packed things that I told them not to, like food. They pack it all any way, with random stuff. OMG, I could go on for days. I had a supervisor come out to see the mess, he told company policy was to give me 1 free hour of repacking. Guarantee, I will do whatever it takes to get my $1,400.00 back!! They got there at 8:15 am, I heard them tell my father it would be $472 for 3.5 hrs and $39 every 15 minutes after that. They started at 8:29 am, we left all together at 9:56 am and traveled exactly 22 minutes to the new destination and arrived at 10:19 am. @12:00 pm they said the are stopping and need to collect the payment upfront ($810). I strongly disagreed and wanted clarification, because the math was not adding up! My father is a senior disabled Man, and the company called my father and scared him into paying the $810 in full or else the would keep his belongings. All This time I a A talking to the mover and a dispatcher on the phone. Meanwhile, my dad comes downstairs and pays these guys in full while I of course, have a major problem with it and very angry about it! We have used this company 2x for previous moves. Unfortunately, we will NEVER use them again. They left our furniture incomplete by not assembling, they damaged our walls, and bed frame. The movers wasted time by moving slow to ensure extra time was needed. Our move was from our apartment from one side of our complex to another. Same complex. Different building. We had 1 bedroom set of furniture, a couch tv/stand and Buffet. Took them over 2hours and 15 minutes to load into the truck when we had a 3hour and 15 minute window. In the past we had always had 3 movers and 4 hours. But, now the company charges an 160 an hour and not 120 and has less people to complete the job. The movers mentioned their first job canceled and they didn't have a job after, which in return felt like they took their time and wanted to stretch the job for extra $. When we contacted them originally to send someone to complete the job and fix the damages. We were told we wouldn't be getting any credit for inconvenience and that I'd need to submit a damage claim to insurance. Super disappointed and will make sure never to book again. read more

Do not use this company. When I say "run," I am not exaggerating. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any type of company, and I feel compelled to share what we've been through. To be clear, we did not choose this company ourselves -- my husband's employer selected them as part of our relocation package. From the beginning, it has been a complete nightmare, and more than a year later, we are still dealing with the damage and negligence caused during our move. Despite countless attempts to work with this company and get the situation resolved, we are no closer to a solution. The experience has been marked by a lack of accountability, revolving staff, and complete disregard for the damage they caused. When we moved in, the movers left behind disassembled furniture, which they had taken apart during the move -- despite the agreement that anything disassembled would be reassembled upon delivery. That did not happen. Three days later, two handymen were sent out to put together some of the furniture, search for missing parts to an outdoor shed and a vanity, and assist in looking for missing computers. They also helped reposition a couch that had been left in pieces. They claimed they had no knowledge of any damages and were only sent to assemble furniture. At this point, we noticed that shelves, cabinet doors, and hardware were missing. Our bed was also missing its center leg -- a serious safety issue the movers failed to mention. That night, as I sat down exhausted from the move, the bed collapsed beneath me. It could have caused serious injury. Later that same week, two more handymen were sent to open boxes and continue searching for missing items, including cabinet shelves, computer equipment, and furniture parts. They also took photos of property damage, which they claimed would be used to initiate repairs. However, no repairs have been completed, and the handyman services provided were limited only to furniture assembly -- something that should have happened on move-in day. We were told a separate company would be brought in to handle the actual repairs. That never happened. The damage caused by this company's negligence is extensive and includes: * Hand-built home structures requiring repair * A custom-made dining room chair (currently in the shop for repairs -- invoice available) * A kitchen hutch damaged beyond repair * A refrigerator with multiple dents and scratches (damage witnessed by my father during the move) * Gouged door frames and scratched doors * Severely damaged lamps that can no longer be used * A broken computer * Broken coffee mugs * Scratched and damaged floors * A damaged king bed frame and headboard * A dresser that now sits unevenly on three corners It is important to note that none of this damage existed before our move. This was confirmed by the previous homeowners, the cleaning service, and our realtor, all of whom were involved in a final walk-through of the property before we moved in. Additionally, we later discovered that the movers deliberately attempted to hide the damage by stacking items to cover dents and scratches and by burying broken items like lamps and computers behind other boxes. To make matters worse, the company has outright rejected our claims, even going so far as to accuse us of fraud -- alleging that we submitted stock images from the internet. This accusation is not only false, it's insulting. Multiple representatives from the company have been sent to our home -- three, to date -- to take their own photographs of the damage. We have been transparent and cooperative at every step, yet we continue to be dismissed, ignored, and accused. Despite over a year of calls, emails, and follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. We have tried in good faith to work with this company, but it's clear they have no intention of taking responsibility or making things right. At this point, we are left with no choice but to explore legal options and consult with an attorney regarding potential charges. Bottom line: avoid this company at all costs. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. I used them 10 days ago and then again on Saturday, April 11, 2026. For that move, I signed an estimate of $288 for a move from my house to a condominium 20 minutes away. Erin did not tell me that I would have to pay "travel" time from their warehouse 45 minutes away. She knew that, but did not include it in my estimate, probably so that I would use them because of their "low price." This is a bait-and-switch practice. They low balled me on purpose. Oh, and there is no corporate office to complain to. You are stuck with the people who over-charged you. An update. Their office called me and offered to pay me $100 to take down the review. Before hiring Move4Less, I highly recommend you do otherwise. While I had 3 good experiences with them, the 4th was absolutely horrible, which is why I cannot overlook it. I interviewed several companies for our move from Reno to Las Vegas. Move4Less will reel you in by price-matching with a competitor and tell you all the things you want to hear. They bill for every 15 minutes, which they stand behind, saying they "track" their employees, and that their employees will absolutely not take advantage of that. However, I found this to be an absolute lie. Their employees most definitely DO take advantage of that, costing you a ton more money. On top of that, they take no care when loading your belongings, which I again experienced with our last service with them. And their insurance is a complete joke. You get 60 cents per pound for damaged or missing items. I even asked about additional insurance and was not given the proper information to purchase. I hired Move4Less for loading and unloading services, two loading services in Reno and two unloading services in Las Vegas. The first loading service was flawless. They arrived and immediately began working. There was a sense of urgency, they were prepared, they got things done. We weren't asked to pay or tip until the end when the job was done. We were so happy with their work, we bought them lunch and tipped them as well. It was a great experience with both the loading and unloading. I held off on writing a review because I wanted to ensure I got the same level of service for every service. Regarding the second loading service earlier this month, it was a night and day difference. When the loaders arrived, they assessed the remainder of our stuff for 15 minutes or so, which was not necessary as a majority of our stuff had been moved the first time. They also weren't prepared, they thought they were doing our first move as opposed to our final move. They also did not have the packing material that was part of our agreement. Thankfully, I had a lot of small boxes and pieces of cardboard left over, so they managed to put a ton of pieces together for the 4 TVs I had and my computer monitors. This was time consuming since it was smaller pieces, time which I paid for since they came unprepared. There was no sense of urgency at all, and it was very evident we were their only job on that day, so it seemed as though they were purposely prolonging it. Not only that, but the very first thing they asked for after taking a look around was payment for the estimate and a tip. A tip before lifting a single finger. I definitely did not appreciate that at all and was quite taken aback. Once they were done, they requested the additional payment and tip again. Unfortunately, my husband was with the loaders when they finished and felt obligated to tip, even though they didn't even do a half-way decent job. As a result of the poor and improper loading services, I had ten pieces of furniture/appliance get damaged. And I won't get enough money from their ridiculous insurance to replace one of those items. It is very evident to me that Move4Less does not properly train all employees they hire on how to load a moving truck, and they do not properly track their employees, which in turn makes their employees easily take advantage of the 15-minute increment charges. read more

The initial consultation went great. I appreciate Jennifer, and her assistance is helping me out. I was so pleased with her service and the information provided that I decided to book our move immediately with Move4Less. We were moving from an apartment on a third floor to a one story home. (From the research I did, not many people were willing to move from a third floor, but these guys will!) I was informed that dispatch would call the day before to advise of exact timing. They actually called two days before and never called the day before. Either way, the movers showed up in the designated window of time that was provided to me. The movers were FAST. I was stressed out thinking this was going to be some whole day process, but it was not. I really appreciate how quickly the movers got everything into the truck. Once everything was inside, we all met at the new house and started the unload. No dents on the walls, our wood bed frame was in one piece, our heavy dresser wasn't scratched, several big screen televisions unscathed.. it seemed like everything was cared for between the starting point to the end point. Okay, so here's why I knocked down two stars. Once we paid the movers and they left, I realized there was a huge tear at the bottom corner of the couch. I also saw a scratch on one of our pictures. I'm not horribly upset about this, but I just want to call it out. I do think the movers did a great job all in all, and I understand things happen.. I would also like to say as a side note that moving is a lot of work and maybe you want to vent. Perhaps keep personal conversations about the "puta" you were talking about after your job is done... that type of language is not professional. As the recipient of a delivered shipment of goods from the west to the east, I can attest to the sloppiness of their logistics team. The small details that a receiver is expecting to allow the process to flow smoothly needs refinement. Too many cooks in the kitchen here. The positives here are that they have in place a mechanism to allow the shipment to paid in split manner. Half now and half on delivery. If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would. I want to start by pointing out that I chose to hire movers from move for less due to their more reasonable price range. $280 to move 1 bedroom in 2 hours. Apparently that wasn't doable. I was then changed an additional $160, for 30 mins. I still didn't question it. I paid the money, and even tipped on top. The movers Drew & Jeffery were very unprofessional. I still let that slide. I was happy I wasn't having to move my 1 bedroom worth of things by my self, as I'm a nursing student and only had a short window of time to complete this. I began unpacking my belongings a few hours later. To my surprise, I noticed they not only went through my belongings, but they stole a very expensive designer wallet, along with a pair of designer sunglasses. I reached out repeatedly to the company with no response. I finally emailed their corporate office where I was told they are not liable for my valuables. Ultimately, I did file a police report against these 2 individuals. I'm only writing this review so someone else doesn't have to go through what they did to me. BE WEARY of hiring this company. We had scheduled the move for 7:30,but they got the address wrong and were an hour late,they didn't arrive until 8:35,When the workers arrived, I made sure they pointed out everything that needed to be moved from each room. I checked all four rooms on the second floor, thinking there was only one room on the first floor that should be fine, but one room hadn't been moved yet. I thought they were going to continue moving, but they just closed the car door. I immediately told them there was still a room on the second floor that hadn't been moved. When we arrived at the new house and finished moving, I discovered the room on the first floor hadn't been moved. The workers said I hadn't mentioned it, so how could that be? They went to all the rooms, but forgot one room on the second floor. If I hadn't checked, there would have been two rooms left unmoved on the second floor. The workers said they had another customer to move and would inform the office to arrange for someone to come and collect the forgotten items from the first floor. Finally, when I called around 3 PM, they said it was already past 3 PM and I would have to pay extra. It was absolutely awful. read more

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Move4Less because they're not transparent about pricing. I spoke to their agent, Angela Vandever, 3 times to coordinate a small local move. Not once did she tell me there would be an additional 1-hour charge ($190) for travel time to/from their office to our location in Henderson. I even called Angela when I received a written quote after their estimator came out because it said 6.5 hours instead of the 5 hours the estimator had quoted in person. Angela told me it was standard to book extra time so that the movers don't have to go to another appointment right away in case something happens and they need to stay longer. I also mentioned during our second call that other moving companies had quoted me a flat fee for the truck/movers in addition to the hourly, and Angela voluntarily told me Move 4 Less doesn't do that. It was just the estimated 5 hours of work at $190/hr with a 3-hour minimum. The total was quoted at $950. She told me they know what other companies charge and are the best priced. Why wouldn't you just be upfront? The movers were great and the lead told me this is standard, so it doesn't seem like a new policy. I get that the quote says 6.5 hours but the company told me it's just a formality and signing the quote isn't binding, so I felt comfortable proceeding given the positive reviews here. Just posting in case anyone else is not informed of this when they ask for a quote! Update: appreciate the follow-up but my sister was not at the estimator visit. She lives in a different state. As I told Angela (would think you'd know this if you listened to our phone calls?), I was arranging this move for my elderly parents and am assisting them in person. Movers themselves were fine. But the process after the move, when there were destroyed and damaged items has been nothing short of a massive waste. Vannessa has dragged her feet the whole 14-day claim window. They broke apart a very nice antique marble table top. No clue how that happened, but it did. Additionally, they scratched the heck out of a very expensive wooden dining room table. The mover in charge (Chris) produced wood paint/staining markers before I could even get photos of the damage. And another antique wooden dresser was scratched to hell. I hired this company to pack up and move my mother from her home, into one my husband and I purchased so she could live with us. They mostly packed her up on April 2nd, and moved the items April 3rd. Move4Less was made aware of the table damage on the 3rd, Chris called them and took photos. We were told that someone was waiting for us to call, and they would send someone out to fix the table in a few days. I called later in the day, but no one answered the phone. Moving is exhausting, so we resolved to wait and start unpacking to see if anything else was damaged or broken. I still called over the next few days and didn't hear back. On Monday, my mom called and left a message. Eventually, on the 9th, Vannessa reached out to my phone number to text asking for photos. I took some and sent them - but our new home is in a location with poor cell service. It wasn't until Saturday the 12th that I realized they didnt go through. So I resent them, and made sure they went through this time. I received no further communication from Vannessa until Wednesday the 16th that she did receive the photos and she was discussing with her "higher ups" what the next steps were. Then silence. Thursday, more damaged items were discovered and I sent photos of a damaged dresser - something much larger and expensive than a drinking glass or candle. Still nothing from Vannessa. It wasn't until this morning, the 18th, that I heard back. Which wouldn't be a problem, except that she finally provided me an email link to start the claims process. Only, their insurance and claim states that you have to file said claim within 14 days of delivery. That's 2 weeks. Yesterday, the 17th, was our 14 day mark. Vannessa essentially rode out the clock on allowing us to file a claim and absolute the company of any wrongdoing. Additionally, you can only file a claim on ONE (1) item. That alone boggled my mind. I have sent Vannessa a very strongly worded text, and I still filed the claim for the damage on at least the dining room table. I don't know if it'll be approved (probably not). But, in addition to spending almost double what the initial moving quote was for a local move, we have been prevented from filing a claim. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst move I've ever had. There was a delay of 30 minutes, which was my fault because I don't drive and I had to get an Uber to bring myself and my pets to my new location. However, within the period of 15 minutes the movers increased my price from $320 to $432 and then again to $468 which is absolutely ridiculous. They threatened to take my items to the warehouse if I didn't make a payment within five minutes. Additionally, I was on the phone attempting to make my first payment when somebody from the company contacted me and kept me on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes which delayed that first payment. I wanted to come on here and share my experience with Move 4 Less because my situation was extremely frustrating and I wanted to warn future people. I originally picked Move 4 Less because of the fact it was affordable and the best price that they gave me when I originally told them my situation. I was moving into my new apartment with disassembled bed, couch, tv stand, and little things of sorts. Over the phone I got a estimate I was happy with. Over the phone they made sure that I will ONLY be charged within that estimate they gave me, which I found out wasn't true. They made it seem like that was a good, fair price and that it would be for sure that price. I also made sure to ask if they can assemble my bed within that price range and they said yes. As moving day came, my stuff was moved but Chris, the main mover said I will be charged extra and he will not assemble my bed and if I wanted them to do it that it would be for extra as well. Which by far is not at all I was told over the phone, I made it clear I wanted it assembled and they said they could do it for a certain price, NOT for extra. On top of that, he said i will be charged extra because I never included a Tv, which I very clearly did which the other mover DJ acknowledged. I was ended up being charged an extra 100 from the original price. Dj was very nice and did agree that the situation was wrong and I was right and that Tv was listed and that Chris could not read. Which is by far the most unprofessional thing as he was not prepared and began arguing with me. I should NOT have to deal with this in my moving day and the unprofessionalness from Chris. I put Tv just like that to be able to read easily so the fact that no one cross referenced that movers knew what they were moving is outrageous. This situation is so frustrating because it was so utterly disappointing to have bad service on top of being charged extra which is quite frankly so sketchy. No moving company should have a worker that is not prepared and doesn't know what he is moving. From a well known company, my experience is extremely disappointing considering the fact the whole situation was a let down and it was a whole bunch of lies being told. I warn anyone from trying this company as they lie, and do not accurately portray their rates and their workers are by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dj is the only formally nice representative of the company and thats is so disappointing that only one worker is able to see the lied and misconception and righteous. Everybody hates that time when you move houses. I look at it as a good time for Spring cleaning. Take what you need and sell/donate the rest. I spoke with some people that still had boxes from their last move (7-10) years ago, probably don't need those items if you haven't used them in 7-10 years. The wife and I researched movers online and called a few companies for quotes. Move 4 Less had a good rate and even cheaper during the week. 3 hour minimum fee. We packed our small items up and prepped the large items we would need help with. The movers came with 3 guys. And had a truck with a lift gate that could handle 2k pounds without issue. Yes, I have a huge toolbox full of tools that weigh way too much. They brought moving blankets and tape and bubble wrap for glass items. At 1-1/2 hours into the move we wrapped it up and headed to the new house. Smooth move :-). Unloaded in less than time that we loaded the truck. Glad to say no issues with any of the flat screens or furniture. Tip: cash or debit only so be prepared. Note: They do include 1/2 drive time on top of the minimum/hours they move you. Also no shoe booties were used, they would have if we provided them. No worries, need to vacuum and clean up anyways. Only complaint would be if they could use clean gloves, lots of finger prints all over both houses to clean up after the move. read more

The moving itself was pretty standard, albeit a little slow, but the movers scratched and left gouges in the new flooring of my new house I am renting. This is something I am going to be liable to the management company for at the end of my lease. I reached out to Move4Less regarding the damage done to my floors (within the timeframe they supposedly allow). This was "passed on to upper management" and sat for two weeks until I asked for an update, then I got almost an immediate response saying "Upon review and further discussion with the foreman, He is claiming the damage was not done by us. Respectfully, we do not accept responsibility for any damage that was not done by our crew." Of course he is going to say the damage wasn't done by you, he doesn't want to be held liable. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FLOORS AND THEN ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS SAY "it wasn't us" AND APPARENTLY THAT ABSOLVES THEM OF ALL LIABILITY read more

We used Move 4 Less for a cross country move from NV to IA. Adrian Parra along with his crew, Felipe, Oscar and Julio did a great job carefully packing up our house. They even packed the odd shaped items very carefully. They worked hard on one of the hottest days of summer and were still nice, friendly and efficient. Extremely poor communication and coordination. I specifically asked the representative about transit and delivery timelines, and was told it would take no more than 5-7 days after pickup. That turned out to be completely false. When I called to check in, I was shocked to learn that my belongings hadn't even been shipped--because there was no truck heading toward my destination. No one reached out to inform me of the delay, and when I asked for help, I was met with zero empathy or resolution. Truly unacceptable and a horrible customer service experience. read more

Disappointed with the handling of our furniture, we were expecting the moving to be done without any issues. When we ended up filing for the claim with their insurance just to find out there were multiple other plans and that the one they offer did not covered damage expenses. They ended up only paying me back $120.00 for both tv stand and dresser. It seemed it was more like a discount on the moving services. Now we are in need of new furniture which we ended up paying for those close to $500. It was very upsetting and I would highly be cautious with these moving companies, as this was my first time using these type of services and it was only because I had no choice due to having a fractured hand. The move went ok but the damage and follow up has been absolutely horrible the mover hit the stairwell in my house and knocked a hole in the plaster. I understand accidents happen when moving he assured me it would get repaired the following Sunday and that a handyman would follow up to schedule the appointment on Saturday...That never happened I had to call in and get them to come The following week. The handyman that showed up proceeded to paint my wall the absolute wrong color apologized said he took a paint sample and would be back the following Sunday to correct the paint once again no follow up and he never showed up this is absolutely pathetic that I have to continue to chase you down to repair your mistake I've been nothing but understanding during this but I'm over it. I cannot recommend this company in any way I'm going on 5 weeks now waiting for my ceiling to be repaired . read more

WARNING‼ MOVE 4 LESS put me through hell! They are corrupt! I am going to report them. I was asked item by item what will be moved. In detail, I told them. During the move, I put items in my car that they didn't have to move. I only moved three blocks away. Before the move, they knew every item and they knew from what location to what location. As I said, I was only three blocks from the old place to the new place. I was given a quote. I asked if there's any hidden fees and that this will be the final price...I was told yes. They sent me the finalized quote in which I have screenshots of everything. I signed it. The movers themselves were extremely professional and nice. They did let me know they are going to unload the other half into the new property and will ask to be paid in full. After payment they will unload the rest. All that was left were my two sofas, everything else was in the new property. They movers called their boss who was on speakerphone, He told me I had to pay more than what was in the quote and signed off on. I told him, I am not paying more. I will only paying what I was quoted and signed. I have screenshots and text messages from Move 4 Less. The BOSS would not let the movers release my sofa unless I paid more money. I told them to keep my sofa. It's the principle... I can always buy another one. I will not be held hostage over a sofa. I am certainly not going to pay more than what I was told. The guy on the speakerphone (boss) threatened to get people to come into my house to have all of my stuff removed. He spoke like an uneducated guy who just got out of jail,. I told him I would call the police. I truly believe this company is run by criminals. I met somebody who also had a really bad story regarding Move 4 Less...I ended up paying the extra money because I was in fear of my life. They're not going to get away with this. I have his threats on my recorded telephone. I have screenshots of all the text. I taped the movers while they were on the phone talking to him. I have an overload of proof. Also, my friend was supposed to get a referral fee. My friend never got the referral fee. They completely found a way to bullshit her to never give her the fee. The movers themselves and I am not lying told me this company does stuff like this all the time they were very embarrassed. They told me they do not like working for this company because it's always a drama. I think the movers themselves should start their own company. Because they were the best movers. Whatever the agent on the phone quotes is just an estimate and probably always under the actual cost. The movers will give you a more realistic price. For us, we've used this company twice. This time, we had better movers who were awesome! These guys took really good care of packing our stuff and really tried to go above and beyond. They were very personable and very transparent which I appreciated. The cost of their service was way cheaper than any other company we quoted.
