We've been going to this clinic for four years now, and we truly trust them with our pets. We're currently going through a tough time with one of our cats, and while the situation is still ongoing, the team here has been incredibly helpful in getting a diagnosis and easing our minds along the way. She was diagnosed with bladder stones, and instead of jumping straight to surgery, they offered alternative treatment options we could try first--which we really appreciated. I've never felt like they've pushed unnecessary procedures, and I genuinely trust their professional opinion. Brought in our kitty for sinus infection (sneezing all the time) and our Cavalier after she lost a tooth. We were checked in promptly and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed them both and prescribed meds to help them out, and even called us the next day to check how they were doing. TALK ABOUT AMAZING CAREGIVERS! We had Amanda for an emergency for our cat and from beginning to end she was so supportive kind caring and helpful. She clearly knows her shit and helped us understand what to do given our cat had to end up getting an amputation due to infected bite. I've never been so vulnerable w my cats health and care and I couldn't have been in safer hands. I will definitely be coming back and strongly support and promote anyone to come her for any type of vet care. I have always had same day appointments within the hour and the vet on duty was so informative kind and caring showing us pictures of the process and helping us out in our situation. BEWARE! The owner is unethical and money hungry. They will ask you to return a few days later to proceed with follow up, run more blood work, pick up meds, etc, then charge you again for another exam fee, because the previous Dr. failed to leave notes about the first exam, or some other excuse like the lab work was possibly incorrect and they need more labs done. Very sketchy they do not disclose the correct price during the first visit. Take your animals some where else, they will try and take you for all the money!!!! read more

I brought in my sweet Ollie who was rapidly declining due to an upper respiratory infection secondary to FIV. They were able to get me in same day (my own vet could not). As the FIV was not yet diagnosed, they did offer a full range of tests and treatments that seemed overwhelming and unnecessary. But, in response to other reviews, I have found that MOST vets do this. I'm not certain if it's a money making tactic or they're just trying to be thorough. But it is up to us, as consumers, to be knowledgeable, ask questions and draw lines with how much needs to be done now, versus taking one test at a time and continuing based on those results. When I said "this is too much, let's just do FIV/FeLv test and antibiotics for now" they fully understood and agreed. Both the vet and vet tech were caring towards my Ollie and respectful of my wishes and my pocketbook. As a side note, while I was waiting to be seen (very short wait of a few minutes) a man came in frantic because his dog had swallowed a bottle of pills. They calmly but quickly took the dog in and treated her right away. I gave 4/5 stars just because I'm not sure it was necessary in this visit to have bombarded me with tests and treatments that didn't seem related to Ollie's current symptoms (he is blind in one eye due to trauma before we adopted him). read more

I can't recommend Trilogy highly enough. I had the first appointment of the day for my puppy who was scared and anxious about the visit. Several incredibly sweet vet techs arriving for work stopped on their way in to show Bear some love, including one who stopped in the parking lot, squatted down while juggling her coffee, and reassured Bear enough to get her inside. Not to mention they provide wonderful care, they're transparent and upfront about costs, and don't try to upsell for unnecessary services. We'll never go anywhere else! read more

We have been taking our dogs here since they were two months old and came down with kennel cough they are 3 now and we come here for their shots and check ups. The staff is great and facility is nice and clean. Only complaint is that sometimes it takes WAY too long to be seen. As far as vets go this was a great experience. My dog gets UTIs and I needed to get into a place instantly as I was heading out of town the same day. They got me in right away, got me with the vet in under 20 min and were quick about the service. They recommended a lot of stuff which would've been expensive, but I know my dog and what she needs to I declined most of them. It was $156 for the visit , exam and treatment. I see a bunch of people complaining about trilogy over charging. I'm just curious if you've been to other vets? They are all relatively the same cost for the most part. When you walk into a vet they will recommend multiple services and sometimes it may sound like you need all of them. You have to know how to say no to some stuff. Would recommend this place to anyone needing veterinary services and quick service too. read more

My grandmother recently visited this vet 2 weeks ago due to our 9 yr old yorkie named Robin. We had no clue what was wrong with her and decided to take her to this vet because they would get her in that same day. They did blood work and said they only found a heart murmur and nothing else. They gave her medicine and sent her home. My grandmother went a second time because the first time they said her blood work was fine. The second time nothing again so they recommended we get an ultrasound. We arrived at the hospital for the ultrasound sound and found out the blood work from two weeks ago (from Trilogy) was not normal and didn't tell my grandmother when she was there the first time. she has passed away as of today. We could've fixed this if they had told her that the blood work was not in good standings. read more

The doctor and technicians explain in detail the procedures, diagnosis, and course of treatment. Honestly, I wouldn't go here as my first choice. We've been stuck with them for 2 years because we have been too busy to switch, but this place is highway robbery. It's similar to a private school, very fancy and they are nice upfront but not really worth the price at all. The vet is fine, staff is fine, but the wait time is OUTRAGEOUS. There's been days where we've waited an hour past the appointment time for the vet. The prices are also crazy, they sort of milk you for money (they push vaccines/other treatments on you and keep adding fees). Also, the place needs a deep cleaning. I can't walk out without being covered in someone else's dog hair (our dog is a non-shedding breed). We will probably stay with Trilogy for another year until we move back to Missouri where it isn't billions of dollars to afford a dog. read more

Yesterday, I brought my 8 month old standard poodle in 2 hours after she had been attacked by 4 dogs in a pack. They were good about getting us in right away, but sensing the tragedy of my emotions seemed to offer loads of services (x-rays, IV drip, bloodtest) when all we really needed were antibiotics and pain pills. I had shaved my dogs leg and washed the bite marks with hibiclens prior to bringing her in, as first aid measure, but THEY wanted to (again) shave and wash with THEIR hibiclens at over $200 alone! The signature required for the "adverse reactions and / or CPR" clause was the deal breaker. I asked why, and it became apparent that they were going to take her away from me and charge as much $$$ as they possibly could, and hook her up to as much unnecessary equipment as possible while taking advantage of an already stressful situation. The vet sent the tech in to be the bearer of bad news, and Worst of all, THEY DON'T LET YOU BE WITH YOUR ANIMAL ONCE YOU SIGN!! BEWARE of this clinic and their unscrupulous business goals to separate you from all your money while forcing your pet into further trauma for unnecessary treatment AWAY FROM OWNER! read more

Since I have switched my dogs to Trilogy, I have seen an AMAZING transformation in my dogs' health. I have a 5 year old dog and a 14 year old dog. Trilogy has given years back to my senior dog! I took my French bulldog here yesterday due to his IVDD. I mentioned to the doctor his issues due to his IVDD and the doctor recommended an X-ray and to sedate him because of the pain he was experiencing to see what was causing it. After it was completed and being charged $782 his feedback was yes he has IVDD (I already knew this) and that he couldn't see what was going on because he was sedated. Why would you recommend an X-ray knowing you wouldn't be able to do an accurate X-ray due to my dog being sedated. We bought a new puppy. Lucy is our new dog and she is a Bernese mountain dog. We are not experienced dog owners and this is our first puppy. Dr Schnier knew how nervous I was and pretty much held my hand through the entire process. She called before operating to give me peace and immediately after. Took my cat in because she was limping, vet was straight forward about needing an x-ray but did NOT mention anything about doing blood work and adding a bunch of little things that ended snowballing up to a THOUSAND DOLLARS. When I expressed that I wasn't comfortable because that price was exorbitant they were quick to just get me pain meds and get me out. They need to be upfront about their practices and pricing, you can get an XRay for so much cheaper in many other locations though I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were convenient to my location. They don't know what's going on. They charged for dental follow up when no one else does. ($45/per cat to look in mouth and say "looks ok" after spending over $1000.) Money hungry and not very good vets. Couldn't see same vet and then got differing info. Really bad experience. Took in another cat for an upset stomach when I changed food. Over $1000!!! And they wanted to do more bloodwork after that! I think all they think about is $$$. Brought my dog here to have 2 masses removed the doc lied to my face and told me $200 each and $600 for anesthesia which she got the $600 right but raised it to $400 each on the quote after she left the room. Then made the quote $1,000 - $2,000 depending on what idk ‍ So of course I called to make the appointment and they wanted a $100 over the phone to book a next day surgery, I asked to bring cash and they said no, I asked to pay a 1000 cash the next morning when I dropped her and they said no, then the manager calls me back and tells me since I was frustrated from the first visit until now to go find another vet for me dog that is in need of surgery! Since the covid19 pandemic, the office is been very professional and efficient with curbside service Getting our dogs in for appointments on time and making sure they are taken care with the right products, services, and treatment options. One dog now has allergies, they got us in quickly and gave him a shot, daily pills, and vegan diet restriction so it wasn't a quick fix, they cared for him and gave us the best outcome for long term care and we have followed up with amazing results. Our other pup had a growth on her side and needed it removed, it had been very small for some time and then ballooned up. They made an appointment to sedate her and remove the growth, very good recovery, no concerns or problems with sutures or bleeding. This team has been doing great things for our family of dogs, I have seen most Doctors here and they are all knowledgeable and the staff is so friendly and even smiling through their masks. I had the pleasure of coming here twice. It is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. there is not much waiting time they seem to be organized and efficient which might be why the price is higher. The first time I saw the male vet he took the time to discuss services with us but unfortunately it was twice the price of other vets. The second time I came I saw the female vet and she was pretty fast but a bit dismissive. Treating an ear infection was pretty pricey and she was not able to figure out my dogs lameness without more tests which would include leaving him there for a few hours so we sought another vet who specializes in lameness, luckily my dog just had a strain. I would recommend the male vet to people as long as you are prepared for the price the good thing is they do have some advanced features like the healing laser. read more
