I brought my 6 month old Doberman to get some shots and due to covid I couldn't come inside but the doctor actually called me to discuss things about my baby over the phone! She was very informative and I feel my puppy was in good hands. My prior vet experience was at banfield and they're clearly not too dedicated to making the dog comfortable... this vet was very good, 10/10 I'll recommend them and continue to bring my baby here too!!

My mini daschund has severe periodontal disease and Dr. Evans has been wonderful in helping relieve Frodo's pain thus making a happy and healthy 11 yr old pooch! I saw her for the first time in Jan. 2014 when visiting AZ. They have an state-of-the-art dental equipment, like their X-ray machine which found left behind chips of tooth imbedded in his gums from a surgery probably in early 2013. She also had to pull several more teeth because they were infected so badly. Today I saw Dr. Ruiz who helped me go with a more conservative route, since it hasn't been that long since his deep dental treatment. We'll see if we can control Frodo's new infection. If it doesn't work we will have to do an anesthetic deep dental cleaning again to try and save his canine teeth. It's pretty much all he has left after years of pulling teeth :( The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, the office is clean and they have the coolest cats walking around. One kitty actually walked up to my dog and rubbed its head against my dogs head - I have never see that before and I am glad my dog is friendly - lol It's a great place to go!

I went in to have my GF's pomeranian's teeth looked at as they were smelly and all jacked up. We pretty much wanted to know how much it would cost just to have them all pulled as we felt they were affecting his breathing too. Their quoted price was way more than other places. So we ended up not going with them. They were nice and the initial exam was free, so that was good.

Worst experience ever, I wouldn't take another one of my pets here if they were the last animal clinic in the state! Charged us nearly $4000.00 and misdiagnosed our Princess with pancreatitis and had her on 7 or 8 different meds and her condition only got worse over the next month. So she was finally sent for an ultrasound scan which I originally asked to have done when I first brought Princess in to Anasazi and they refused my request and denied the ultrasound because it wasn't part of the standard procedure, but in vet terms that just meant that they wanted to rack up the bill first which they did for a sum of almost $4000.00 and it turned out that after the ultrasound we needed to see a specialist who then broke the news in less than 24hrs that Princess has only been suffering all this time and it was necessary to end her pain & suffering by putting her to sleep since Anasazi misdiagnosed her condition for almost 2 months while bleeding our finances not too mention all the wrong meds they prescribed for her that just added to her suffering we had less than a few hours to say good bye to our beloved Princess and to think that we had been charged nearly $4000.00 so our Princess could suffer her last 2 months alive and then we had to come up with another almost $2000.00 from the specialist just to get her actual correct diagnosis which wasn't pancreatitis but in stead it was a terminal lymphoma cancer of her liver and lower intestine. It was also brought to our attention that Anasazi should have known from the start what Princess's condition truly was but there was no money to be made if they came right out and told us right from the start!!! Then after we contacted care credit about what had happened, it was investigated and Anasazi's attorney immediately started the whole denial process. What a joke of an animal clinic Anasazi turned out to be, careless, thoughtless, heartless, and scandaless, they are a business when it comes down to it and your animals best interest will only be considered by the amount of $$$$$ their condition will cost you! YOU BEEN WARNED STAY CLEAR OF ANASAZI ANIMAL CLINIC...

Making the decision to let her go was the most difficult thing we've ever had to do. Dr. Emma Houlton and her entire staff were absolutely incredible. I wouldn't have wanted any other vet there caring for her -- I knew she was safe and in the best hands despite the heartbreak of the situation. Dr. Houlton is the stellar, most perfect example of everything you want in a vet. She's an amazing person and an incredible doctor. If you need a vet, bring your pet to her. She is truly wonderful.

I was asked to authorize or decline CPR and an intensive care evaluation. We authorized the evaluation but not CPR. A little while later the vet came to let us know what the evaluation showed and she was so thorough and kind, explained the possible causes of seizures and potential treatment plans. They kept our pup overnight to monitor for more seizures, give her IV fluids, etc. We brought her home today. I have a medical background and I found the care was excellent, appropriate and the communication was great. I received 3 calls from the various vets on duty and each time they were informative and kind. My regular vet had already been notified within about 12 hours of admission and they called to check on us. The only hesitation of have is the cost of services. It seems very expensive. Medication that they provided when we took the pup home cost $62.38 for 30 pills. The price for 120 tabs from Chewy is $25.08. I understand the cost of intensive/ER services is exorbitant in general but $2000 for a 24 hour visit is something that many people can not afford.

This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Previously I would speak so highly of this office, but I've stopped recommending them and have been debating looking for a new vet. I don't know if every time I call they're having a bad day, so they gotta make it EVERYONES problem, but the attitudes need to change. I work in an emergency room, I know how to talk to people, and some of the way these receptionist and techs talk really need to check themselves. Disappointed in this office and how they don't seem to care anymore. Maybe it's all about money nowadays but I want a vet that will listen to me or send in a prescription same day if that's what the office tells me they're going to do, do better Oasis. I don't have children, I have my dogs so this isn't something I take lightly, my pets are my family and it doesn't seem like oasis cares about them. ***I wrote the above review for google 9 months ago and have since switched Vets.*** Oasis did call me to go over my complaints but that did not really do anything in the long run. Following my complaint and phone call, my dog unfortunately had an allergic reaction in January of this year. I called and scheduled an appointment but they had nothing for about a week. I asked what dose they recommended with his weight for Benadryl and the front office said they would call me back. They never did. This office has truly gone down in quality.
