However, I have been to other hospitals and to be quite honest I was not expecting this place to be very good. My providers have been great at active listening and then ensuring all my concerns are heard. There is also a resident there that saw me the other day after I had emergency dental surgery elsewhere and she was amazing. She even let me know that she did not like some of the symptoms I had been having but wanted to keep an eye on them. Told me to call back if they keep persisting. Ran a blood test to see if I had an active infection and that I should have the results the next day. I kid you not, I got in the car and about 15 minutes later my Dr. called and let me know that my labs were fine. That's impressive! They also have valet parking which is very helpful since it can be a bit of a nightmare trying to find parking there. But everyone I talked to or interacted with there was nothing short of kind and helpful so far.

In 2020 I began experiencing a rash, became allergic to numerous things and it went down from there. I had been involved with exotic animals with a news story we did and suspected possibly a link due to that. I went to to Mayo and was told I was Delusional and it went down from there. That label gave Western Medicine a pass to treat you due to knowing they had you in a corner. Two years into this and I got here where they did a Molecular Pathology Report and indeed I did have two strains of fungus and Dermatophyte pathogens. Why was this test not ever used for Western Medicine and those who are being denied treatment for what they choose to call Morgellons? This test would be a simple fix. It led me to begin investigating the process ...and I discovered the coverup with the CDC. Interesting that the Dr. who labeled me was also one who wrote for the CDC about Morgellons. Here...I have gotten more information in 3 months than I have had in 3 years. They just completed a GI microbial Assay map which takes stool samples and extensively studies them. I received a 3 page read out on my insides and am loaded with two separate bacterias that could very well have been the original cause of my rash. Yet not one Dr. ever did that? Hmmmm.....always got generic overnight studies and when things came back as "probably this..." there was never any follow-up to see if it was possible that it wasn't that. Western doctors have never allowed me to go on my gut instincts. Here Jessica got it figured it and although I have a long road...I have a start. All the antibiotics Western Med throws at you are solely to line their pockets. During the course of 2 years I have become antibiotic resistant to so much that I'm assuming my bacteria issue is from the resistance and robbery of good bacteria. Keep in mind here they will assign essential pharmacy meds if needed. They just balance the needs based on individuals.. They cover every base with medical options and are right up there with the Western field with technology that is used there. I would love to see more of this and applaud the healing center for giving me not just hope...but acknowledging me as a living, breathing human being who has people who depend on her life. Erica would not listen to me in the appointment and pursued things I did not ask for or want. She did not connect with me or even acknowlege all the things I've done for my health over the years. I took the time to fill out an extensive questionnaire but in the appointment she kept asking me things about what I had already filled out--what a waste of my time and money. I was not only disappointed, but very upset upon leaving there, having paid over $300 for the appointment and getting basically no help at all.

The facility is clean and relaxing with a nice calming waterfall in the waiting area and calming music throughout. He does provide a little button if you need assistance or have any issues, but it is nice to remain relaxed the entire time. Since the clinic has new ownership and all new employees, they shouldn't be allowed to piggyback on the former business ratings. Those providers, office staff, and owner are all newer. You can't count on ratings based on all new staff, owners, and providers. They say they offer a variety of services on their website. All they do is refer you out without making sure your insurance is accepted. They don't like that you get your own providers. After years of going there, I received a phone stating I was being dismissed because my tests were all negative for a year. Wouldn't that be neglect on their part? They never called me in for a new test or random test or count. Pain solutions noted that I was very upset when they called me. Who wouldn't be if you were thriving in your life finally & just days before you run out of meds they cut you off. That isn't even safe. The safest way to go off is to wean by TEN PERCENT at a time. I was taken off what is considered high doses with nothing. I trusted my provider. She blatantly lied in her letter of my dismissal & never once warned me I was at risk of being dismissed. Instead she had told me the government was getting out of hand with pain meds. My monthly drug tests since July were oral swabs. I have Sjogren's (dry mouth and eyes) The swabs were dry when they told me the test was done. I expressed my concern for my dry mouth each time & came in for my last appointment ready to give a urine test for which I was refused. Everyone else gave urine. People who use street drugs (not weed. (Because that's allowed)are given a one time warning. I asked for a warning and would have skipped the meds that caused my GI issues a week before so that I could get a clean read on a urine test which at my last appointment I tried to do & was in early enough to get that instead of saliva since saliva tests are not accurate and I felt something wasn't right, especially when your mouth is so dry, it comes out dry. They didn't let me give urine because it was lunchtime. I was there before my appt. Requested the more reliable urine test and nope. It's lunch time. Others came in after me and didn't have that problem. They make you come in every month despite the government allowing them to write for 3 months. But they charge cash then say you can be reimbursed by your insurance. I haven't found an insurance company that will reimburse you. I was told that if you test positive for street drugs like cocaine (weed is allowed and promoted) you get a warning & a second chance. For 12 months I tested negative & not even a random repeat test. I held to my end of my pain contract. I went above and beyond in quite a few ways. Pro Tip, if a person tests negative for ANYTHING, especially on an oral swab taken on someone who has a dry mouth, the FIRST thing you do is RETEST in a different manner. I requested a urine test but was told nope. get a warning. I was let go for conflicting reasons. She did give me Belbuca, but not even 1mg. That doesn't help much in way of withdrawal & it certainly doesn't put a dent in my torn muscles I am trying to get fixed. Make sure you look into the "services" they offer. Those are outside providers who may or may not take your insurance. Or pain solutions gets a portion of their fees. Why else would they only want you going to the ppl THEY refer. Now I have painful injuries that are not controlled by Tylenol. I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS, but they were prescribed along with another med I'm allergic to and another I already take. It was irresponsible, a danger to my health and I still don't know which part of my pain contract I broke since I told my provider EVERYTHING. This is why I have no trust in the medical field. They literally had to dirty me up rather than at least tell me at my last appointment they didn't feel they could take care of me. There are many reputable clinics who provide pain management that bill insurance. This one says you can submit the bill to your insurance and again, I couldn't find one who will do that. I signed a pain contract with them. I held up to my end. They chose to break theirs end. I should have had some recourse
