Sarah told me the paperwork was texted and emailed to me. I mistakenly left my phone at home. They had no way for me to fill out the paperwork in office. When I got home to check for the paperwork emails and texts, there were none about paperwork (only confirming appointment texts). I called Sarah and she said that my email was wrong in their system and she doesn't know why I didn't get the texts. She argued that her son is a patient there and he gets the texts so I should as well. Terrible customer service! I won't be back!

Been going here for 5 years at the request of my mom. My mom quit going here because they made…read moremistakes on her husbands bottom teeth and refused to correct their mistakes. I quit going here because I had a crown that was damaged but not causing me any problems but I wanted it replaced before it started giving me problems. To make a long story short, the Hispanic female dentist who was in charge of the new crown didn't do her job. The crown did not fit and the sensitivity to cold is getting worse, meaning there are gaps in the tooth stub and the crown fitting. She got it wrong. Various follow-ups to correct the situation did not help. The last time I was in for a tooth cleaning, the male dentist put temporary numbing gel on the tooth and never offered anything else to rectify the issue. My next steps are to file a complaint with the state dental regulators and find another dentist and spend another 1k to get the job done correctly. Avoid these people at all costs.
