I would feel more comfortable learning how to fix my own vehicles based on YouTube reviews than I would ever going back to this place. I was rushed for time and needing an oil change before heading out on a 6 hour road trip to pick up a horse the next day. My dad offered to take my truck somewhere for me while I was at work, and Trinity was able to fit it in. I knew the truck needed a new fuel filter in the near future which they said they could go ahead and replace, but when they tried it wouldn't fit. My dad was told "It's the right one but a different style" or something of that nature so they put the old one back in. No, what actually happened is somewhere during this visit, someone broke the cap on my fuel filter and didn't bother to say anything. Fast forward to the next day, I am in Pennsylvania hauling 7,000 pounds behind me and begin to smell diesel. My dad said they spilled a bunch messing with the filter so I didn't think much of it until the truck starts smoking and I realize I'm getting about 5 miles to the gallon. Diesel was spewing all over my engine from the broken fuel filter cap. I am very lucky the truck did not blow up on the highway. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to have a truck, steel trailer, and horse transported 3 hours home on a minutes notice? I know this is a Christian establishment so maybe they at least said a prayer for me and for that I am very thankful, but I'm pretty sure the Lord also encourages honesty and I experienced none of that. This is the same place that a while back tried charging me $500 for a new timing belt because "mine was torn". Sorry guys, that car has a timing chain, which is fully intact, and to my knowledge chains don't "tear". read more

Fast! This place is like the other drive up oil change places on steroids...I barely have time to sit down and my car is done. The staff is friendly and they never try to push me into extra services. That is not to say they will not tell me if they notice something, they just respect no as an answer and move on. I don't foresee taking my vehicle anywhere else for an oil change as long as this place is still in business. read more

My mom took her vehicle here to have serviced to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out my mom's vehicle has two recalls one in which the engine needs replaced. This place instead of giving her a courtesy call to inform her if this they tampered with her engine, did NOT fix this issue caused by the recalls, and charged her $500! If that's not taking advantage of an older woman who trusted them I don't know what is!! What POOR SHADY service she was given!! read more

Never again will I go there I was the 2nd person in line at 8:20 this morning and got done at 9:55. All because one of their employees didn't show up to well after 9 o'clock. Just very unprofessional they have no complaint line. They should have never open the doors if they didn't have the correct staff to work on vehicles. By the time I left there were 7 other vehicles waiting. I have been there before and never really impressed. But wanted to give somebody local the business. I ask for the owner's name they said it's Caruso. But no way to file an official complaint. I suggest no one go back as well. read more

Installed 4 new tires next door (at their tire crnterearlier this week and decided to go with them for an oil change. Super fast and friendly. I don't think they (yet) upload service records to Carfax like they do next door. May not be the lowest cost in town but I TRUST the whole crew at Trinity. read more

I stopped in to Trinity Express, a Christian establishment, one day on a whim, knowing I was short on time and needed a quick oil change. As I pulled up, I was greeted, and asked about my vehicle. They took my keys and I went into the waiting room. The technician walked in and asked me about replacing my reaaaaally dirty air filter, which I agreed to. The next thing I know, I'm paying and out the door -- the entire process took 3 minutes, 45 seconds............ wait, what just happened!? In that time, they changed my oil, topped off my fluids, vacuumed my carpets *AND* replaced the air filter ........ and I paid!?!?! .......... how is all of that possible in that short of time!? Ahhhhhhhh I'll totally be back to this place, and I've already recommended it to many of my friends and family!! read more

LADIES...please don't not trust Trinity Auto. Have you ever had an experience where your female instinct is that your male mechanic is NOT telling the truth and perhaps even adding services to increase the bottom line? Not only was that my experience with the mechanic Tommy S. at Trinity Auto but I've now learned from members of my church, Mt. Carmel Baptist, that other ladies have also received "attitude" at Trinity that's less than Christian!!! My basic vehicle inspection not only cost double upon completion of unnecessary "repairs" but by putting my vehicle on the lift improperly there was damage done to the front bumper. Of course, the mechanic, Tommy S, insists he did nothing wrong and that the vehicle was already like that when I arrived (yet he passed the vehicle inspection with this blatant driving hazard). Bottom line, true Christian values are only shown to CERTAIN DEMOGRAPHICS at Trinity Auto. And for the record Tommy S.- learn your Bible! 2 Thessalonians 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. read more

I Came here on a referral from a friend, and man, am I glad I did. After calling around all over northern VA, everything led me to trinity. Great prices, and their services (mechanical, & customer) are both top notch. Jessica was very prudent in calling and making sure everything was ok with me before doing any further work & Kieth made sure I understood everything that was being done to my truck. I will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs. BTW, I came all the way from Leesburg, and I will travel further to continue doing business here. I have been a loyal customer for over seven years but that is no more. When last they serviced my car with an oil change they forgot to reattach the drain plug sealing washing which caused a slow leak. Once I discovered the leak my mechanic found and fixed the problem in minutes. When I went back to Trinity to let them know what had happened they said the part was manufacturer installed and impossible to just replace. They even went so far as to say the part can't be fixed or replaced but they do wear out. Instead of owning up to a mistake, which happens to everyone at least once, they preferred to lie to my face! Both the manager and two technicians did this repeatedly. So much for the christian values they advertise. For your sake avoid this auto center, you may not catch their incompetent mistakes before your engine blows. read more

My husband Has taken our car is here and had an OK service. He decided to take my car for an oil change. After waiting approx. 15 minutes, he was told to pull into a bay. They will be with him in just one minute. After working on two other cars that came in after him, they did the oil change, with the wrong oil. He asked for high mileage oil. They had to start from the beginning and re do it. They were not apologetic didn't seem to care. He was there a long time for an oil change. Very disappointed and won't be going back here. read more

Every single person has been told something else is wrong with their vehicle beside the oil change. They forgot to rotate my tires. Professional, polite and fast. I rolled in for an oil change without an appointment at 0936 on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and no one tried to hoodwink me into unnecessary repairs. I rolled back out, 14 minutes later, at 0950. In my book, that's excellent five-star service. read more

I usually change my own oil. I was getting behind and took my 2014 Avalon to Trinity. Supplied my own oil and filter. Car has a canister filter, not a spin on. 5k later, when I tried to remove the canister, I broke my canister removal fixture. Canister wouldn't budge. Trinity changed the filter again and charged me but replaced the tool. 5k later I broke their tool. Imagine the torque require to do that. Took it back and they removed the canister WITH AN IMPACT WRENCH. So I started asking questions. Do they torque the canister to factory specs? No. They use the mechanics "feel". Do they have a torque wrench? NO. THEY DON'T HAVE A TORQUE WRENCH. What? There are three parts that require re-tightening after an oil change on my car. I am now concerned about how badly they have been stressed. What are factory torque spec for? No torque wrench? Watch out for these guys. read more

I used to take my vehicles here only because I have nowhere to change my own oil. The last time, I asked for convential oil to be used in my new to me 2004 Volkswagen Beetle. I realize synthetic oil is superior to conventional but I also know this car was originally designed for conventional and it would suffice. They refused to change the oil because I wasn't going to splurge for synthetic. Never again will I use this business. This place was terrible. They were quick to get my car into the shop, however, they quickly broke my dipstick. They offered no apology, no refund, no discount and certainly would not replace it. I called the manager the next day, and he was not apologetic either. Actually, told me that it happens all the time, and would not do anything about it. I asked a lot of people and no one has had this problem. One oil station told me they broke one once and did replace it. The oil change cost $40 plus and another $25 for a new dipstick that I had to buy from the dealer. I could not find one at any auto supply store.
