    They bluff money from Chinese customers who don't speak English, they always run tests without permission, and up you pay a lot

    Dr. Pang is very knowledgeable and helpful, but his wife who works in the back is completely unprofessional and honestly rude.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at LensCrafters in…read moreWillow Bend Mall. and this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to return to the store five separate times because of repeated mistakes with the measurements for my progressive and Transitions lenses. Despite multiple visits, the issues were never resolved correctly. What made this experience even more difficult is that I have mobility challenges. Every visit required a great deal of physical effort from both me and my husband, who had to push my wheelchair just so we could return to the store and clarify the ongoing problems. This was physically exhausting and emotionally draining. Most of the problems began with Kimberly. She made repeated errors from the start and recommended polarized lenses without taking the time to properly review whether they were appropriate for my vision needs. I trusted her professional advice, believing she had carefully considered what was best for my eyes. When Connie became involved, I hoped the situation would finally be corrected. Unfortunately, the measurements and service were still not accurate, and the problems continued. Throughout this process, my husband had to take on the responsibility of carefully reviewing every detail, asking repeated questions, and making sure everything was correct because we had lost confidence in the accuracy of the work being performed. In addition, I was disappointed by the way Kimberly spoke to my husband. Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which only added to an already stressful situation. In the end, we accepted a full refund because the problems were never resolved. While we appreciate receiving our money back, it does not make up for the time, physical effort, stress, and inconvenience we endured over the course of five visits. We invested significant time and energy trying to resolve these issues, only to leave without a satisfactory outcome. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of care, professionalism, and attention to detail provided to future customers. No customer should have to experience what we went through.

Within minutes, I was escorted to the back by a young lady who asked me questions about my medical history and took some eye readings and turned out we had the exact same pair of eye glasses which progressed into a long discussion about our favorite imported frame vendor! I didn't get her name but she was very personable. Then came my eye exam with Dr. Peterson who listened to my concerns and was able to hook me up with a prescription for new reading glasses. There were some pretty cool high tech features that came into play while he was doing my eye exam. He was also pretty funny and has a great music selection playing in the waiting room (this is one of those things I take notice of anytime I'm in a business and makes an impression on me). Last, was my interaction with Ray who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. He was very helpful in recommending frames to try on while still letting me do my own thing and he was also very patient while I struggled to make a decision. One thing I love about this practice is their vast selection of designer frames. I've been to other practices where I struggle just to find "a" pair that is decent. I have the opposite problem here (can't decide on which one I like most!). This is my 3rd pair of glasses I've purchased from this location. I would highly recommend everyone to give them a try especially if you're new in town or looking to switch providers.

    Had an eye exam and ordered glasses. Went and picked them up. Got out in the parking lot and tried…read morethe new pair. I could barely read the license plates on vehicles in the parking lot. Tried on my old pair and readability was much better. I went inside and raised my concern and was told to try them for a few weeks. I did that and vision was terrible and didn't even use them when I left for vacation. I can't even use the new pair and went back to using my old pair. Very disappointed that Bright Eyes would not take ownership of an issue with the new pair. I know it's not the frames because I also ordered the same frame I've used in previous years. . I doubt I will be returning. I'm going somewhere else to get retested and a new prescription if needed. Could be they were not ordered properly or made to the prescription, but I don't know. I used them the previous two years and had no issues.

    I went to this Allen office for an eye exam. The exam was done by a young lady who has a lot of…read moretatoos on both of her arms. The service was so-so, but that was not the real issue. The real issue was optical prescription. I took it to Costco to make lens. Upon receiving the new lens, my vision became a lot worse because my left eye could barely see anything. Opticians at Costco suggested me to go back to Key Whitman for an re-exam. The second time I had the same lady (not sure if she was a licensed optometrist). The exam equipment was ill prepared. The chart was not even in the center of my view. We struggled a lot with the machine to get through the exam. I took the new prescription to Costco. The optician saw the results and told me that it was impossible that two exams would yield such different results within 10 days timeframe. They strongly suggested me to get a second opinion from another optometrist. I later went to a new independent optometrist office, paid exam fee to get a new exam. This time, I noticed that in this other optometrist office, the service and equipment were day and night comparing to those at Key Whitman Allen office. Now I am wearing the new lens from the latest eye prescription and cannot be more happy with it.
