Arman has customized several frames for me with special nose pieces, which completely changed my options. I was looking for rimless glasses, I didn't know where to find them and I just happened to walk by Luxe Eyewear when I walked in, I was welcomed by Arman, who showed me all kinds of rimless glasses. He took his time and was very patient with me. He knows what he is doing, he is the best, and aims to please. I wound up purchasing a pair of rimless glasses that have sunglasses that magnetically attach to the lens. He made sure they were a perfect fit for me. Hi did everything he promised and more. I am very pleased with the glasses I was so pleased with how he treated me and the excellence of what he made for me. I purchased another style of rimless glasses. My daughter asked why I took my glasses off at every opportunity? A good question, since I had purchased very high end sunglasses and glasses in April and could not see a license plate or read comfortably even though, apparently, my prescription was checked thoroughly. I love my current Optician/Ophthalmologist but I didn't loVe their selection of glasses and their slower than I prefer. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon Luxe. I found frames that I love and Matt promised he'd have them back in no time. After my eye exam I was text him a copy of my prescription, 2 days later they were in and he had my glasses done in the time it took for me to have lunch next door. I've since dropped off my old glasses for him to add the blue light lenses and my new prescription. He will always be my go to for glasses and he has a great selection of sunnies as well. read more

Walked in searching for frames and was immediately turned off. He has a great selection of eye wear. All the top designer brands, but when I was looking at the prices he has marked on the frames they were TRIPLE what the MSRP actually is. He has Mui Mui frames for $985. I called him out and said "I have a pair of MUI MUI in my purse right now and I paid $400 for them" he then goes to say "I give you good price, how much will you pay" "I'll make you a deal" "I have great reviews trust me". It goes to show how untrustworthy he and his business is. He is tricking people into thinking they are getting a "good deal" by marking up his glasses by 3. I do not trust people like this. This is the greatest eyeglass store in Frisco. I've had many issues at past locations with them trying to rip me off and ruining my glasses in order for me to purchase more. From the start the owner has been helpful and honest with me. He's adjusted my glasses for free on numerous occasions and gave me the best deal possible on my Oliver People's glasses (This is one of the few locations in Frisco that even sells this brand). My whole family is now going here and also enjoying they're eyewear. I highly recommend this location. read more

What a great company. So I went in to the store with a one year old prescription from my eye doctor. I got the glasses made and picked them up. Unfortunately my prescription had changed significantly during that year. I went back to the eye doctor and got a new prescription. I went back to the store and they gave me new lenses, while I waited...at no extra cost. They really went above and beyond. Great company! read more

I have known Armen and Matt for several years now from PayRite Optical on Greenville Ave and save my (several) optical needs to be taken care of by them when I'm in Dallas. I live in DC so I either have to wait or travel to get the job done right. No one is more friendly and service oriented than these guys. I'm glad to know the Greenville shop has been left in excellent hands with Mack. I've quit wearing contacts as my glasses are so much more comfortable.
