He took our measurements gave us a fair estimate and a rough outline for time, all in all a great value. This was on the 20th and luckily our glass was able to be made and they just installed today (just 7 days later) and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. The install was was broken up into two days and both days he arrived on-time as expected. Reed was careful moving furniture, removing window coverings, and cleaned up the mess afterward. He was very friendly and sociable during his time here. We talked about all sorts of various things which made it feel like a friend was there installing the windows rather than just a serviceman. The night after all the windows were installed there was a problem with the security system. It wasn't recognizing that some of the windows were closed. I texted Reed and he called me back right away. He came back the next day, moved back two window frames that that been moved on my request, and the alarm worked again fine.
