The arrangements for my spouse's remains were easily taken care of, the funeral director was appropriately respectful and efficient, and the charges were extremely low, lower than a competing service that has a reputation for low costs. He took care of ordering the death certificates and publishing the obituary, never complaining about my numerous revisions to the text. In the end, he called me to report they had overcharged me about $2.00 on each death certificate and asked how I'd like the money refunded. Talk about scrupulously honest!
