We're here visiting relatives and was told to come here for nail services. I took my wife & my daughter here for pedicure/nail services. For me I'm simple I just got the MAN-pedicure (cause it's relaxing like a good message) which I usually don't often do but while waiting for my wife & daughter midas well. All I have to say is I'm hooked. I love it. Everyone was friendly & they all got along like a family that tells me a lot about good management here. My wife kept raving about Lynn. She says Lynn is gentle to the touch, professional & caring. My daughter had an amazing time with Mr. Calvin as well. We know now that every time we visit our family here this is our go to for any nail services. Nail shops tend to have a bad rep for being rude or not modernize due to lack of business services. Well, it's the opposite here. The shop is clean & modern, felt very welcoming. All the staff is friendly and seem very knowledgeable. Over all we highly recommend this place definitely an A+ shop for us. I take my girls to other nail shops in California where we live they all tend to be rude or very egotistic or lack of experience. I went to Nail Dior Lounge while visiting family in Florida because my nail chipped and I didn't want to wait til I got home to get them done. I saw some reviews on yelp and figured I would try it out because it was close to my grandmas house (where I was staying). The service was great and the prices were very reasonable! I had to get gel tips taken off and I was going to get a gel manicure but my manicurist told me how bad the gel was for my nails so I decided to go with her recommendation for the dip polish. (I've also heard from other people that the dip was really good for your nails) I got it done and I love them! My nails feel so much lighter and healthier. My manicurist was very nice and did an awesome job with my dip manicure! I was nervous to come at first because it only had three stars but this place definitely deserves 5 stars! I'm pretty disappointed in this nail salon, and I won't be back. What started as a great experience just spiraled into a really long & rough day. Let me start by saying that when I arrived they were not ready for my appointment but were extremely accommodating. I made the appt for my bridal party the day before my wedding. You know, when there's supposed to be little or no stress on the bride!? My pedicure was, okay..... nothing to write home about. First pedicure I actually didn't have the ingrowns worked on, or asked about. And Dianne the owner did my nails. Upon recommendation. 3/4 of the way through; while all my bridesmaids were finishing, she noticed that there were little black specks in my bridal ombré & had to remove all of the nails and start over from the beginning. I sent my bridesmaids back to the house, as I prepared to spend another hour + there. I told her that I had SO much to do, and also that she was hurting my already sensitive cuticles going back over them a second time. She kept arguing that she was hardly touching them. Well, after she finished they were beautiful, a lot shorter than I wanted but whatever. I wen to pay and she said "normally it's 45 but I'll charge you $40 since we had to start over" ..... I'm sorry, but you're the owner and you have me a measly crappy $5 discount for keeping me double the time on the day before my wedding???? I didn't say anything except "you're discounting me $5?" She said yes and swiped my card. You just lost a customer for your lack of customer service. And word of mouth. Not only that but 1 week later and my cuticles are still sore and destroyed! read more

Due to the fact that she took way too long, I asked her to do white instead of french (so I could just save time & get out). The owners are friendly and the place is clean. However, when you schedule an appointment to secure your spot and it's not accommodated that can be quite annoying. I called at 12pm and scheduled my wax appointment for 5pm. I get there during my schedule time, and was seen after a customer who was didn't schedule an appointment. In my opinion, she should have waited and I should have been seen. Appointments like anywhere else always goes before the walk-in. It's now 20 minutes after my appointment and I still have not been seen. There has been many times where I came in and the wait was beyond 20 minutes. So, I just left because that's just ridiculous. They need to get another room or figure something out. I'm never coming here again read more

I've been getting my nails done for a while now and this is the FIRST time this has ever happened. I usually get acrylic on my nails and follow up with Gel nail polish to ensure they are strong and last a long time. I've had my nails done from other places before lasting a month with no nails chipping or my acrylic chipping off. These nails haven't even been done for a week. I had to go back 2 days after getting them done to have them touch up on my nails because they were already chipping. When going in to having them fix I was extremely kind (on the phone and in person) just to be treated like it was MY fault that after 2 days they chipped and broke. The lady never placed a base coat before the gel polish (as I've always had this done) when I asked why there wasn't she told me "there doesn't have to be" and continued to do my nails. The gentleman who "fixed" my nails was extremely rude and not caring about it. Which caused me to just walk out pissed off after my nails were "fixed". It's pretty sad that I now have to spend the money again to get my nails fixed from another place. But I at least know that they will take care of me unlike this nail salon. My sister also got her nails done with her being cut more than 4 times with the drill for the lady to tell her "oh you're fine." And then laughing. They just care about the money they get and not about hospitality or the care of their guests. I will never return and I have been telling everyone word of mouth of my experience and to not go there. I only gave this review 1 star cause I had to. They don't even deserve that. read more

I got the regular pedicure by a gentlemen and he seemed to do an ok job. It was a VERY short pedicure. Very hot towel. Not really that friendly or relaxing to be quite honest. I got home and thought it was weird that he brought pedicure supplies in a hard plastic tote (maybe re-using items he shouldn't of to cut salon costs). And after a week and a half I took the polish off and my toenails were a yellow-ish tint. Dr. Says it is common for pedicure salons to use unsanitary tools and cause damage/infection/yellowing. I wanted the SNS nails with tips put on. While the technician was pleasant, they were not knowledgeable in how to do nails. They are chunky, uneven, some are curved up, definitely uneven...like could you look at them and tell how horrible they look? This place is hit or miss. Called ahead to make an appointment and they took me right on time which was great. My usual nail salon was already closed because of the coronavirus and found this place that was still open. The salon is really nice and looked clean. I get long nails which I know is hard to find someone who can do them really well Especially for me because I am very particular. Wasn't the best fill I've ever gotten in my life but they were able to work with me which was great. I also went ahead and got a pedicure and they did a great job. By far one of the best nail salons I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The pedicure was amazing. The foot massage could be a little longer but the chairs were nice. The salon seemed clean.
