We live in Wake Forest NC and had an under the kitchen sink slow leak that ruined the cabinet bottom and corroded the shutoff valves and the connection to the dishwasher. We got a new faucet and called around for a plumber about two weeks ago. Chris, the owner of Trinity Plumbing, was able come to our house in a few days, stopped the leaking, installed the new faucet, checked out double sink drains, fix the dishwasher connection in a few hours in the morning. I waited a bit before writing this review to make sure everything works fine. IT DOES! He does great work, explained everything, and was very easy to deal with. Super Service! Chris came out to our home in late December of 2023 to look at our upstairs toilet which had some odors coming from it. Chris replaced the seal, raised the flange and installed a new Kohler toilet. 9 months later we noticed a growing water stain in our garage ceiling. We called Chris again, and after inspecting the situation, he confirmed that the water was coming from the same toilet. Chris replaced the PVC piping below the toilet and made a few other improvements. The leak seems to be fixed now. Rather than point fingers and say the PVC pipe would be a pre-existing condition which we would be responsible for- he did not charge us for the repair. Chris definitely stands behind his work! His personal integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction are rare in this day and age. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for value, quality workmanship, and someone who will treat you fairly. Scheduled Chris to install a new kitchen faucet. He arrived promptly this AM and proceeded to complain about some work he had done here several years ago and how he felt he was treated unfairly. That work involved installing a new toilet in an upstairs bathroom. A few days after the installation we noticed damage to the ceiling in our kitchen directly below the toilet. We called Chris and he came over to inspect and repair the situation. Although he stated that he didn't see anything wrong he did retighten all of the connections. He also paid to have the ceiling in the kitchen/family room repainted. I thought that was the end of the saga. Apparently Chris thinks that I treated him unfairly by asking him to fix his mistakes and repaint the ceiling. This morning he no sooner got out of his truck than he started complying about that situation from several years ago and how he was treated unfairly. I'm not sure why he even bothered to answer my call and schedule to come over. Needless to say he didn't install my new faucet and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone as he appears to hold a grudge for something that happened several years ago that appears to have been his fault to begin with read more

I made an appointment with Chris yesterday to hook up a sink and faucet, check a leak from the dishwasher drain in the crawl space and stabilize my dishwasher under the cabinet. Integrity, integrity, integrity.... this company is by far one of, if not the best companies of any type I have ever dealt with. My main line had a clog and our first plumber from a different company came out, took one lap around my property and decided he couldn't do anything. A trusted source referred me to Trinity and within an hour of my phone call to them there was a technician at my home. The simple fix of snaking the line turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated (new/first time owners of an old house) but our technician worked through multiple different problems and was quick, professional and most importantly successful. He left my home with my plumbing issues corrected, my home cleaned up from the work he had to do and left me with a much better understanding of my homes plumbing system and why the problem arose. Not only is their work 5 star but their prices are also more than fair. When the technician told me what we owed at the end of the service I literally blurted out "That's it?!" I expected the bill to be 3x-4x higher than it actually was due to the amount of unforeseeable issues and extra work that popped up. This is going to be my go to company for all plumbing needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber. read more
