My niece was…read morejust married there last weekend and I helped her plan everything, this place did not disappoint. The property is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately maintained--every corner is picture-perfect. It was an incredible backdrop for one of the most important days of your life. These memories and pictures are priceless. What really sets this venue apart is Andrea (the owner). She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable, and I can't recommend enough that you take her advice and listen to her vendor recommendations. From the breathtaking grounds to the exceptional service, Red Cedar Farm exceeded every expectation. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better experience. If you're considering this venue, book it--you won't regret it! -Nicole G.

Everyone taking a look at the goats, burros, and chickens. And of course, the pinball machines were a huge hit for all who attended. The shuttle from the overflow lot to the grounds was flawless, continually running until everyone had arrived. Andrea was awesome, providing umbrellas for the wedding for the quick storm that passed through during the ceremony; she bartended when one could not be found; and even quickly responded to a spill on the dance floor. I can't say enough good about the venue or how much Andrea did to make my daughter and son-in-laws wedding so memorable. I will recommend Red Cedar Farm to all.

I've stayed with them multiple times and each time it has been just amazing. They're located in the city of Poulsbo, WA on a working 17 acre farm. It's a private farm that you can pet everything from Pigmy Goats to sheep....to their two wonderful dogs (Hank and Abby). It's very close to downtown historic Poulsbo and easy to find (look for the big sign at the entrance to their property), with a lengthy dirt driveway to their house. Once you arrive, you're usually met by one or both of your hosts...welcoming you to their nice quiet property. Attached are photos from this visit...make sure to give them a try!

The value cannot be beat for the quality of service you get. First, the whole venue is yours for the weekend. No other guests are booked at the B&B on a wedding weekend (and you get access for the WHOLE weekend). Second, Paulette and Ron are so accommodating and helpful, even before your wedding weekend. Any time we needed to come up and check things out, they welcomed us to visit. The space is beautiful. We had an outdoor wedding, with a gorgeous western view of the Olympic mountains and a reception in the spacious barn. We had no problems fitting our whole wedding (150 guests) while leaving room for a bar and dance floor. The rooms in the B&B are beautiful and spacious. And the breakfast food was amazing. We would absolutely recommend Raspberry Ridge Farm to anyone looking to get married in Kitsap County.

There is also more gravel rather than lawn, which limits the usable space of the "backyard". The water views are still lovely and the bushes, flowers, shrubbery nice and well-maintained. Years ago, we were unable to use our own caterers without a lot of negotiation, additional costs and proof of insurance, not to mention covering the costs of the caterers transportation (which we offered to do). The staff over a decade ago felt impersonal and stand-offish, unfriendly and not wishing to be bothered by confirming reservations, nor addressing any questions we had in regards to our wedding day and the property. I hope things have gotten better, and that the people one works with now are more communicative, friendly and happy/willing to help.

The building itself is nice. Frpm the main room, there's a floor-to-ceiling window that you can look out to the water and see the boats and scenery. We now have an outside caterer bringing the food in. I honestly never thought The Son's food was that spectacular. So, changing to another vendor was fine with me. However, they always had the nicest people volunteering their time to serve our group every morning. These are folks that went out of their way to give positive greetings, made sure that they were putting your food on your dish the way you liked it when they were serving from the window, and always offered a friendly chat. I have some friends that have attended Sons of Norway activities, trivia games, community meals, and such. They have really enjoyed them.
