The Bainbridge Brewing facility at Coppertop (not the alehouse downtown), which is the facility…read morewhere the beer is brewed, is a nice place to hang for a beer or two, although it can get busy on weekend afternoons. It seems to be a favorite place for families to gather during those times, which can make finding a seat difficult. By early evening, most folks have cleared out, and it's pretty empty as the 9:00 hour approaches. We particularly like sitting upstairs since there's pinball close by (four machines), which we used quite a bit on our last visit. And, of course, there's their beer, which I love. My favorite is the Eagle Harbor IPA, their signature West Coast IPA. Their Kömmuter Kölsch is also one of my favorites (and likewise my girlfriend's favorite). I frequently buy cans of both to take home (which you can also buy at the Safeway on High School Road, and at the alehouse on Winslow near the ferry terminal).

This is an excellent, quiet brewery on sleepy Bainbridge Island…read more We stopped in to get a drink. There is a wine bar next door! Our bar host was knowledgeable, chill, and poured our flight for us. We were able to look out their big windows to a sunny afternoon. They also had TVs running different sports. They have a great variety of beers and surprisingly I liked all 4 in our beer flight (a rare occasion!) We skipped getting bites since we had a meal coming up. Would love to come back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

I got the Mac Attack, and was excited to find Mac that actually had texture and flavor (it's not mush)! The pulled pork didn't need sauce for flavor or moisture. But the real treat, y'all, lemme tell ya! The fried green tomatoes! I have been all over Snohomish to Pierce looking for green tomatoes in grocery stores, looking at menus online. I was so disappointed, I even tried growing my own (with even less success). But lemme tell you! It was worth the wait, because I finally found one that tastes like home! Service was faster than expected on a packed bingo night. Everyone seemed to have a great time playing and I'm eager to go back again, when I get the next big craving for home.

We were seated quickly and our orders taken, but then our wait person just...disappeared. Food was not what I was expecting based on the glowing reviews. I had the brisket which was tough and the greens whose flavor I didn't really care for. There was a sourness to them that I was not expecting. Overall I found the food fairly bland and lacking the umph I generally get from BBQ places. Maybe an off-day, I would visit again based on other people's reviews and experiences.

If you're looking for a bar with bar food and not very good drinks I have the place. Pretty plain…read morevibe and bar look to it, nothing special. I can say we were all pretty disappointed in this place. The staff was the only positive that we took away from this experience. Both servers that we encountered were both kind and attentive. The drinks and food however totally missed the marks. We all started off with drinks 2 margaritas, a gin gimlet and a beer between the four of us. The margaritas were terrible, like I am not sure how they put them as a feature drink. They had zero jalapeños and also offered no spicy margarita whatsoever. My wife's gin gimlet tasted like straight up lime juice. All were complete misses. Next we moved on to the food where each couple ordered a dozen wings. The X's and O's( fries and onion rings) and we also ordered a wedge salad. The wedge salad came out and idk how it was marketed as wedge when it was a bowl of salad completely engulfed in dressing(closer to soup than salad). Next the fries and onion rings came out and I'm not usually a stickler for what things cost, but $17 for like 6 onion rings and a very sad plate of fries. We expected a bit more for what we ordered for the table. Lastly the wings. While the flavoring of the wings were good, they came out not too warm to the touch and biting into them they were cold on the inside. Concerned that we may get sick from uncooked meat they assured us that they were precooked and just dropped into the fryer to finish them off. To me it is concerning that though they were precooked and still missed on hearing them all way, you may need to have a chat with your kitchen. Both of the servers were on top of it and ran both dozens back to have our order recooked. Second time around they were hot and crispy with good flavor(although the garlic boom boom wings were missing one of the sauces the second time around). It didn't matter, we ate them and paid. Not sure we will put this on our revisit list. Maybe the burgers or flatbread were the way to go, but out of 3 menu items and even the drinks.... There needs to be much more effort to everything here...
