Trinity Street Food is an absolute hidden gem. The Pad See Ew with beef was the standout, perfectly cooked noodles, amazing depth of flavor, and tender beef that hit every note. The chicken satay was just as impressive: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with a killer peanut sauce. Honestly, everything we ordered was phenomenal. On top of that, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Some of the best Thai Houston has to offer.

Trinity Street Food is consistently good with delicious food, a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. I love how they graciously accommodate the "heat" level per my request and my dining companions too. Food is prepared fresh each time upon placing your order. I highly recommend this great restaurant.

Upscale Thai food. Authentic and delicious Thai food in an upscale neighborhood that they cater to; read it's a bit pricy for what you get. The location and venue are very approachable for those less initiated. The friendly staff are happy to walk you through the menu and help you customize the dish and your level of spice tolerance. You're paying for the access, approachability and ambiance. The actual plates that the food comes on are really large and the table gets crowded, so if you're in a large group try not to be seated where you're squeezing in. There's a reasonable amount of parking in the shared lot. There are a few dedicated spots for takeout orders. While they may have a few more Americanized dishes that are more kid friendly, it's not really the vibe for small kids. You may get the look from the older couple trying to have a peaceful dinner.

I've come here several times in the past and came back here for my friend's BD! I like the pad Thai and yellow curry! I ordered a spicy basil fried rice but I think it was a bit wet. I think if they could make it more dry then it's better. Portion size seems to be smaller compared to other Thai foods restaurants that I've been to. It's a spicy environment for sure. If you are not tolerable for spice, get the mild otherwise you'll be on fire! Anyways, had a nice dinner! Cheers

Amazing customer service and timely. Very happy and well mannered waiters. Inside is gorgeous with LED signs and hanging string lights. Vibes were uplifting and loved seeing a restaurant filled with others! Food was amazing!!! So flavorful and just medium spicy had all the spice I was looking for, so there is definitely room to make it more spicy for those who want it. Would come here again 100%.

All the yums! The Thai food I've had here is fantastic! From the crab rangoons to the basil fried rice and the pad Thai-- all just so good! The flavors, good quality, and customer service is on point. Sidebar: the Thai tea is perfect here as well. Well done, TSF -- you've earned a fan!

This is probably my most frequented restaurant in Houston. It is THE BEST Thai place in Houston hands down. I recently discovered that they opened another location called Arroy Thai on the west side. Everything on the menu is delicious! The Tom kha gai soup and pad thai with glass noodles are my staples. This is the best pad thai I've ever had. The pad thai is like crack for my daughter. In fact she recently send me this message "A message from god that he instructed me to deliver to you: (Big, booming voice) DONT YOU DARE EAT CHLOE'S PAD THAI. YOU WILL UNDOUBTEDLY MAKE YOUR FAVORITE DAUGHTER VERY VERY SAD." Yes, it's THAT amazing! I have brought so many friends here and everyone LOVES it. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is casual but also nice. I don't like sitting in the wooden booths in the back because the seats are so narrow and uncomfortable but everywhere else is great. You must try this place if you have never been. You will not regret it!!!

Hubs and I went on a lunch date here. The lunch entrees were smaller than dinner and came with a side salad and spring roll. Food was good, but nothing spectacular - except for the crab rangoon - they were not good. Whenever I see the word "street food" in the name of the restaurant, I was hoping to see more unique foods, but most of the items can be found at any Thai restaurant, so for me, nothing stands out to bring me back again.

I'm taking off a star and not ordering the drinks again. 2nd time ordering lemonade and again 75% ice and huge chunks of it! I only get a few sips and done. I've never eaten in or been delivered drinks from any other place with so much ice. They know what they are doing.

Trinity Street Food never disappoints! I have visited several times and look forward to my next visit each time. The location has booth style, indoor seating. Their menu features a variety of great options. Their Thai iced tea I a must have. Refreshingly sweet. They also have great cocktails as well. My go to entree is the pad thai with beef. All their entrees can be made mild, medium or hot. Their flavors are amazing and consistent from visit to visit.

Last time when I went there, it was delish but they gave us small portion of the dish. Do they increase the quantity?

The portions are relatively small but they are sufficient ; they are just not "texas size"..

Does the restaurant take American Express?

    Yes they do! (:

Do I need reservations for tonight?

If they take them, it's always better to be safe...especially if you are a big group

We had to order take out on a Friday night because it was 10 mins before closing (9pm on Fridays) and they processed the order incredibly fast. All tables were full when we picked up so I'm sure busy nights will be a bit of a wait to get in. We asked for "medium" spice but the receipt had been defaulted to "mild" thank god. It was still a decent amount of spice and any more I would have probably been sweating like crazy. So I would recommend starting off with mild and go from there unless you are a glutton for punishing spice. Their mild seems to be more like medium / hot at an Americanized Thai joint. Pad Kee Mow with chopped chicken was delicious. Fresh crunchy green beans and bell peppers, onions and tomatoes perfectly cooked with the perfect spicy basil sauce. Noodles all had sauce on them. Large serving size and great price. We also got papaya salad which was just right and nice spice. I wish I could come here often and try everything else on the menu.

I wouldn't necessarily sit down here but if you want to you can. More of a grocery store than sit down restaurant. Khao soi gai: 7/10 This was so flavorful and delicious but definitely should have opted for the chicken instead of the soft shell crab I wasn't really a fan of the crab. Love the flavors and textures though. Definitely want to try with chicken and I recommend getting some rice on the side. Pad mama: 9/10 This had a really yummy vibrant flavor with a good amount of protein and leafy greens. Could be spicier I think the just gave us a random spice level. Overall really yummy and good portion for the prices but would love to retry with more spice in the dishes.

I went with my husband during Houston Restaurant Week, and maybe that was my mistake…read more We got the Thai ice tea and Thai jasmine green tea for drinks, squid and tofu for appetizers, the crying tiger and kua kling for entrees, and the sticky rice with mango and the coconut ice cream for desserts. I can confidently say that I was disappointed. There was not one dish that stood out or that I would recommend or come back for. I especially was sad that the crying tiger flavors really missed the mark. The sticky rice that came with it felt like it was reheated and some parts were hard. It also tasted like some of the vegetables (green beans and carrots) that come with the entrees were frozen, not fresh. The jasmine green tea tastes like a powder mix. Some of the squid tasted freezer burned. The kua kling was the most interesting and unique of the dishes, but not one that I would go out of my way to eat again. The sticky rice with mango was as expected. The coconut ice cream is probably pre-portioned and frozen so was rock solid when it came out. I did not find most of the toppings particularly good. It was a busy Friday and I know service was busy. The food did not take long to come out, but we definitely had dishes from previous courses that stacked up, and we had to ask them to be taken away. They do have a high chair for toddlers and brought a plastic plate/utensils, but there was not a changing table in the bathroom we used. We have had such great experiences at other Thai restaurants in Houston that I would not come back.

It could easily reach that level. Our waitress, Ann, was incredibly kind, soft spoken, and welcoming. My friend Sherita suggested this restaurant after we left a Yelp office hour, and I'm so glad she did because it introduced me to something I never knew I needed: the salmon mango fried rice. It was absolutely amazing. I originally planned to take some home for my son to try, but it was so delicious that I finished every bite in one sitting. Sherita had visited earlier in the week and tonight shared that she arrived; right before I walked in which was 30 minutes before closing time, Jackie told her to hurry up and order, even though she already knew exactly what she wanted and didn't even need a menu. Jackie response was unprofessional and didn't even wait till the table guest got to the table, which was less than seconds since we all arrive at the same time, and left the same place. During our visit, Jackie never brought us water. A couple who was seated after us received water before we did. It took over 10 minutes for us to get water. Ann took great care of us, but anytime we wanted a refill, we had to ask. At one point my glass was completely empty. I noticed Jackie refilling the water glasses for a table of six, so I managed to get his attention. He looked directly at me, scanned the room, then stomped away all fast without acknowledging my request. Instead, he told Ann that we wanted water, and she graciously brought it over. Even at the end of our meal, Jackie stood behind the register while my friends waited to pay, yet another employee ended up taking their payment. His overall energy felt very cold and unwelcoming. My friend even joked that it was probably for the best that he didn't refill my water because of the energy he was carrying. As someone who believes water absorbs energy, I honestly agreed. I'm grateful Ann was the one who served us with such kindness. The restaurant itself has such a peaceful, zen atmosphere. The greenery outside and the warm lighting inside create a cozy neighborhood spot that I truly want to love and revisit with my son. Thank you , Sherita for introducing me and Aaliyah to this hidden gem. I completely understand why you visited twice in one week. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, and hopefully next time the hospitality matches the quality of the food.
