What an awful experience I had here today. Came in shortly after they opened with a ankle and knee injury making it really difficult to walk and not one single time was I asked if I needed a wheelchair or any sort of assistance but that wasn't too much of and issue considering everything else that happened . They needed X-rays done which they offer but said the tech wasn't in that day so they sent me elsewhere to get X-rays and told me to come back with the images, they gave me a paper to give to the other facility. When I got there I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me they don't know why this urgent care sent me there cause they don't cover my insurance and the nice lady there told me I had to go to sutter gould (at this point I had walked back and forth on my ankle and knee that it was excruciating) I got to Sutter and they told me this urgent care didn't put important information they needed on the paper and to call them to have it faxed over, I did that and they sent the wrong thing, after that the receptionist at Sutter called them herself and told them they sent the wrong form and then they sent the same wrong form AGAIN. I was crying and in so much pain and the lady at Sutter was so helpful but at this point it had been over 4 hours of running around with no pain management or answers on if I had a broken ankle or knee, they lady at Sutter offered me a wheelchair and they helped me back to my car. Next time I'll be smarter and just go to Sutter first cause at this point I don't trust that anybody knows what they are doing over at Trinity Urgent Care. When I got back over to Trinity urgent care with my x-ray results the room that they put me in was absolutely disgusting and had definitely not been cleaned. The trashcan was overflowing and somebody's I assume rubber bands for their braces were on the ground. He had somebody come in and wrap my ankle and my knee in bandages, she complemented me on my tattoo and then proceeded to show me her super infected tattoo on her arm, which I just felt like was unsanitary for a urgent care to be rolling up her sleeve to show that but I'm no doctor. The staff was just highly unprofessional and I don't really trust anyone from the establishment. Only come here if it's your last resort. There were other mistakes along the way that I did not mention because honestly, I don't want anyone getting fired. I just hope that they can take this as a learning opportunity! read more

I've been going to Trinity Urgent Care for the past 6 years. This clinic is my go-to due to the staff and Dr. Burns are always very attentive. I've never had a complaint or issue here until today. I called this morning to ask a couple of questions. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I believe her name was "Yuliana" I was so upset I couldn't remember. I called and checked to make sure they take the insurance and was told they did. Soon after, received a bill and now it's going through collections. I contacted the insurance and was told they received two bill and one was covered and the other was not due to incorrect modifier. Not sure if it is lack of training or they just don't care, they could have reached out to the insurance company and corrected this but nope, probably the least of their worries. I've been to this Urgent care multiple times for myself and my children, the only thing that I wish could be changed is the cleaning, seems like the waiting room is always dirty, garbage can never looks emptied and always find trash underneath chairs. The doctors are great and so is most of the staff, the only concern I have is a young lady I'd never seen before, it seems like shes just there to flirt with the male patients. I experienced the way she flirted in Spanish with a male patient about a week ago or so. i don't know how the manager allows having staff like this. They managed to fit me in the schedule. I have been here more than once, and all my experiences with their business have been great (besides the fact of having to come in for being sick, or from a car accident). I'm over here right now for the 100th time and I do not intend on ever switching. The whole staff is great. The clerks were on lunch and stopped what they were doing just to assist me, which I didn't mind and I could've waited. I just got my cyst removed by Dr. Minh and he is the best doctor I've had to date, honestly. If you want to get seen, I highly suggest to set an appointment with him. He is very caring. I just hope in ten years he'll be the same and not another grumpy doctor lol. I doubt it. He's a great man. Before him I've always seen the nurse. I forget her name. I want to say Debbie. She is really caring also. I recommend her too. She would question me to why I never take my diabetes medication but in a caring tone. Excellent. Like a second mom lol. First time to this facility and I brought my 3 year old who needed to be seen. I was surprised from the beginning when there was no one doing temperature screenings at the door or handing out masks, nor were there any employees mandating that masks be worn inside the facility. Only about half of the people waiting were wearing one correctly if at all. I should have taken that as a sign of what was to come. I could see some of the staff through the receptionists window had masks pulled down or under their nose. Are we not still in a very real pandemic?? After half an hour not a single person had been called back and the people waiting had more than doubled. The lobby was crowding, there were no more chairs, and I felt that I made a mistake bringing my daughter at all. The doctor working must have been on lunch because at 12:30 people finally started to be let in. When we finally made it back into a room a somewhat unprofessional male nurse asked us a few questions, took some vitals and left. He was pleasant enough, but his demeanor was too laid back and he was one of the staff I noticed not masking up fully. When the doctor finally burst into the room, he was not masked up. I repeat, he DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON! I think that I was too stunned to say anything at the time, wanting to just get the heck out of there, but I feel like an idiot for putting myself and my daughter in danger by allowing this man who comes in contact with dozens of ill people every day to examine my child without out any PPE. No mask, no gloves, no hand washing in front of me. He didn't even have a lab coat so how do I know he wasn't just some guy they borrowed from the street? He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, and after barely examining my daughter just told me to keep an eye on her but "all kids get sick and honestly this is when they should all be hanging out and passing viruses and building immunities." Okay, I get what you're saying, but COVID?!!! I'm just so utterly flabbergasted by the lack of concern by the staff and especially the facility. It's as if Covid never happened. Not to mention the place was dirty and dusty and I felt contaminated simply by being there. An hour and a half wait just to be exposed to god knows what. Never again. read more

I will never return to Trinity Urgent Care, and I recommend you do the same. The few times I had been to Trinity Urgent Care in the past, I had no issues, but after my experience on Saturday night I will never return. Long story short...for the prior week I had been having issues with my breathing...I thought it was my asthma again, but I really have not had issues with asthma in a couple years. I put up with it for a week trying to use my asthma medications but nothing seemed to make it much better. Saturday I went to Yosemite for the day to take some pictures of the Yosemite Valley with fresh snow. Getting in the fresh air should have cleared up my asthma if it was truly that issue, but it just made it worse through the day...by the end of my day I was having really issues breathing with pretty bad indigestion as well. I left Yosemite and drove back to Stockton as fast as I could. I called my fiancé and had her make sure to see what time Trinity Urgent Care closed, and she checked and it was 9:00pm. In fact in the lobby they have a huge sign on the wall that reads something to the tune of "Trinity Urgent Care - Open 9am-9pm 365 Days A Year". I drove as fast as I could without getting a ticket all the way from Yosemite to Stockton. Because of all the traffic coming out of Yosemite it took me over three hours...the whole time I was having issues with my breathing. Nothing that would make me stop at a hospital, but enough that I was really worried. I got to Trinity Urgent Care at a little before 8:30pm. I was so relieved...it wasn't even near closing. I walked up to the second floor, saw the receptionist in the office and just two people in the waiting room and felt even better. I went to open the door... AND IT WAS LOCKED. I looked at my watch and it was 8:32pm. I looked and on the door and wall next to it was a notice that starting in 2014 that the last patient must be registered by 8:45pm to be seen. I looked at my watch and my phone again and it was 8:33pm. I called Trinity's phone number and they answered the phone. I very nicely explained that I was wondering how to get inside because I was standing outside and the door was locked. The woman on the other line explained that "She was sorry but they just registered their last patient and that they closed at 8:30pm tonight because they got a rush towards the end of the night." WTF? I very nicely explained that I was standing outside the door and that it very plainly stated that they were open till 9pm and that the last patient needed to be there by 8:45pm and that wouldn't be for almost 15 minutes. She snidely remarked that "They were privately owned and that the decision to close was based on the doctors on call." I explained that I had just drove over three hours as fast as I could to get back from Yosemite because I was having some trouble breathing and I needed to find out if I was having asthma issues or if it was something else like an ulcer. She told me to hold for a minute, then came back and told me that I should go to the emergency room if I was having trouble breathing because they could give me oxygen. WHAT THE HELL? I calmly explained that I had not stopped somewhere else because I had good experiences here in the past, and I asked her to explain why they couldn't take me and spend 20-30 minutes figuring out what was wrong (I have good insurance I assured her) and why they would think that having me go to one of the two emergency rooms in the area on a Saturday night was a good idea. I explained that if I did that I would be waiting for 5-6 hours because they are always overflowing with people who don't have insurance and things like gunshot wounds that are more important. She just explained that she couldn't do anything because it was the doctor's call. I explained to her that I wasn't upset with her because she was just the messenger but that I couldn't believe that a locally owned business would turn away a good customer in need 30 minutes before their stated closing time. I nicely explained that they had lost my trust and business and that I would never return, I would need to find a new place if I needed medical attention. Such a disappointment. I would hope that a locally owned business would have a little more of a conscience when it comes to loyal customers and their health care. How would they feel if they sent me away and something bad happened to me? :0( read more

3/9/19 Early Saturday morning I'm seen at this facility and while talking with the doctor he tells me I need an MRI of my spine. Cool 3/11/19 Monday morning I call and request a referral of the MRI to be done 3/12/19 I call to see if the referral was completed and if so where would it be sent to. A female receptionist tells me that it's been done and has been sent out already. I call the facility she told me that the referral was sent to and they tell me they hadn't received anything. 3/13/19 Wednesday morning I call Trinity and the male receptionist told me nothing had been sent over because the doctor needs to sign the form. He got my number and told me he'll give me a call when it's officially over there. He calls me back and says he faxed it and that the MRI facility will call me to schedule the appointment. Within 5 mins, they called, and scheduled my appointment for an MRI of my left knee... KNEE ?? It's supposed to be of my spine! 3/14/19 I call and tell them that the MRI order is wrong and the female receptionist places me on hold and tells me the doctor made a mistake and that they'll get it over ASAP. Today. 3/15/19 its my appointment day and I get to the MRI facility and the corrected referral was never sent!!!!! my pancreatitis was progressing and they called it a muscle spasm and sent me home with muscle relaxants. i dont know why they did that. maybe it was because i didnt have insurance. maybe it was something else. but i found out this week that the acute pancreatitis that they misdiagnoses two years ago has now turned into chronic. i am so lost for words. why would doctors treat sick people like that? read more

Finally found the time to go in for my drug screening for a new job. My registration paper said the drug screening ends at 9pm at this place and when I called the automated system said 3pm. I get there at 2:50 and the receptionist says it ended at 1pm. She tried to tell me they have no control over it. She wasn't remorseful, didn't apologize and didn't make any other suggestions. On top of that all the employees were sitting there right in front of me doing nothing. So now I had to take the time to review because their customer service was horrible and the business is incompetent for not correcting their hours on all platforms. Never going back here read more

Thursday I had to try this place out since we just found out she my daughter was dropped from her pediatrician. She never gets sick so its been years since a doctors visit. She will be 20 y/o in a few months. I know St Jos Immed Care takes forever so we tried this place out. One person was in the waiting room, good so far. Paid my co-payment and waited just a few minutes. My daughters h/p were taken by a nice but hard to understand lady. The doc came in shortly afterwards. His name, idk. In healthcare they tend to forget about customer service- I know this from having years of experience in the non-clinical side of healthcare. The doc said it was an upper respiratory infection and to take otc meds. Oh well, at least my daughter heard it frm a doctor so now she will actually take something. I felt like complete crap today with multiple symptoms but primarily body aches, cough and bad sore throat. Dr was nice and prescribed me meds to start feeling better. The nurse who checked my vitals and discharged me (I'm sorry I didn't get his name now that I think about it) was very nice! Super helpful and made me not feel like complete death! First, I signed in and was overlooked until I went back to the front to tell them. Then, used the restroom. The water was turned off in the sink so patients could not wash hands until they returned to their exam room. So, people were touching things with dirty hands. Totally unsanitary. There was no garbage can either so I had to hold my used wet-wipe until I returned to my room. The doctor was nice, but basically offered no diagnostics. Probably will not go back. read more

Was sent home from work not feeling well and went here to be cared for. Walked in paid my copay sat for a few minutes was called back quickly and waited for doctor. MA came in was professional and polite and took my vitals. Dr. Burns came in not even 5 min later and diagnosed me and fully explained what I needed to do and take to feel better. He walked me out and I went to pharmacy picked up meds and went home. Was great 24hrs later. This place was great, clean and professional would recommend to anyone needing to be seen right away and taken care of. Thanks will return again. read more

First visit for my son and with there being only one person waiting. Two people at the front Allegra and Maggie. Maggie seemed nice she had a nice smile when I came to the window. Maggie and I were talking about the paperwork Allegra was giggling not sure why but ok. Another family came in after us, but got called in first not sure why but we were called in right after so it was ok. While I was waiting to turn in my paperwork Allergra decided to clean under her nail and when I was paying my copay Maggie was on her cell phone. I am all for being on your phone but not when memebers are at the window. Mary the NP was super nice and all smiles and the gentleman that came in and told us where the perscription was going to be ar was also all smiles and very friendly. They both made me change my stars from a 3 to a 5 and I would definitely come back. I am a firm believer that when you are the receptionist of any business you are the first initial impression and that must be taken seriously. You can be at work and have fun or even be on the phone but when memebers are in front of you should show them your undivided attention. I would recommend this place. read more

I came in on Sunday (1/20) around 11 with a very sore throat and cough. The staff greeted me with respect and were very nice and it was very clean. My doctor was Dr. Burns. He was very nice and did not rush took his time with me. He diagnosed me prescribed meds and I felt better the next day. I would recommend this place. read more
