What an awful experience I had here today. Came in shortly after they opened with a ankle and knee injury making it really difficult to walk and not one single time was I asked if I needed a wheelchair or any sort of assistance but that wasn't too much of and issue considering everything else that happened . They needed X-rays done which they offer but said the tech wasn't in that day so they sent me elsewhere to get X-rays and told me to come back with the images, they gave me a paper to give to the other facility. When I got there I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me they don't know why this urgent care sent me there cause they don't cover my insurance and the nice lady there told me I had to go to sutter gould (at this point I had walked back and forth on my ankle and knee that it was excruciating) I got to Sutter and they told me this urgent care didn't put important information they needed on the paper and to call them to have it faxed over, I did that and they sent the wrong thing, after that the receptionist at Sutter called them herself and told them they sent the wrong form and then they sent the same wrong form AGAIN. I was crying and in so much pain and the lady at Sutter was so helpful but at this point it had been over 4 hours of running around with no pain management or answers on if I had a broken ankle or knee, they lady at Sutter offered me a wheelchair and they helped me back to my car. Next time I'll be smarter and just go to Sutter first cause at this point I don't trust that anybody knows what they are doing over at Trinity Urgent Care. When I got back over to Trinity urgent care with my x-ray results the room that they put me in was absolutely disgusting and had definitely not been cleaned. The trashcan was overflowing and somebody's I assume rubber bands for their braces were on the ground. He had somebody come in and wrap my ankle and my knee in bandages, she complemented me on my tattoo and then proceeded to show me her super infected tattoo on her arm, which I just felt like was unsanitary for a urgent care to be rolling up her sleeve to show that but I'm no doctor. The staff was just highly unprofessional and I don't really trust anyone from the establishment. Only come here if it's your last resort. There were other mistakes along the way that I did not mention because honestly, I don't want anyone getting fired. I just hope that they can take this as a learning opportunity!

Dr. Lucas's care and compassion for the distress I was experiencing were genuine. I was sent straight to the emergency room without any further delay. The staff helped me with the paperwork, provided a wheelchair, and wished me well. I felt like a person who was heard. I wasn't a number or a nuisance. Turns out I was very lucky to have landed in ER when I did. I had hypoxia and my oxygen level was low and going down-82%. An acute respiratory event attributed to phlegm or saliva that I aspirated into my left lung when coughing and choking. The warning signs I ignored: 1. Pay attention to your breathing. If you start to only shallow breathe, something may be wrong. 2. Take the time to clear your lungs with deep yawns. If you can't yawn without coughing or choking, something may be wrong. 3. Lastly, if eating brings on spasms of coughing and/or choking, something is definitely wrong. Seek help from a pulmonologist.

Wouldn't recommend to come here.

I went around 3:30 on a Tuesday, so it definitely wasn't their busy time. I finished my registration around 3:39, was taken back to speak to the nurse by 4:15, seen by the doctor by 4:20, and left by 4:21. I was amused by how the doctor pretty a much just told me that he was sending a new prescription to my pharmacy and then left, but really there wasn't much else for him to do because I already gave the nurses all my information. All the staff were friendly and attentive! I know that a lot of lower reviews mention long waits, and a shift of patient priority, but I feel like that's just the nature of being in some type of emergency room, especially when it's busy. Luckily I did not have the issue and was able to get in and out within 45 minutes.

This place was a waste of our time.... As much as I would hate to use the ED for my child (because…read moreI believe ED visits are made for those who are severely sick), I should've just taken my child to the ED. This place provided false advertisement on their website. Their website clearly says they offer X-Rays. Hence why I took my child here. Maybe they should re-advertise their website to say, "xray referral available - no actual xray to be completed here." An African female person walked in. Didn't introduce herself or her title. I just sat there quietly watching and listening... I'm an rn myself, & this is definitely not how any medical professional should be. No physical assessment, just questions, then she asked my son to squeeze her hands... we're not here for a loss of function, we're here because he's in pain. I was expecting maybe some kind of diagnostic testing... what we can't see physically, an xray can probably can and then if needed, more diagnostic testing can be ordered... After the appointment, my son said "I don't know muscle pain can transfer from one arm to another but what do I know, I'm just a 11 year old kid." I only found out that she was a NP after my son and I left the office. We got his office visit summary texted to us. Anyhow, I should've read the Yelp reviews. They offered NO X-RAYS here. When I asked the receptionist, she was quick to answer no and to shut the glass window. If you're that afraid of people getting you sick, I think you should reconsidered a new occupation and be more afraid of your acne popping or oozing pus at the clients standing in front of you.... Glad to say, we'll never be back at this location.

The reason for my visit to CMC was to seek help for the first time via therapy. The person I was assigned to Timothy started this off by canceling our in person visit hours before its scheduled time. I decided to do a phone consultation to get the process started but it was already an extremely poor start. While on the phone there was non stop background noise TV, child, responding to unknown things on his end. When I asked he said "I'm at home there will be noises" totally dismissive and un professional. I wanted to commit to this new process so I took an in person meeting with him. First impression was that he was tired and unkept and preoccupied mentally. Second visit I walk in and he has his head down hunched over his phone and took about 20-30seconds to acknowledge I was even in the room. Same tired and unkept unprofessional demeanor. And he also added to me "it's one of those days". While I understand everyone has one when you are in the role Of helping people with their issues putting yours onto them seems an extremely off putting and un professional. Hours before what would have been our next session. I show up early to find out the session had once again been canceled by Timothy. They did reach out via phone call. I had missed it how ever another same day cancellation was it for me. The person at the front desk helped set me up with a new counselor. That I look forward to working with. I don't have any experience with therapy so I won't comment on Timothy approach this in regards to his disrespectful level of unprofessional behavior.

I was very impressed with the organization of the staff and care. Everyone was busy and professional. They all just did their jobs and nobody was complaining or looking unhappy. It took a little while for the exam and stitches and discharge and they apologized for the amount of time. I felt that even though my injury was an emergency, I was treated in an appropriate time frame and I'm sure there were way worst illnesses and injuries than mine. I received messages to make sure I had follow up care which I had already arranged with my primary doctor. Although I certainly hope I will have no reason for a return ER visit, it was a positive experience.

We called from our pharmacy…read morerequesting a controlled narcotic prescription be sent to us electronically since it was sent to a different pharmacy by them. Instead of helping us out, he started raising his voice and yelling that we should be able to get it transferred to us. When our pharmacist tried to explain that our electronic system did not allow us to transfer narcotic prescriptions between the 2 pharmacies, he became more rude, started raising his voice more and kept repeating himself. First of all, he is not the one prescribing the medication and he should have called the provider who sent the prescription so we could talk to them to send RX to the right pharmacy instead of wasting our time arguing while the patient is in pain! Secondly, we also needed a clarification on the order which he did not forward to the provider then hung up on us and when we called back, he wouldn't answer. Maybe he has only worked at a hospital pharmacy and does not understand that not all retail pharmacy systems are set up to transfer a narcotic prescription. He should be trained to learn how to speak over the phone before calls are simply transferred to him. Yelling and repeating himself on the phone instead of getting to a solution is the last thing anyone needs from a pharmacist, let alone a hospital pharmacist who should be able to handle much more than usual given the type of work they do.
