I've never been to such a place where your privacy is out the door once you get here. Triage is a joke and they put your business out for everyone to hear. Then I turn to see the very same physician that came to my room eating in what is supposed to be the nurse station.. disgusting. I've worked in clinics assisting physicians and we would have been fired for violating HIPPA and never in a my years of working in healthcare have I seen such a dirty place. And I'm supposed to feel comfortable coming here with my family? Education is definitely needed for this unprofessional staff. I have been coming to trinity occupational for over 3 years for an old work injury. Dr Mike is amazing he truly cares about his patients. Even after all this time every time I come in he takes the time to listen and figure out what my next step in treatment should be. Also the rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is always busy but I have never waited longer than 15-20 minutes to be seen. If your hurt on the job this is the place to go. read more

I have been coming to this urgent care for years and this is the only one I will go to. And I drive 15 miles and I pass up a few urgent cars on my way to get to this one. The staff is always great and polite.. Today I had to go in for a stiff neck and they got me in and out. My MA Don I believe his name was he was very polite and friendly. I come to this Urgent Care anytime my Doctor or kids Doctor is unavailable. I have been coming here since 2015 & well they have never seem to disappoint me. Staff is always friendly , greets us with a smile & very helpful. We are always in and out . Today I came and was helped by Claudine next Don(which he has helped me on multiple occasions & has a very vibrant , happy personality & then Dr. Burns came in to see my daughter and he was also great in help. Just for a drug screen took an hour .. came in at 5:15 didn't get seen until 6:15 ..there was 3 people in front of me and 4 people after me ..everyone was seen before me and left before me .. I was the only one left in the office . when I got there guy asked what I was there for and rude lady told me to sign in ..at About 5:40 the guy calls me up to ask me what I'm there for again ..and tells me he's going to put me in the system now .. really what was the point of signing in ? the lady needs to work on her customer service skills. I've been suffering from cluster headaches for the last few weeks after going for 3+ years without. When they returned, they were a bit more aggressive (happen more often, but not necessarily more painful). Decided I should see someone for them. The doctor I saw had absolutely no idea what cluster headaches are. Absolutely none. He had to go and look them up in two quick search medical books he had, and was reading them right in front of me. He offered no course of treatment, basically saying "the treatments they recommend are just a bunch of fads". He prescribed some slightly stronger naproxen (basically 2.5 pills worth of Aleve), and officially diagnosed me with "unspecified headaches". I think I was better off talking to the pharmacist at my drug store of choice. At least he told me what painkillers he thought would be most helpful, given my situation, and helped me think of some alternate meds if these didn't work. read more

Went in today because I was having chest pain, dizziness, and trouble breathing. I was one of the last on the list and I told them what was going on. My family has a history of heart disease so I figured it was happening to me. Older lady asks me if I have a history of anxiety and if I was taking something for it. I said yes. She says it's probably anxiety with a smile. I say I promise it's not. I get triaged. By this time I am struggling and on the verge of tears because of my symptoms. My vitals get taken and my history. I hear them outside of my exam room talking about me and my history negatively. I waited in the room for over an hour with the symptoms I was having and continued to hear negative talk by staff. I understand if It's a busy day or they're understaffed, however, I feel like I needed to be treated with better care with my symptoms. I was finally seen and my symptoms were again dismissed as anxiety and was referred out. Very disappointing considering I came here back in January with a broken wrist and was treated with care. Wow. I'm still in shock. No poop smeared on the walls, no kids playing in the garbage or people with open runny sores in the waiting room. The staff was so nice and helpful even though I have no insurance. Usually the level of nice goes up with how much you can pay or how good your insurance is. I wish I'd gotten their names they were so great. I didn't pay as much as I thought I would either, so if you have no insurance, don't be afraid to come in and get your bank account cleaned out. The actual exam room was very very clean. Again, I'm used to Channel St Medical and if you've been there, you know how Third World it is. They had decent magazines and a TV in there. I was in and out in maybe a half hour. Great service, definitely recommend if you don't feel like sitting in a room with the walking dead and exposed to Ebola lol. read more

If you have insurance WATCH OUT! This place charges you MORE for having insurance. I have regularly taken my family here for minor colds/infections. Without insurance they charged me $100 every time. We got a new insurance policy, so on my last visit (12/20/2013) I took my insurance card as well as $100 cash. I asked them what the cash rate was. They confirmed $100. I then provided my insurance and asked ho much would I pay if I used my insurance. They looked it up and said my portion would only be $53.52. So I paid $53.52 and had my visit. Now I get a bill for $94.88!!!! That's right! A $100 visit turned into $193.00 visit thru my insurance. My insurance paid $44.60. So if I add the $53.52 I paid with the $44.60 my insurance paid its super close to $100 normal rate. So why am I billed an additional $94.88? WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!!! read more

I hate to give this place away... but I have to share it's greatness! We have taken our 1 year old here twice for two common things: A minor head injury, and an ear infection. We could have sat in the pediatricians waiting room for an hour, with 50 other sick and screaming children. Or we could have sat in the ER for 3 hours with a variety of interesting people... Instead, we went to Trinity, where we never waited for more than 10 minutes. The office is always clean, and quiet. Staff is friendly, and extremely efficient. They even have an on-site pharmacy which is nice. They accept medi-cal and most other insurance plans. ALSO: on their website you can check in on their wait list from home, so if they are busy you can get in line before you even arrive! It's great! The best place for minor medical care. read more

I use to always go to the urgent care off oddest lane by heald and winco but the wait was always horrendous. A friend suggested trinity urgent care (off 8 mile) and its my new favorite. The last time I went the lady said it was a 2 hour wait, I was so sick I didn't care. I think she was exaggerating to patients to be safe because my total time spent there was two hours. I was relieved. The dr was nice, A little too quick but it's flu season and I'm sure she seen 100 people with my same symptoms. However another time I took my 1.5 year old and the dr took his time with her and was super good with her. Overall great staff. Buuuuut my mom is a fan of going to ER because they are more thorough and take blood and urine tests and xrays. I just hate waiting in ER. read more

$100 for a visit. I have had a few trips here that I'm willing to pay to be seen quicker than a trip to E.R. The staff is always polite, helpful and caring. I have had all my needs met even if it did require further medical treatment elsewhere. They always put me on the right path to healing. I can go back within 3 days of treatment for free if needed. Which I have had to do. I went back once to extend my work note for one day. From a piece of glass stuck deep in my Big toe to a contusion in my right eye ball. They always fix me up. It is a new year and Trinity Urgent Care has adopted a money-grabbing policy. If you haven't hit your insurance deductible yet, they feel that without first providing any service, they should be paid 1/3 of your remaining deductible. I have insurance as protection against the whimsy of uncouth business practices but this is something the are unable to defend against. Fortunately my visit was not critical and I was able to give them a piece of my mind and walk out. My deductible is fairly low, I can't imagine the outrage of going in there and actually needing 'urgent care' just to be accosted for an unearned payment. Unless my life depends on it, I will never step foot in that facility again. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife had a fever of 104 and decided to take her to this urgent care because it was closest to our home. According to them they confirmed with me that they closed at 845pm. We arrived at 830pm and the doors were locked. Everyone who worked there just looked and turned away as my wife and I stood there wondering if they'd help us out. Nothing!
