Nice welcoming staff (reception, nurses, etc.) so that's a plus, but the Physicians are the absolute slowest. Came here for a sports physical, all the paperwork was filled out and ready to go...waited and hour in the waiting room and then OVER AN HOUR (nearly 90 minutes!!) in the exam room before the Dr. came in. Seriously?!!?!! It was like solitary confinement. They didn't appear to be that busy. 3-5 people in waiting room. Especially seeing that we were in and out in 5 minutes once the actual exam took place. Mathematically, that doesn't make sense to me. Either the way patients are seen needs to be modified or they need another physician on staff. I would not recommend unless you have time to waste, and alot of it. Cheers read more

Went to this place because my insurance said they would cover it. WORST customer service. I check in waited 45 minutes had to walk up to the front to ask for my paperwork. Waited 1 hr 30minutes for them to call the person that came after me. The front office said they possibly had an appointment but I told them I heard her say she was a walk-in also! Very good, clean and fast! However, if you owe money on a bill, even if you are making payments, they will not see you until its paid. Hours are Mon-Sun 9a to 9p 365 days a year. Highly recommend if you don't want to die, unlike some other urgent cares in Stockton :-D read more

The front desk clerk named Jennifer and the X-ray tech Lindel (don't know how it's spelled) were very rude. I was the ONLY patient placed in the room waiting for a quick check up on my toe nail, and I waited for nearly an hour. As I walked out the doctor told me why didn't I notify the staff why I was visiting and I told them I did, I notified the front desk clerk and nurse. The X-ray tech and Jennifer just stared at me and didn't say anything knowing they were wrong. As the doctor (Andrea) was helping me I overheard the X-ray tech and Jennifer whispering behind me. As I walked out the X-ray tech rudely yelled at me "BYE!" and laughed. Like wtf? Who does that? What professional acts like that? They were annoyed that I was upset and told them they messed up. Good for an urgent care. The older doctor is kind of a quack but he's always gotten the job done. The wait time has gotten longer since everyone discovered this place. It used to be a gem, in and out in 30 min or less at times. We use this one when we can't get into our doctor unless there is a horrendous wait. Doctor Robert Burns!!!!! For the past 3 months I could not figure out what was wrong with me. I've been to St Joe's ER, 2 visits with Trinity, Pacific Urgent Care, etc... I've seen a total of 7 different doctors-ALL trying to tell me I had a viral infection and prescribe antibiotics and cough syrup and call it a day (which made no sense for my symptoms). I gave in today and tried Trinity once more----best decision EVER. Dr. Burns was so attentive, respectful, and actually listened to me. I've come to the conclusion that I no longer care about a wait time if he is the doctor in the office. I cannot express my gratitude for him enough, he was so logical and eased my mind so much more--I finally found a direction to take on my journey to get better! I would give this place 2 stars without him, he makes it 5. Great job finding this man Trinity Urgent Care... Don't go here if you are employed and have regular health insurance! I am a new resident in the area, and needed a simple immunization to enroll my daughter in school, but apparently that holds no value. My insurance company referred me to this place, but they will only help you if you are poor and receive government-assistance insurance with them as your primary doctor. SOUNDS LIKE A RACKET TO ME! Excellent! Was seen promptly (considering it was packed), place was clean, the nurse practitioner Mary was very thorough and did all necessary tests. I came in close to closing time and tech stayed behind to do a chest x-ray. Was told I have pneumonia and they ordered all meds right away. Excellent bedside manner! Wow is all I can say. I've been to several occupational Health facilities and I've never been treated so well. The staff here was amazing. The twin girls were so nice and professional along with the medical assistant Eunice she was the greatest. Their teamwork and skills made my visit as quick as possible and I gotta say this rarely happens. I also have to say the NP I believe her name was Ivory was so nice. I used to like this place until tonight. I've been bringing my kids here for a while now. My son was just here a couple months ago and he's been here other times but tonight they told me that I owe $32 that was sent to a collection agency from 2013. I have no idea what it's for unless maybe I owed more than the co-pay that I paid at that time. Could they tell me last time, or any other time he's been here since 2013, so I can take care of it before he needed to be seen again? No. Could they call me and give me a heads up? No. They will not see him until it's paid (through the outside collection agency) off but I can't pay it here so now my son is sick, throwing up, fever and I have to drag him out somewhere else. This place is horrible, this was literally a last resort for us.. We use Sutter urgent care, but was closed by the time we needed it. To begin, we arrived & the front receptionist were just talking to one another and eating, when we went into the room I let them know my daughter had strep a day or two ago, so I was certain she had gave it to my son. They checked him and stated he may have Strep but they had to swab him which i was ok with, they swabbed him and said they had to send it off to the lab and it should come back in couple of days.. I do not understand how an Urgent care does not have the ability to test it there and then.. Needless to say next time I will drive out of town to Sutter for their help read more

So I was sent to this place to get clearance for work. I called 3 days in advance to see about booking an appointment for an x-ray. The girl who answered said they opened at 7 am and that no appointment was needed that the x-rays are on a walk-in basis. I show up this morning at 8 am and they tell me that the tech doesn't come in until 9 am that I should come back. Now keep in mind I have to go to work and I had surgery not long ago so driving is unpleasant. I went and sat in the car for an hour then walked back in at 8 am. I get the paperwork and as I go sit I hear the front desk girls start talking crap about me in Spanish about how I came in earlier in the morning blah blah blah. I'm fluent in Spanish, so you can imagine my annoyance. This establishment lacks skill, empathy and cultural acumen. I will be reporting my experience to my employer to ensure no other business is sent to them. This is beyond unacceptable. ***** Update: I was refused service after o called the staff out for gossiping about me. They said that I would not be seen after waiting 40 minutes in their lobby after checking in citing that my approval form from my employer expired at 8:10 AM. Took my 11 month old son today because I suspected an ear infection. Despite the longer than expected wait time, from the time the doors opened at 9am til 1020 am when I finally got taken back to a room, and if you are a parent with a fussy baby you understand that each minute feels like an eternity, we were treated kindly and the paperwork, insurance and money handling went smoothly. We were seen by Joshua, nurse practitioner, and he was very kind and thoughtful of our situation ( traveling family needing care for ear infection). He was thorough in his questioning and patient in his delivery. Thank you- you deserve 5 stars but since I am rating Trinity in general, it was the wait time and the lack of reception space and fresh air that I only give it a 4! Otherwise I would recommend it for non emergent health care, especially for an out of tower like myself. read more

I have been going to this location for years. Tonight, I took my daughter in for Antibiotics because she has strep throat. They weren't crazy busy, only 4 people waiting. We come from a different town to come to this location as well. We checked in and waited for 30 MINUTES for them to call me up to let me know they no longer take our insurance here. It took them 30 minutes to let me know, even though they looked my daughter up when we walked in. I wasted my time waiting here and then had to drive all the way back home and go to an urgent care closer to home. Absolute unacceptable customer service!!!! read more

Made an appointment using the zip pass. Got there 10 min before apt and was seen within 20 minutes. Went in for a smashed finger nail. Once in the back, probably sat about another 15 minutes. The MA (can't remember her name) was super nice. Then Don the X-ray guy came to take X-rays. Super nice guy. After X-rays the Nurse Practitioner Tessy came in to remove the nail. She was awesome. Made light of everything. After she was done, Don came back to wrap up the finger. He was also great. Positive, funny, and quick to finish up. What I thought was going to be a dreadful night of having a fingernail removed, ended up being a decent evening. read more

Took my grandson there for fever, later diagnosis with ear infection. Facility is clean, staff is super friendly and fast. No long hours like other facilities to be seen and treated. Total visit was a total of 45 minutes and didn't have the worry of my grandson becoming ill with exposure contagious illness. Overall completely satisfied since he was an infant and was NOT EXPOSED TO OTHER ILLNESS & NO HOURS OF WAITING (with a sick infant). I'm very surprised as the low ratings. If there was 10 stars, I would give it to them. A mother of 2 boys, there seems to always be something medically wrong. 5 years ago I started bringing my oldest son when his primary doctor was closed (football and baseball injuries). Now, I have brought my 14 year old here, who is special needs and not the easiest patient. Most recently for a spider bite. He was seen within 45 minutes, nurse sabrina was professional and sincere. The Doctor got right to work on relieving his pain. She was sympathetic to his needs and explained everything she was doing. She requested he come back in 2 days for a follow up. I search online to find an open urgent care facility. Online It says this location closes at 9pm. As I try to walk in at 8:20pm they tell me they are closed, that they close at 8pm and aren't accepting any other patients, while the sign on the door says they close at 8:45. This is crazy, you either change the time online, or you ensure your staff properly takes care of people. I now have to drive to my third urgent care of the evening to get help for bronchitis. The person answering the phone said yes -- we arrived and she looked at my insurance card then informed me they only take blue shield ppo not hmo. Have not seen the same doctor twice. they DO NOT care about you. the bucks are paid up front. (seriously, I don't even pay my mechanic up front) aren't you supposed to pay after services rendered? anyway, the last time I went with the familiar upper respiratory/bronchitis I get with a severe cold almost annually, got sent away and told to take Robitussin. second opinion?... yup, pneumonia. thanks trinity I have learned my lesson and will never be back. have fun in your quiet no line waiting room. big surprise there. read more
