The space itself is really nice and even features live music, which adds a great touch. Seating is pretty limited, though, so I'd highly recommend renting a cabana if you visit on a busy day. Unfortunately, the bar service left a lot to be desired. The area was packed, and they only had two bartenders who were a bit slow, especially considering the crowd size. Even though a manager eventually jumped in to help, the line was still taking up to 30 minutes. We actually wanted to buy more drinks, but the wait just wasn't worth it. The frozen drinks are incredibly refreshing on a hot day, but the slow service definitely made them harder to enjoy. I am hoping this improves as this was one of the reasons to get a season pass.

They do have plenty of bar seating and benches inside and around the pool to sit down as well. They do not offer food so you will need to go outside the pool Bar area to purchase some food. They have everything from beers, seltzers, frozen cocktails, and canned wine. Definitely something fun to do on a summer weekend. After, you can always walk the theme park and enjoy some rides afterwards. Love it! They do offer cabanas as well and they offer food if you rent a cabana. This is located immediately to your right when you enter through the Waterpark entrance.

I use primarily the pool, which is plentiful and several lanes and I've never had an issue finding space to swim. They do have a steam room inside, but the only bummer here is there is no Jacuzzi. But the facilities are vast and clean, and I the inside layout and design of this YMCA kind of reminds me of the Chasco in Round Rock, TX People here have always been nice and welcoming, it is aesthetically pleasing to see this building when you arrive and it is also pretty popular yet never seems too overcrowded. Definitely a great experience to come here.

My husband who is a cancer patient, can barely walk and is having hip surgery on May 21st, 2026…read more He talked with a woman at the Y (Saturday) on the telephone as he cannot walk into the Y to give notice to "Put his Membership on Hold" until he receives a clearance from his surgeon, most likely the end of July. She was very nice, asked him several questions and assured him that on Monday, she would have the Form emailed to him. IT NEVER happened! On Monday, Jim called and left a voicemail on the Y phone. NO CALL BACK! Where is the Indianland Y's compassion, when we are worrying about illness and pending surgery that they can't acknowledge the fact that an elderly man cannot come to the Y and personally request to have his "Membership'" put on hold. Jim was a member of the cancer exercise Group until he could no longer attend. I would like someone to reach out and help us with this lack of compassion and communication. I am 84 and have vision issues and do not drive so I can't go to the Y and act on his behalf.

I was able to bring in little nibbles and cocktails for my group to enjoy while working on our projects. Jessica and Grace were our instructors and they were awesome and accommodating. They guided us every step of the way and gave us the confidence needed to make decisions on customizing our pieces. Definitely worth the money and time! Reserving a slot seems very easy to do online but if you are doing a party it gets a little tricky. Thankfully Darby & Jessica were such a great help and remained patient with me throughout the whole process. I called anytime I had questions. The design options are endless and the price starts from $28+. Occasionally they will promote a special for the month at $25 so be sure to check their IG first. If you have a group of 8+ you can reserve the entire studio for 2 hrs for your group with 30 mins to setup prior. There are different options to pay and they can customize it to what works best for you incase you want to pay for the group, some of the group or none of the group! They do accept walk-ins but are closed on Wednesdays!
