Less than 5 days, 4 to be exact my 1 nail chipped (the nail & gel polish) & then my thumb nail broke off!!! (Acrylic & gel polish). I texted them...no acknowledgment whatsoever. I showed up Saturday evening to get my nails fixed. The woman ONLY fixed the 1 nail...thumb nail after hurting me. The salon closes at 7. The place only had 1 client there. I arrived at 6. It doesn't take an hour to get the situation right. So why the rush? She got a tip to PRY off the acrylic on an obvious damaged & thin nail. My nail was sensitive at that point. I told her it hurts. She continued...then said to me "I'm not doing aanything". Well lady I do not exaggerate Pain. I had to ask her, "Can't you soak it off"? Before she actually did. SMH I then asked her to change 2 nails (sweater weather nails) to black glitter. I feel I shouldn't have been charged for anything, but I was charged another $10. For $10 they lost a great tipping customer who was a regular. I won't be going back, there are many other salons in the area.

At first I didn't want to do it but then I was talked into it so then I was fine with it and I paid for it. it was done so poorly to where my nail broke a couple of days after so I go in today to try to just get a fill in and hopefully get that nail fixed and the same man that did my nails last time claimed that I did not pay for a full set last time when I watched him lay the acrylic and told me that I would need to pay for a new full set. This is unfortunate because this is the first nail place I have found in a while that I enjoyed and I've been going to them for months even throughout all of the other charges and the things I didn't agree with. They also charge extra for you to cut your nails down after they grew with the acrylic so that was one of the things that also was annoying but this was my last day coming in. I then explained that it hasn't even been a week and the acrylic has already chipped & my gel polish on the index finger. This was my FIRST fill-in after receiving a new full set earlier this month at another nail establishment. Instead of listening to my concerns, the conversation became argumentative. She repeatedly went back and forth with me about what services I had done there, which I am fully aware of. I only came here for the fill-in because my usual nail tech was booked. She then told me it would be a $5 repair charge. I continued to explain my concern, but it was clear the conversation wasn't going anywhere. At that point, I let her know I would just return to my usual nail salon. Overall, the customer service and handling of the situation were disappointing.

I'm writing this review so you'll know what to expect because I don't think they intend to change. They don't take appointments. I've gone several times thinking something would change. On at least 3 different occasions, in the middle of my service, someone came in for a pedicure. They called in an older gentleman to come in and finish my nails so the lady working on my set could go do the pedicure. This happened once again yesterday. There was no explanation and he came straight from outside. He started working on my nails without even washing his hands. He was also very nice but the quality of work did not meet my expectations...for example, I had to show him how some nails were longer than others, the first lady cut one nail too short that I bled, even then she showed no remorse. I asked for coffin shape but they look square. After the pedicure the first lady came back to polish and design my nail. At this point I was so disappointed because the foundation wasn't laid properly...uneven nails, wrong shape, etc. When I addressed my concerns there was no apology. I stopped going for a year or two and yesterday I decided to give them another shot because they're so close to my house. I had paid $205, plus $30 for tip. We walked out and my older daughter was in tears. I went back in and asked the lady who did mine to fix hers. I wanted them re-shaped and re-drilled, which would have entailed her to repaint as well. They were bumpy. The acrylic was on her skin. Looks like a 12 year old did them. None of the nails were the same length. (My other daughters looked just as bad, but she wasn't as picky). When I went back in, all she did was take a file to the corners and didn't fix any of the bumps or acrylic on the skin. There seems to be a lot of options in the area, so please try another place.
