Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental. Then we'd pay for the switch and installation. Bottom line, the issue isn't resolved. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wouldn't even try to work anything out with us. This item was expensive to buy. Go to a reputable dealer and get everything in writing. I do believe in buying local but will NEVER return to this store and I will not recommend it.

Low and behold, I read about Seavey's in Portsmouth (with parking!) which apparently is in a new location. It is a light-filled factory building space but not overwhelming. It is set up so you want to walk around and try things out. Much of the furniture brings you back to the 50's. Some pieces are works of art! But many were beautiful but affordable. And made in this country! And it is locally owned! Which is what I wanted. Michael the owner is friendly and informed. And no pressure. He spent a lot of time with us trying to choose pieces for our limited space. We have swatches at home now to make decisions and look forward to returning to work with him. I didn't get the guys name, but the way he spoke, I believe he was the owner, he greeted us immediately upon entering the store, he was super friendly, took us right back to the mattresses, showed us the least expensive all the way up to the most expensive. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he explained how each mattress was made, and how they're Serta mattresses just with a different name.
