On top of that, I ordered two cheese empanadas, and they arrived completely burnt, drenched in oil, and absolutely inedible. Not only is the food overpriced, but the quality is unacceptable. Sending food in this condition shows a complete lack of care and respect for your customers. The entire order went straight to the trash.

We could stay to eat so we took our food and our drinks to go . I order two juices , the Jugo de guanábana and mora juice ! The lady made so much , that she ask me drink some while she was filling up so she will give me the extra from the blender ! lol too cute and funny .. because the juice was delicious. The empanada and the chicharrón were fresh and warm ! Definitely will be coming here for lunch and possibly try their dinner too !

I asked for an itemized receipt, and sure enough, some items had been rung up differently. The person at the counter explained that they recently started using Uber Eats, and the upcharged prices were only meant to be for people ordering from Uber--not in the restaurant. He had to call his manager to fix it, so I waited while they sorted it out. I appreciated that they did correct the issue, but it was a bit confusing. But this part of the experience did feel misleading to customers in general. After paying, the cashier went to the back and didn't return for a while. We weren't offered water or drinks while we waited for the food, and when I tried to get someone's attention from the front desk, no one came. Eventually, someone from the kitchen kindly helped us out--huge thanks to her! The food itself was fantastic, and I'd absolutely come back in hopes that it was just an off day. The space inside felt a little quiet and low-energy, and the young man at the counter didn't seem super enthusiastic--but everyone has those days.
