I've been coming to fast Jacks for one year now. They do outstanding work. They are always very professional, on time, and very pleasant to work with. The quality of work is second to none at their price or at some of the much higher prices I've seen elsewhere for the same services. I paid double for the same service elsewhere and did not get the attention to detail that I've gotten at fast jacks. Absolute rip off! The car wash itself is no good and leaves the back of your vehicle extremely dirty. Which I already knew but decided because it wasn't a convenient location that I would run my vehicle through real quick get out and take care of the back myself. I paid additional money to get my tires cleaned, but you guys scrub my lights and one tire. $16 and it looks like a four dollar car wash. read more

I've been using this wash for years and it's a decent wash. I have a monthly pass so I got 4-6 times a month and my car looks great. The monthly pass is a great value because you only have to go twice to get your money worth. It's nice that they offer free vacuums too. read more

BEWARE OF FAST JACKS CAR WASH & DETAILING I took my truck into Fast Jacks Carwash on Rt. 45 in Wildwood last week for a detailing. Yesterday, when I checked in the storage space under the back seat for my trailer hitch, everything that was stored there was missing. That includes the trailer hitch, truck jack, first aid kit, and two umbrellas. Upon contacting the manager, I was initially told that the items were not in the shop and after politely asking them if they could be someplace else on the property and would they please check again. I was told that those items were not in the truck when it was brought in, which is total BS because I specifically checked those items the day before when I was cleaning out the truck to bring it in. read more

We have been here many times and have been satisfied. Unfortunately, today we were 1/2 way through the car wash when something hit the back of the car and then it suddenly jumped out of the track. The front right of my car hit the equipment damaging the bumper and right front panel. The right wheel was also damaged. I was barely able to drive it home. The managers response was to show me how the car wash works and cars go through. When I explained that I know how it works, but that it doesn't explain why the car jumped the track and was damaged, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I asked for the owners information and their insurance info. He couldn't provide either. He said that he would tell the owner and it would be up to him whether to call us back or not. I was getting my car washed and the rear windshield wiper was torn off. I filled out a complaint form. It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I even called them after the incident and was told again no one was sure if the owner had viewed the complaint. The owner was not present on the day this happened either but I thought that I would be contacted. I had to purchase a new wiper myself. Very poor communication. They don't seem to care or want to do anything to keep the customer satisfied. read more

I don't think you'll find a better car wash or a better deal than Fast Jack's. Great quality of service and great prices. I've been going there on average at least once a week for a few years now. I get the $3.00 car wash which is almost always quite adequate, even when the car is dirtier than usual. They have a person use some kind of mop thing to loosen the dirt before you go through the wash, and on one occasion when they weren't right there and I had to wait a minute or two, he gave me a gift card for a free car wash, for waiting! Plus they have free high powered vacuums. Today I had them do an exterior detail since I had tar splashed all over my car at a road construction site and the $3 car wash just didn't come through on that one, lol. There was so much tar all over the whole body of the car and grill and windows, I honestly wasn't sure it would all come off without doing some damage. They charged me LESS THAN ONE THIRD of what their competitor down the road quoted me and the car came out beautiful! On top of it all, the staff is very pleasant. All around great service. read more

This was my first time using them for service, and I was Very pleased. Their prices were competitive, they were thorough, and both the mechanic Andrew and the service assistant Jordan were great. There was a difficult issue with my car, and Andrew put in the extra time and effort to get it sorted out without any extra charge, and they gave me a discount because it took longer than expected. Afterwards, Jordan washed and cleaned my car and had it looking great. They really bent over backwards to make it a good experience, and I appreciate that. Horrible experience. They have a car wash menu, each option offering things the option below it does not. They currently charge $13 for a full wash, wax spray and tire shine. My truck came out of the wash with tires just as dirty as they were when I pulled in. There were black scuffs all on my white car from their filthy wash. Good prices. The vacuums are ok but sometimes have very little power. I have been going there for years. However the last three car washes I noticed black marks all over my car. My car is white so these stick out .The first time I wasn't sure what happened. I tried it again only this time I went to the self serve car wash down the street first. I made sure the car was clean and had no marks. I went straight to the wash. I had the exact same result. black lines and smudges marks all over my car. I spent two hours trying to get them out of my car. waited a few weeks to see if maybe that changed. inspected my car before I went in the car wash. Again came out with black marks all over my car. Not worth the price if I have to spend hours after the wash trying to get these smudge marks off my car. read more

Usually a good experience. This Saturday we took our car to be washed before we were taking it to dealer to trade it in. The car was in great shape . when the dealer went t check it out for trade in value he brought to our attention deep scratches on both sides of vehicle that were same height on both sides of car effecting all the panels of the car. I've been going here since it opened, and I will say service has declined over the years. It's more expensive than what it should be. But I will say they do a pretty thorough job. This place could rename itself more appropriately to Moderately-to-Slow-Paced Jacks. My biggest qualm is that their name is Fast Jacks but they're hardly fast. Oil changes are typically longer than the 20 minute change most other places advertise. The wash is comped with oil change, but takes forever!!! If the car wash isn't in your agenda, go elsewhere for an oil change. Total time for my oil change and wash: 44 minutes! read more

Brought my truck in for Express Detail. The windows weren't cleaned throughly, the dash and console were not wiped down and wasn't vacuumed completely. So essentially I paid 29.99 for a truck wash! Called to express my dissatisfaction was told to bring it back in and they would re- do the detail. Explained I was going to be out of town was told they would hold my name at register and to call for the re-do of the detail. So called today to make appt was told they would ONLY do windows and vacuum! This is POOR business practice! Will NOT be going back for any of their services!! read more

The worst experience I've had at a car wash. My side mirrors and the entire back of my truck were covered in soap. The manager sent me through a second time. Same results. He told me it was a combination of the cold weather and my big truck and said there was nothing he could do. I explained to him that I could not see out of my side mirrors and could end up in an accident so he wanted to send me through the car wash again. I told him I was not going to go through again because it would obviously end in the SAME RESULTS. He told me there was nothing he could do except put me through the car wash again. I then asked him if I could pull my truck in and defrost the mirrors to clean them because I wasn't leaving until I could see, at this point I didn't care about the soap all over the back of the truck. It took 10 minutes of convincing him before he let me. Then he wanted me to just wait until it all melted so he could spray it with cleaner I asked for a spray bottle and hot water and I would do it myself. A lightbulb went on and he finally listened to me and guess what, it took a total of 5 minutes to defrost and dry my side mirrors. My truck is still full of soap, now frozen soap. Simple brake job gone bad. First of all, a bolt was stuck, the guys worked really hard on this. The owner even came in to help, he never said a word to me. I am from out of the state and had to make arrangements so I could leave my car overnight. The entire time I thanked them immensely. The next day I went to the shop early. They got the bolt off (they broke it off or it finally broke). The replaced the pads and rotors and did the express interior and exterior cleaning As far as the cleaning, I cannot complain. Driving home, I heard metal on metal. I took my car to a place by work to have it looked at. Fast Jacks installed the wrong size pads, the brake plate was dragging and 2 inch pieces broke off. The shop by work replaced the brake pads with the correct ones at my cost as well as replaced the sensor that was all but falling out causing the ABS and traction lights to come on. frankly they have over the lst 2 years changed things... less workers and it shows I have paid the last few times for the $24 wash and it includes air freshener..even when I remind them they still dont do it.. its apparent that in the rush to get the cars out...they forget to do what your paying for...they dont clean the mats... and frankly the interior cleaning isnt what I think it should be....meaning they vacuum and clean the interior reasonably Car washes are simply more expensive now... but they shouldnt be doing less when you are paying more$ read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If it's busy they run cars through way too close to one another. This caused the SUV behind me to run into me, damaging my rear bumper. The manager's response was "There's nothing I can do about it." I've been paying $40 per month for the last 6 years, so about $3000 and I would have continued but I had it cancelled. I have taken our cars to be fully cleaned and detailed here for years and I must agree with some of the negative reviews here concerning service have been declining. Although they do a great job cleaning and detailing, they can be negligent and careless. Second to the last service I overlooked the fact that they removed and lost a part that kept the mat in place and locked in the driver's side. This last service though, (yesterday), there still were scuff marks on the rubber above my door and worst of all, my USB port on the front stopped working. If you look online, this is a recurring problem with other people. Either they got liquid in there and shorted the thing or they left the engine on to play their device, I don't know. All I know is that I need to get it to my dealership to be dealt with (not covered in warranty, by the way). I had called them and the manager does not acknowledge the error or even offer any help to look at it, just says that they have nothing to do with that since they don't do engines and all they do is shampoo and water in there. Well, once it's proven by my guys that this would be the cause of the error, they will be getting one more call from me and rest assured I will be taking my business somewhere else. There has been such a decline in the customer service and the quality of the wash in the last year. I no longer trust my car with them. Employees seemed not trained.
