don't know what has happened to this place. Every time we have new staff. My husband and I had waxing with a new girl on a Sunday .I had my cheeks and sideburns waxed. My husband had his nose waxed. When we left his nose was bleeding a little and my face was very red and hot. I applied Benadryl cream when I got home. 24 hours later on Monday I went back in and showed them my face. They gave me some cream. I wanted to speak to the manager. I was told she would be notified and get call me asap. Tuesday I left a message and no one contacted me. Wednesday I called and left another message. I did finally get a call back on Wed from Denise. She was apologetic and immediately gave us a refund. She advised the girl who did this would receive more training and we thought everything was fine. About 2 hours later I get a call and text for me to contact her. I called and Denise says ," I notice on your file YOU HAVE CANCER! I am trying to get to the bottom of this." It really irritated me. I have been going for about 2 years. She tried to say you can have negative skin reactions from Chemo and Radiation. I interpreted her and advised it's none of her business but with the Cancer I have NEVER had chemo or radiation. Then she was very defensive and said again, I am trying to get the bottom of this but I don't see on your file that we have ever waxed your face, just your brows. I have never had my brows waxed by them. I get my brows threaded. We argued and DENISE HUNG UP ON ME. I sent her a text the next day since she had texted me asking for clarity if they will not wax someone who has Cancer? I told her I wanted closure on the conversation since she hung up on me. She never responded. 1. Extremely unprofessional. 2. Unable to keep staff 3. Unable to train staff properly This is not my problem. The waxologist did not wax my face properly. Kept pulling up and then putting same strip down and pulling up again. She waxed my husband's nostrils 3 times. I wish I could give them Zero stars. read more

Laurel did my Brazilian and was absolutely amazing. She was bubbly, personable, and conscientious. I felt comfortable with her. She even amended my treatment plan to something more reasonably priced, as I don't have much hair and she didn't feel it appropriate to over charge me. Something you don't routinely see in this day and age! She was absolutely amazing and I 1000/10 recommend her for your treatments. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that this establishment does not use hard wax for Brazilians. I have extremely sensitive skin with areas of thinning that repeated passes/rips with soft wax causes tearing and is extremely painful/uncomfortable following the treatment. This is not the fault of my amazing waxologist - it's a poor business model by the company. If they would use hard wax for Brazilians/customer preference, I would give it 5 stars. read more

I love the ease of this place. You can sign in online and find yourself an appointment. It is always clean and smells so good! I like that they play music and it makes the time go a little quicker. First time here and won't be my last! Maddie was friendly, thorough and did a great job. Getting waxed is never "fun" but you do what you have to do. It's been a while since my last wax so I was understandably a little nervous that it was going to be painful. Once you get back into the rhythm of things, it's not so bad but initially jumping back in can be a little more painful than usual. First thing first... waxing has always scared me. The thought of abruptly having hair ripped from sensitive areas of the body did not make sense to me especially when there are methods that are less painful. That was my thoughts before hair growth got out of hand for me personally...I've always had issues with facial hair sideburns and occasional chin hairs... but of course as we age things change and I personally was over it...the constant removal and then skin irritation and breaks outs... so waxing was the last option. After long contemplation I visited lunch box wax... upon entering I was greeted warmly by Victoria and she checked me in. The establishment is very aesthetic and super calming in my opinion. I filled out a brief profile that ask general questions about conditions, allergies, and any other issues. I was escorted back to the suite that is solely for facial services. This fact alone was a huge deal for me because having rooms dedicated to specific waxing services lessens the anxiety about cross contamination ‍. Me and Victoria have a detailed conversation on the issues that brought me in and she educated me on some things that I had never thought about. She explained every step very thoroughly. She was very delicate in the services and I experienced minimal discomfort. I have had a repeated service with her and the expectations were consistent. The outcome of the services were mind blowing and these result have lasted now for 3 weeks with hardly any growth at this point.. it has given my skin time to heal from constant removal and acne has subsided too... They were completely unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here to get waxed. The person who waxed me lifted my skin surrounding my lip. They did nothing to help soothe the pain or helped accommodate what they did to my face!! Having to pay full price after they waxed my skin off is ridiculous! Have always loved lunchbox wax I use to go there all the time when I lived in Florida, also this is one of the only places that offers soft wax for your downstairs area, in my opinion it's much better. Doesn't cause me any bruising, swelling, redness, or bleeding like hard wax does. Not to mention hard wax makes you feel like you are on fire after. Lunchbox wax is very friendly and always super nice as well! If there was a 10 star rating I would do 10 with out hesitation. read more

I came here once, and never again going back. I got my legs waxed , and the wax was way too hot. I told the lady that the pain was unbearable, but she didn't do nothing. She didn't Lower the temperature or smooth my skin. I came out red, with horrible bumps. I talked to the franchise manager Denise, and she said I still needed to pay full price.
