If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never had such a BAD experience at a nail salon, my nail tech was Sandra or Sandy and she had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. I asked her to use a new tip for the drill and she grabbed another old used tip and I mentioned it to her she then threw the bag at me and told me to find a new one??? She got an attitude when I told her I didn't want her to use the cheese grater on my feet (its illegal and gross). Half way through my pedicure she gets up and walk away to another client without a word for 15 minutes and then at the end when she puts the towels on my legs she leaves again doesn't ever come to take them off, I had to take them off and put my shoes on myself. You know that feeling when you get a really good pedicure and you love your nails, I HATE MINE WITH A PASSION AND IT WAS $63. Morgan Nails on Lawrenceville will give you amazing pedicures for cheaper and much better service and it's 10 mins down the road if that. Seriously GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! read more

I have been getting my nails done here for the past few months and they are the best. The place is clean and nice, they immediately help you once you come in and make sure you walk out with happy with your nails. Every time I have come here my nails have turned out exactly as I wanted them, not thick, not messy, perfect length, and their staff is great with communication too, if you show them pictures and tell them what you have in mind they make sure to make it happen. I was so nervous about getting a pedicure but Susan explained how they keep the pedicure bowls clean and I knew there were no issues. I *love* this place! A bit more expensive but the service you receive is TOP NOTCH! The foot massage with the warm rocks is remarkable. I had one today after a workout and I became "squishy" relaxed. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Willing to do crazy requests - within reason. I brought in a photo of stripes I wanted on white SNS (almond shaped) and they came out PERFECT!
