A HUGE RIPOFF. I emailed back and forth with Jason before finally confirming over the phone that there would be NO EXTRA COSTS . I have emails that shows I only had to pay the $150 initial charge and then $150 per hour for three movers. The movers show up and everything we tell them that needs to be moved , like Tv's , and beds , and a mirror, (nothing crazy) has a $25-$50 extra cost to wrap . The movers were really fast and efficient. I was pleased with the service and highly recommend them to my family and friends. They were so fast my final payment was cheaper than my original quote. These guys had to move two apartments and the one I moved into had three flights of stairs with no elevator. They were so fast and wasted no time. I give it four stars because one of the movers completely blew up my new bathroom and stunk my whole house out. We had to turn on fans and a air purifier it was so bad. I know sometimes people just gotta go but that made the experience a bit much. Please avoid this place, they are highly unprofessional and neglectful. I hired them to move me from Las Vegas, Nevada to Michigan and I really regret it. Multiple items were broken by them, they did not reassemble everything they took apart as they were supposed to do and left trash everywhere. They also did not wear any boot covers and tracked snow, ice, and salt into my home all over the floors damaging them. This was during the pandemic before the vaccine was wildly available and they refused to wear any masks. Two of the movers got into a political argument with each other and started screaming obscenities are each other. They did not bring everything into the house either because they said, "it was taking too long" and just left. I tried to resolve these issues with the management for months, but they refused to call me back and sent me to a mediation company, the mediation company would only address broken items and not the rest so that went nowhere. Finally after 5 months the management offered me a $150 refund out of the almost $8000 they charged me but asked me to sign a form that would bar me from leaving any reviews or "any negative actions" which included reporting them to federal, state and city authorities for refusing to follow the mask mandates. I refused their paltry refund because I was not going to sign that form as what they did was dangerous and unethical, and I feel people should know before doing business with them. read more

I made my move from California to Nevada on November 4. Preparing to move from a condo where I lived for almost 38 years to another state was a daunting task. Knowing that I would need the service of a moving company, I researched on how to plan the move and in selecting a good moving company. My research paid off! After speaking with several moving company representatives and getting quotes for comparison, I selected Triple 7 Movers. It turned out that I made a good decision. Triple 7 Movers provided a Five-Star service and I am one happy customer! It is a Las Vegas-based company and I am glad that I supported a local business! While going over my inventory with Keith (Relocation Specialist/Supervisor) he told me that I had reached over 700 cubic feet of space and the cost to move 700 cubic feet of inventory was just a couple of hundred dollars away from the cost of having a dedicated 26' truck at a flat rate which would give me 1,800 cubic feet of space for my use. Since a lot of my personal effects were in storage cabinets, I had no idea how many more boxes I would end up with. The idea of having a dedicated truck appealed to me because it would guarantee more than enough space for my inventory at a cost effective flat rate, and relieve me from worrying about not having enough space for my inventory on the day of my move. Was I glad that I took Keith's suggestion of paying a flat rate for a dedicated truck! My actual inventory was 1,400+ cu. ft.!! The morning of November 4, Sarafin and Louie arrived on time. Sarafin went over the moving contract with me and had a walk-through in my condo to see what items were to be moved. Sarafin and Louie did an excellent job in loading up my furniture and packages on the day of pickup and two more members joined them the next day and promptly unloaded everything the morning of November 5, including the love seat drop off per agreement. All items and packages arrived in good condition. My moving experience with Triple 7 was a pleasant and positive one from start to finish. Keith was responsive and patient. He answered all of my questions and recommended the best option for me based on my needs. Services of the moving crew was professional, courteous and efficient. I ended up going with Triple 7 movers because the company I previously hired had terrible reviews after I had booked them. I was able to schedule my move with just twos days left to leave the apartment I was in. The customer service was really friendly. However, I was told my move would be schedule for 7-11 or at least that's how it was explained to me. I got a call the day before stating that my movers would be at the apartment by 1030. I thought ummm, that's later than I ask but no big deal. However, they didn't show up until 1:00 PM. The movers were amazing and very efficient. They're customer service was amazing as well! My only issue is that the scheduling and dispatch office have some type of miscommunication issue of some sort. The admin side of things could use some work, but the movers were caring and hardworking. They should be getting paid the big bucks! read more

Triple 7 moved us today and we were shocked and amazed at how fast Israel and his team were. These men really cranked it out even though it's July in Vegas and we were their 4th move of the day. Just wow! What incredibly hard workers. They were also respectful of our new home and placed mats on the ground and protected the walls and stairs. Communication with Jason was professional and his estimation of the cost was very close to what we were billed. This is normal mover stuff I thought, I didn't think I had to pay extra for things to be moved appropriately. If you need a reliable moving company, find someone else. Seriously. Here's my cliche, "I'd give them no stars if I could." TL;DR There is no communication with these guys. They didn't call us to update they would be late, they're impossible to reach, and no one called me back to discuss the situation. Customer service is NOT a priority. They're rude and don't care about the people they serve. STAY FAR AWAY. I sent an inquiry through Triple 7's website as we needed to move our larger pieces of furniture (sofa, coffee table, TV stand, dining table, king size mattress & bed frame) from our apartment to new home which was about 15 minutes down the road. Jason called back a few minutes later and was polite over the phone. He explained they would send 3 movers with a 26 foot truck to disassemble the furniture as necessary, wrap it up, load, then unload and reassemble the furniture and it was included in the pricing of $145/hr (with a 2 hour minimum), as well as a travel time fee of $70, saying with the few pieces we had that 2 hours would be enough. He also stated I was able to book a reservation with no charge. I agreed and booked our date for almost 2 weeks later on a Sunday with our reservation window from 11am-3pm. He stated someone from the office would call to confirm the Friday before. I did have to provide a credit card number to hold my reservation. The Friday before I received the call and the lady confirmed for 11am - 3pm on Sunday saying I would receive a call when they were 30 minutes out. Come Sunday at 11am, no phone call. Okay, no big deal, it happens. At about 12:30pm and still no phone call I started to get worried. We called the main line and got an answering machine saying the office was closed on the weekends. We finally tried reaching out via Yelp and finally got a response from Michael. We explained our situation briefly and he asked for our confirmation number. Um...what? He said the confirmation number was on the email we had received when we booked our reservation. We didn't receive an email confirmation. I provided the information I could saying I booked with Jason for 11-3 along with my phone number and addresses. There were periods of no response and I finally asked if he could call and let us know what was going on or if we should look for other movers. Finally he called and stated that the previous job had run long and they should be arriving between 2pm-3pm. Okay. Finally at 3pm, I received a phone call stating they would be there in about 35 minutes. They arrived after 3:30pm and told us there would be an extra charge for wrapping our furniture in order to transport. What?? They also kept saying they were not liable for any boxes we had packed ourselves. Again, what?? There were no boxes. Just the few pieces of furniture. I called Michael and asked if there was some sort of concession they could provide as the movers were over 4 hours late. He told me our reservation wasn't his booking and we would have to call the office on Monday to take care of payment and they would escalate to management to see what would be done. I asked if I would just pay then and he said yes and to call Monday. The mover asked us to sign paperwork for release of liability and agreement of payment. I explained the conversation I had with Michael and he said, "Look, I'm just trying to do my job. I don't want to get in the middle of this." Okay...I asked if he could just call his boss to confirm. The mover got on the phone with someone in management and explained what was happening and the end result was that we had to pay before they unloaded our items. The mover provided me with his Boss's phone number (Tom), and I promptly called. No answer. Of course. I left a message asking for someone to call me back. We asked the mover honestly how long did he think it would take and he stated 3 hours. So, not only were we going to be charged for extra items, they were going to take longer than they originally quoted us. No thanks. We told them nevermind. We wasted an entire day waiting for someone to call and movers to come. When they did, they had nothing but excuses and made it really clear they don't care about their customers. read more

I recently had to move and I called a few places to get quotes. Triple 7 had the best prices out of the ones I contacted. The day of the move, they call to let you know when they're heading your way, 1/2 hr out. The 3 guys that showed up were Israel (lead) and Alan and Rogelio. These 3 guys worked their butts off and it was hot. No complaints, just hard work. They disassembled at the old place and reassembled at the new place. Not one scratch on anything. They fully protected every piece they moved. Top notch service. I was extremely pleased. Prices quoted were prices paid. No add on surprises. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. My wife and I have served in the US Air Force for 30+ years and have moved dozens of times. We retired and hired 777 Movers to move us from Las Vegas to Tennessee. We were promised climate controlled storage for our household goods while our house was being built. After 18 months, we requested our household goods to be delivered...they sent 2 guys to offload an entire tractor trailer of furniture and boxes. They arrived in the early afternoon and left at 2:30 in the morning. They didn't unwrap a single item and didn't assemble a single piece of furniture. The 2 guys were just exhausted and wanted to get everything off the truck, as did my wife. Accounting for the inventory just went out the window. As we unwrapped our furniture, most of the wooden pieces were split and cracked (so much for climate controlled storage), all but 1 piece of marble top furniture (of 6) was broken and several pieces were missing, including the crystal top to an antique French floor lamp worth several thousand dollars. The claims process is a sham and decidedly sides on that of the mover. We had several thousand dollars in missing/damaged items and the ridiculous claims process approved only $69!!! Maybe if you're moving locally, these clowns are ok but I caution against them if you are moving outside the greater LV area. read more

Today they helped move all the inside of the house that we sold and helped us move everything in to the house that we bought in The Hills at Summerlin which is way bigger than the old house. Their service was impeccable, they took very good care of all our belongings, covered up very well each one of all the 6 TVs that we own, protected very well all the furniture, they unattached everything before putting them in their big truck and then attached every single piece of furniture the way it was at the old house and even set up each room the way it was before too...I could keep going and going of how good their service was and how much they cared about all our stuff...thank u so much to for ur Service Israel, Matt and Javier C. Long haul nightmare. Moved close to 2000 miles due to work. Charged $1000+ more than original estimate, even though we moved less furniture, there was no communication from the company- besides me calling once a week to "check in" until they were like an hour away from the house, took them over a month for delivery, and 90% of the boxes AND furniture was delivered to my house upside down . Our belongings were handled like airport suitcases! We had a few broken furniture pieces that the movers packed up like we paid to have broken thing moved! And they didn't cover any of it.
